These guys are THE BEST! 3 of them looked at my truck to see where coolant was leaking from AND called a local mechanic. World class service in Alva, OK! Totally saved me as I'm driving cross country. So grateful.

The employees often lack in providing quality customer service.staff members have poor attitudes and almost zero enthusiasm about having to do the job they were hired for. The lack of professionalism combined with the ambiance of the store & not having any background music playing, has led me to shop elsewhere in the past and most likely will again in the future.You will more than likely have to make 2-3 trips to get the correct part sold to you. Just a fair warning. Plan on spending atleast 10-30 minutes in the store if your not the only person shopping at that time.

Great customer service. On your case as soon as you walk through the door with a barrage of how you doin and how can we help you. It s awesome, a lot of places are losing that forward drivin customer service. Nice to see some places are still with it.

They did not have the right belt for my Sterling Acterra M5500 with 6.4 L Mercedes diesel engine. Opal went out of her way to help me figure out what size belt I need it since I was trying to bypass my AC pulley. After figuring out what size we needed she drove me around to find someone who had it in stock. Thank you so much! Thank you April for going out of your way to help me and my son and get back to Texas today.

I was on a motorcycle trip and I pulled in 2 minutes to close. I wasn't going to go in but they came out to ask if I needed anything and to assure me that I had time. Checked my oil, found it was a bit low and they took care of me. With several more hours to ride before home it was great having the peace of mind that my oil was topped off.

Normally we get good service. Today however, we visited here to get some break lights, the guy working didn't want to help us today replace them because it would have taken 5 minuets or longer and he said that goes over their policy.... Not too sure how true that is considering another worker has helped us in the past and it took longer than the 5mins. Not five star worry this time...

We had a battery checked. The gentlemen was very professional and new what we needed and took care of us. The store was very clean and well organize. Really nice shop !!! Thanks

Had a wheel bearing issue, the staff went out of their way to try to find what I needed. In the end it didn't work, but they went above and beyond.
