Came in for a new tire after a blowout on my trailer. Super friendly and fixed me up in a good time frame. Highly recommend using them! Matthew is awesome. Give this dude a raise for real

Don't waste your time here. Horrible, unfriendly, and overpriced service. I used to go here often, but after continously having bad service at every visit, I'm done.

I bought 4 new tires for my civic, when I got there they said they didn t have them. I had an order confirmation and a appointment. Reading some of these reviews I m not the only one dealing with this. I called corporate and they simply told me to cancel and re-order. The employees don t bother helping, please don t waste your time.

Did good work but they remain understaffed and service will be slow. Had a flat needing repaired and it took roughly 2 hours as I had to wait on a tire change in front of me and the one employee they had to get that don't first

We had a flat tire traveling from San Diego. Came in to get it fixed this morning they were super nice and very helpful. Molly help us check out and pick a new jack she was friendly. And Eric who worked on our car had us in and out in hardly no time. I loved the department over all looked clean and neat. Great place to go for any car needs

Attempted to get an oil change. Lady seemed more interested in talking to other employees than checking us in. Then told us to move our car to a parking spot we were way down the list. First time here and we left without a service. Went down the street and was welcomed on the pad and made to feel important. Walmart lost a customer and we found a great place for service

Customer service was great today. Filipe and Christina were very helpful at the auto desk. Robert worked on my tire/rim issue and took extra time to fix my leak. He also made sure to explain to me the exact problem. Since I bought my tires from Walmart, I had road hazard, rotate and balance coverage on my tires.

The woman at the counter is kind of rude and they were super slow. It somehow took an hour to put two new tires on the front and rotate, but its walmart so low expectations anyways.

They don't open till noon for customers because they do employees cars in the morning. You have to stand in line which is long and no one is doing 6 feet apart. I'm immune compromised and have to wait in this line too. Have wasted 20mins of my lunch hour. I don't get how opening at noon is helping.

It's mainly on how they feel that day. Their goal is to sell tires. Fixing tires could be a last option.

I went over I went over it Atwoods and look at the batteries for the second time I bought one there before there battery is over there where the 24 months battery and it was a little cheaper than y'alls and it had a higher rating of cold cranking amps and everything. It only cost me $71 and something tax and all. One thing that I want to say about Walmart I spend less money in there now than I used to after you put in the new freezers. Y'all got rid of a lot of stuff that I used to buy. Let me I'll turn around and came in and moved everything what's a lot of stores were doing that. The only thing is whenever I walk quite quite a ways and my foot is giving out on me my back is hurting cuz I'm disabled as long as I can I'm not going to get in the car until I actually have to. Save-A-Lot and some stuff at United. That whenever I was in Walmart about the time I was checking on that battery the guy was really helpful about explain to me about the battery.

I paid 30. Dollars and they were to vacuum out my car and they half did the job I had to go pay to do it. Didn't empty the trash out of my door either. A bunch of grass left in my car.

It takes forever for them to get your car fixed and some of them stand around talking but after all of that they are helpful
