This was a bitter sweet experience. I took my 2093 Ford Mustang in to have my A/C charged since we were in the triple digits and my steering wheel was almost to hot to hold.The receptionist and the service team were so nice and the waiting area was so nice and comfortable. I waited an hour for my car to be charged and after paying and driving off my car stalled 4 times with two miles of the dealership. This had never happened before so I called back and spoke to the service department I was told that I would be given something else to drive while my car was looked at. I was given a dirty SUV but it had a great A/C unit; which I had for few days. Not hearing back from them I stole by and was told I needed a new compressor. It was ordered and installed. Again no call to say it was ready so I just went by to check on my car. It was finished andI paid for the new part and the service just to leave and again the same problem it had when I left the first time the A/C was charged. At this point my heart is aching with disappointment. I called and was told to come back and I could have the same loaner car had days before. The next day I got my car back and it was fixed. I was told it had a hose that was bent and pinching off the airflow to my intake. It has been running well since and I was told that the work that was done is guaranteed for a year. I m so happy to have my classic back.

Garrett made sure I knew what was happening because there were a few issues that needed care . The repairs were done and my gson got a car I felt was safe and road ready and for less than the estimate. Very happy with the service department.

I really wish someone would have went over all the functions of the dash in the truck. I had to watch YouTube videos to find out to use all the functions. This truck has a lot of features to learn. Overall it was the easiest buying experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle.

The employees was very very helpful. The young man I think his name was Brian kept me up dated on what was wrong and when the parts would arrive. Overall experience. .. Was Terrific.!!

THE BEST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE! (and I worked in a dealership for a few years)We made the trip out there from Lawton with the whole family to buy a vehicle and it was well worth it. The customer service and family friendly environment is one of the BEST we've experienced here in Oklahoma.We highly recommend this dealership and Kevin! When we made an agreement, he delivered and stuck to it.And...this place was cleaner than a hospital. I just loved the cleanliness of this place!

From the first call talking to Bruce he was polite listened to what I wanted and was honest from the beginning. He kept me updated on a new truck that was in transit and when it arrived he called and let me know it s available anytime to come get. The financial department was great to work with, we did online signing and was smooth as possible. We were at the dealership no more than 15 minutes and driving away with a new truck. I would highly recommend anyone to this dealship.

I had an appointment to get my car diagnosed, I arrive to my appt early and the man in the service department immediately struck up an attitude. I asked him if there was a place I could sit during the time my car was being looked at and he told me outside keep in mind this Oklahoma and it s 90 degrees out. I haven t even dealt with this service department to see what s wrong with my vehicle and I m already disappointed.

We were told a part to fix our truck would be in on Wednesday, Thursday at latest. We called Friday and spoke to a service tech who got kinda rude over the phone when we inquired about the part coming in. His response was did we call you? If we didn t call you means it didn t come in!

Service department was so nice! They offered to take me anywhere I needed and explained what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand. The work was completed in less time than the expected!

The guy in service was a very rude person and didn't care if my pickup was fixed or not he just was trying to figure out something to blame problem on and telling me warranty was not going to cover the problem and I had to pay for it. He didn't want to work on it because it was bought somewhere else is what I think. Kind of funny pickup is brand new but I was going to have to pay for it now that's a good one anyway I probably will not be back since this was the third time I have had dealings with that guy he needs to be gone very bad for your business.

I located a vehicle online (the exact same exact car I ordered from another dealership, that still hasn't come in...) which was in transit from the factory to Wilmes. I called Wilmes and had the pleasure to speak with Crystal Kennelly. I asked her about the vehicle and she said it was available. She also informed me that Wilmes had NO markups, market adjustments, mandatory packages, etc. I immediately placed a deposit. A few days later, Crystal let me know the vehicle was on its way from the factory. Throughout the entire time from placing the deposit to taking possession of the vehicle, Crystal was always quick to text back and answer any questions. I booked an easy one way flight to Lawton, OK and they had their very nice driver pick me up from the airport and take me back to the dealership, about 45 minutes away. I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was out front, washed and very clean. I signed all paperwork for the vehicle (0% GM financing) and then Crystal gave me the new car orientation. This was the best buying process I have ever been a part of with a new vehicle! I wont hesitate to recommend Wilmes to all my friends and family. They also said they will deliver vehicles as well. Kudos to Crystal and Wilmes for a fantastic buying experience!!!

