I ordered an item online. Before placing the order I called to confirm that the item was in stock and when it would ship. Was told it would ship within 1 day or so.4 days later I received an email indicating that my order was canceled because the item is out of stock. The website still indicates that the item is in stock. Now I have to order from somewhere else and have been delayed almost a week.

Took an item in for simple service. Was told they would get back in touch within a week, We haven't heard back from them. Seems the service dept isn't talking with the person in the store. Poor communication, and Poor customer service. They came recommended, so we started looking at tractors from them, but no one was interested enough to answer our questions. Customers no longer come first, nor do business owners care. Guess it is back to John Deere, even though they are a bit more, at least they worked with us. Should have read the reviews before considering this place.

Beware! They will sell out from under you! Drove from DFW to purchase a used cutter and when we arrived, were told that it had been sold to another person. Didn't even have the ethics to call and let us know to save a trip. Sorry way to do business.

Looked at zero turn mowers. They have a large selection to chose from. The employees were great help.

The worst experience I ve ever had with engine repair and maintenance in ordering products. I waited almost 4 weeks and six phone calls to pick up a lawnmower that was supposed to have service done to it when I picked it up the service is not even done in the blade is not sharpened. They are non-responsive and do not keep records so you have to continually call them to make sure the work is getting done! Very disappointed and even after several phone calls, they are non-responsive, and no one can answer any questions. I found a great small engine repair shop called RG small engines!!

DO NOT RENT A PENSKE TRUCK HERE. The cashiers making the reservations do not know how to make the reservation correctly. The reservation was made with specific addresses in mind. I stood there an hour waiting for the truck, the cashier verbally confirmed one-way and the reservation was made for two way. I corrected the cashier and she called Penske and gave me another reservation but this one was at a far address. When I returned the truck at the new address the reservation was still made two way. I had to wait another hour for Penske to fix it. 2 hours wasted of my moving day.

Quick delivery of product. Very professional and respectful of private property. Engaged in work while still able to interact with customer. Made me feel they were happy to have me as a customer. Will use again most definitely!

Worst place ever for lawn mower repair and services. They have had my zero turn mower for a month and half and still haven t returned it to me, all it was getting was an oil service and new front tires/wheels. Every time I check on it they give me another excuse why they haven t got it done, once I get it back I ll never use this place again for any maintenance services.

I'd give them zero Stars if I could.They have some pitiful almost dead plants, stated "oh they are almost $4 each and there is nothing wrong with them...you can't find anything better!!"Beg to differ!!Found some amazing, long-Dead plants for cheaper with better customer service!!Will not be back there!Wish I could post pictures!

They are not very transparent or forthcoming about the prices in the service department. Neither were they forthcoming about the quality of the hay they were selling me. The hay that I bought was not good quality horse hay and most of it wasted once the strings were removed. A total waste of money. I won't bought buy there again. I will definitely left family and friends who visit there know this as well!

I asked them to repair my riding mower. The mechanic recommended several part replacements but I asked only for a starter repair, which they happily did. Less than a week later I had to have the other recommended parts replaced and took it back.This is my forever mower place!

They had my weed eater for 2 months. I called multiple times and each time they would say they were about to get to it. Finally just went up there to get it and he tried to charge me for it just sitting there. We argued back and forth and he finally tells me to leave and never come back. He never tried to work with me or try to explain what happened.

This is an excellent store for anyone looking for a down-home, farm and agricultural store in which to find products that you might find on a farm, or that Grandpa, or grandpa might have had. Knowledgeable staff. There are a number of organic products that are sold there that you cannot find an other locations. Pricing is excellent. An excellent location to look for specialized insecticides that are used by exterminators themselves. Some of which are not harmful to pets. I would recommend going in talking to them if you have any Farm and Home needs.

Great place always friendly 9 times out of 10 always have what you want and it's good to support our community and you don't have to deal with the big atmosphere of atwoods or any of those corporate places ever make to this place never had a negative conflict here

Service sucks. Had trimmer 1 year been in twice. Always want to charge to pickup. Service manager never there. Tell you one thing and not fix or replace what's wrong. Don't buy Still from these guys.

They have had my mower since 5/13/22 and today is 6/14/22, over a month! Most of the local pastures are shorter than my yard!

Just purchased a Branson Tractor. We could not be more pleased with the entire purchasing process, delivery and the Branson Tractor. Within 3 hours of the delivery we have done so much with the tractor that it could have taken us a day to do. Jim & Scott and their staff are helpful and they are eager to do the right thing by their customers. These kinds of local/small business are disappearing we all need to do our part to keep them going. After looking at a lot of other brands (and their fancy show rooms) meeting with Jim & Scott and discovering Branson was a breath of fresh air. We are looking forward to getting our tractor serviced here and keep purchasing other equipment as we'd need them.
