We called late Wednesday looking for a room last minute. Don answered with a couple options to choose from and even gave us a run down of some local dining options he had checked for us. We arrived to clean room with great beds hot shower and hot coffee in the morning. Awesome place to stay would definitely stay again

We were on vacation and had been driving for what felt like forever. We came upon the Holiday Motel and gave it a try. I'm so glad we did! The lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful, the room was VERY clean and comfortable. I'm 54 years old and the Holiday Motel reminded me of being a kid in the sixties and traveling with my parents. Oh-the room also had a microwave and refrigerator, which came in very handy. A flat screened TV and also wifi...I would definitely recommend staying here! Clean, comfortable, and friendly!

I have nothing but positive things to say about the Holiday Motel, its owners, and staff! In Alva for an extended stay, I was greeted personally by the friendly owners of the motel on my first day. They provided me with additional amenities and maintenance work in a timely, professional manner when/if needed. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and having outdoor recreational options made the stay extra enjoyable! Forever my choice of lodging when visiting town.

Some of the other posts mentioned Oklahoma hospitality, I just have to say that the fine folks at Holiday took hospitality to a new level. Came into town for a funeral and they made at least our stay wonderful.The room was clean, nothing fancy but very comfortable and the price was fantastic.

My husband & I lived at the Holiday Motel, while working on the pipeline, until we were able to get our camper up there. The motel rooms are older, but not run down. They are clean & have microwaves & refrigerators in all the rooms. The rooms are single, double, & even triples! There is also a swimming pool, laundry service, & WIFI. The owner, Don, has always been very accommodating, as well as his staff. The rates for the rooms are also VERY reasonable, especially compared to the other hotels in the town that have raised their rates due to the pipeline & oilfield workers coming to town. Not to mention, the motel is American owned & operated. I highly recommend the Holiday Motel

Even though this is an older motel, it is very well kept and clean! Staff and owner are very nice and friendly. The rooms have a refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, and free WiFi. Plenty of parking, affordable, and pet friendly! Close to Walmart and has a convenience store right next door. Nice place to stay!

It is a very nice motel. Staff is the best yet. Very friendly and accommodating and go above and beyond. The outside pool is very clean and right outside my door. Love it. American owner is wonderful.

Experts in making you feel at home. Flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, the fact is that they're there for you. Clean rooms, plenty of large parking. You just can't get a good deal anywhere with the hospitality that they're offering. 24/7

DID NOT STAY OVERNIGHT!!Rating is because if you are a trucker and in an area without a truck stop with showers its very rare to find a motel/hotel that rents by the hour or just so you can take a shower AND FOR 10 BUCKS THIS PLACE LETS YOU. They have never rushed us, never seen a bug, never had any kind of issue there. So if ur near Alva, Oklahoma, stop in. Wish more motels would offer this option in areas where there isn't a truck stop with showers nearby.

Very friendly staff, helpful, pet friendly, rooms are clean & smell great, beds are clean and very comfortable, check out at noon, plenty of parking, laundry room cheaper than most other motels, pool, volleyball, basketball, horseshoe games, wireless internet, barbecue grill, great friendly staff, all said it was one of the best motel stays I have had at a motel and we stay in motels up to a couple of times a week.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY US

An AMERICAN owned and operated motel, what a breath of fresh air that is. Its nice to walk into a lobby and not have your nostrils poisoned by curry and incense sticks. The owner is very friendly and kind man that really works hard and takes pride in serving his customers well. Very trucker friendly and there's a vape shop right in the parking lot.

Owner goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is quiet and comfortable. Clean and American owned a big plus! Pool on premises and plenty of parking. Oasis in the middle of the grass lands.

Love the Holiday Motel!! We try and stay here every year durning our hunting trips. Sometimes it doesn't work out cause they are always book and you can tell why within minutes for walking into their office. Clean rooms, and very friendly service. 2 of the most important things I look for. VERY reasonabe rates!! Highly recommend the Holiday Motel!!! :)

Very nice just stopped in to grab a shower. The rooms are very clean the owner is very nice to talk to. I Will be stopping by next time i pass threw town. Lots of parking for a semi also!

CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Its very refreshing to go some place and they still cate about the customers..... great place treated us well, was able to have a place to park the rig, stretch our legs, shower, relax and lay our heads at the end of long day.... owner gave us great rates and added bigger discount on top of all that. Now its no ritzy get away, just you classic real american no hassle motel. We would and will go back when in alva workkng again.

My mother rented a room here, the rooms are good sized & clean, plenty of parking spaces, she said the man who checked her in was friendly & helpful, this was our first visit to Alva Oklahoma, the people here are very friendly, we came up here to pick up a family member, I highly recommend Holiday Motel to anyone traveling that way, the rooms here are perfect & the price wont break your wallet

It's one of the best motels IV ever stayed real friendly service is great clean rooms and if you need any thing they are real helpful in getting it or telling you where to go I would recommend this place to anyone

Stayed here in june 2005 and is a much better hotel than best western, I would recommend to anyone staying in town.Clean rooms and Oklahoma hospitality.