We bought a Lincoln MKC a couple of months ago. They delivered to our home in Lawton. I just had a check engine light come on. I called Scott, and he said he would pick it up and deliver it back. If that s not superior service I don t know what is! It s been a pleasure doing business with them.

Service on 8-21-23In for an oil change & tire rotation, the mechanic also replaced the in cabin air filter, all this done in 1 hour! I m very happy with the top-notch maintenance work done on my vehicle and 1 hour is a reasonable time for all this work. I believe the dealership could improve customer relations if they offered a loaner or at least a shuttle when the maintenance is going to take 2 hours or longer.Edit: New review for service on 6-12-232020 GMC Denali 2500 HD Crew cab in for oil change, tire rotation, replace serpentine belt, service transmission. Fortunately when it was time to replace the serpentine belt, they replaced the fan belt also. I was unaware it had 2 belts. This was a lot of work for one visit and it took 3.5 hours to complete. I just don t understand why the customer isn t offered a loaner, or at the very least, a shuttle.Previous service:The service consultant who signed me in for my scheduled appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and recall procedure on regeneration temp. Immediately developed an attitude when I asked him about a loaner. No loaners for oil changes! We have other customers who need the loaners! This service will be quick so you don t need a loaner! An hour and 45 minutes later, I walked back to the service area and discovered my truck was parked in the entryway with the drivers door open and the dome light off. I asked two nearby technicians if it was ready and they said they were getting ready to do the recall procedure. So 2 hours after I checked in for my scheduled (QUICK) appointment, I was able to leave with my truck. I purchased my truck here and get all my maintenance done here and am treated like this so why would I recommend this dealership to anyone? During my stay, I noticed three loaner vehicles were parked on the lot the entire time! On the back window, each loaner has a sticker that says HOME OF THE FREE LOANER maybe they should add to that UNLESS IT IS WARRANTY WORK OR AN OIL CHANGE OR A RECALL PROCEDURE!

Bryan Coe was our service contact. The accident happened around Claude, TX. Bryan sent a tow truck to pick the car up and haul back to Altus. Our insurance did have roadside assistance so that helped with that. It took around three weeks to get repair done due to insurance estimates and parts that were ordered. Bryan was very pleasant when we would call to check on car. He would update us on where repair situation stood. We appreciate the time and hard work put in by the mechanics to fix the car. It drives like new, no problems. I ask for a tire rotation while the car was there and expected it to be charged out, but it was done as a complimentary service along with detailing of car. Did not expect that so very appreciative for the service. Our experience with Wilmes Chevrolet was a very good one.

Very unprofessional and rude. I'm a vehicle transporter. They refused to sign for a delivery. When they became rude I started to video their behavior and was assaulted and had to call the police and file charges against the owner for the assault.

Went to purchase a new pickup and had some things pop up, so I had to run home. In the mean time the paperwork made it to the finance desk along with my credit check and other information. Come to find out they sold the pickup from in under me. This goes to show the integrity of this company. I will not be doing business with them in the future, and I would highly suggest you don t either. If there was a way to give them zero stars, I would.

The service team was very professional. I made an appointment on line and when I arrived the service person was not aware of my appointment. However, after I explained I had submitted on line, he managed to work me any at the specified time while explaining there were technical difficulties with the website.

Great experience. Bruce Wilmes was very helpful and patient during negotiations for our family vehicle. The finance department spent hours reaching out to lenders to beat my rate from Navy Federal. I dealt with the Wilmes Collision Body shop, specifically Jerry--overall it was an excellent experience. He took the time to listen to my concerns when I dropped off the car, took care of my car quickly, and made sure I was happy with everything when I picked my car up. He walked me through the work they did on the car, and immediately addressed any issues I had (which weren't a lot). Additionally, he's very knowledgeable, thorough and honest. You're in good hands with Jerry, and I highly recommend going to him for body work.
