This has been a go to for the past almost year. I've NEVER had to wait. If I had any questions, regardless if I called the next day or randomly (about something specific), they ALWAYS had an answer and were ALWAYS sure to make sure I understood before getting off the call. I'd give them more stars if I could. Thank you, Strickland Brothers!!!!

I am a longstanding customer of Strickland Brothers, Altus OK. I recommend them to everyone I know. The customer service and attention to detail are superior. True professionalism as it should be. These guys take excellent care of their people in their town!!!

I have been going here for about 2 years now after deciding my dealership was just creating issues. I trust these guys, they do a good job and keep you in the loop the whole time. They are friendly but also get the job done well. I don't worry that they forgot to do something crucial. The quick time is very convenient and you don't have to get out of your car and do anything.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Very nice crew. It was convenient that i didn't have to get out of my car or schedule an appointment. However, the price was ridiculous. I paid $150 for an oil change, when my normal location is $80. I know it's more expensive for synthetic but that was highway robbery!

This was my first time here and I have to say the service was beyond GREAT!!! And the prices are VERY reasonable!! I had bought windshield wipers before going there and they even put them on for me!!! Thank you!!!

I would recommend this place, they are kind, they have great teamwork to get things done right. Reasonable prices. Not like other places I have been when waiting for an hour and spend more money then I needed.

I got my oil changed on January 5th. When I tried to leave my car wouldn't start. The said it was my battery. So they tested my battery and jumped my car off. As soon as I left there my check engine light came on and I pulled into AutoZone. I decided to purchase and install a new battery after they told me my battery wasn't good at Strickland Brothers. I also had my check engine light checked and it read the fuel pump. I am currently having my fuel pump replaced and I had zero issues with my car before this oil change. What's crazy is I had a similar experience the last time I got my oil changed here!! The guys working were all nice but I don't think I will ever be going back there!

Edit: they put my airfilter back in broken and left it bouncing around in the box.They let the new guy who couldnt even figure out how to reinstall an air filter mess with my car, stripped the screws on the air filter box, and reinstalled it incorrectly giving me mass air flow sensor codes. Fun thing to fix before a cross country drive.

This place has rookies working that can t figure out how to change an air filter with out tearing up mass air flow sensor wire, didn t know till I got down the road for 20 minutes, $209 for oil and filter is ridiculous, then charge my card for 2 oil changes and have to refund one of them, and well over 30 minutes to do a 10 minute advertised job!! Won t be back!Service: Oil change

Amazing guys working here! And amazing service! They changed my oil and found a leak. Turns out it was transmission fluid and my car was completely empty of it. They gave me answers I have spent thousands of dollars and endless hours at the Ford dealership of trying to figure out what is wrong with my car and in about 5 minutes they were able to tell me where and what was leaking. Very grateful for these men especially the owner who knows what he is doing as well as his employees. God pointed me in the right direction for many reasons today, especially my safety. I'm not in the habit of providing reviews. However, Strickland is the best, so I'm taking the time. These cats communicate with the precision and clarity I've heard only from air traffic control talking to a pilot in charge of making sure souls ferry from point A to point B safely. Only in this instance, it's your car. You need that. Trust these people. I've been to Altus and Elk City and both locations nail it.

Been taking my vehicles here for years but not anymore. I lost my skid plate driving down the interstate because whichever technician changed my oil didn t take the time to secure the skid plate. It would ve taken 60 seconds. Charge 90 dollars for an oil change and can t even do it properly.

Workman tried to sell side service saying brake pads shot. Drove straight to Firestone and was told pads are good for at least 10,000 more miles. Later found out Chevy house would change oil for half the price I was charged. Won't be back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Follow-up. This is the way to do business...they made it right.! Great customer service/interaction.My first visit...was not impressive...service person initially went through several checks...Then...forgot to put oil in my vehicle!!! Also, no tire pressure was checked at this visit. Price was greater than initial quote...even with coupon. Right hand needs to talk to left when quoting prices for selection of services, I do not believe I was charged for the service i selected.Service: Oil change
