Had a great experience with Smiths! The employees are friendly, honest and they re reasonably priced. I noticed a lot of the 1 star reviews for Smiths were because of the wait time, but to be fair every shop in Altus has a wait time, and any good business that people trust is going to stay busy!So first of all, I booked an appointment with Smiths and got an appointment a few days out, so I ended up taking my car to another shop in town that quoted my vehicles repairs around $1,300! I decided to keep my appointment with Smiths for a second opinion and they ended up nearly cutting THAT PRICE IN HALF!!Now, we did have a tiny mistake that we were able to catch the first day, however they were closed so we had to take it back the next day. The guys ended up fixing the issue within a couple of hours and the vehicle was driving perfectly! They even offered to deliver my vehicle to me despite how busy they were!Also, like any good business they gave us a voucher for a free service!I definitely recommend Smiths firestone and we will be going back!

Smith's is top notch, hands down!! I've been on a quest to find the right size tires for my truck and have had lots of questions during the process.. I called Smith's and was fortunate enough to get Jeff, he was outstanding! He answered all my questions and was super professional and helpful every time I called. My wife also had a tire issue, these guys at Smith's took off her tire and put the spare on without even charging her (She later had all of her tire work done here for this reason). These are the type of people that have an outstanding business model... honesty/integrity and treating people the way they would want to be treated. I priced around, and to give you some idea Smiley's was wanting to charge me double and was not nearly as helpful when I went in to talk to them. Im in the Air Force here @ Altus and will be taking all my vehicles back to these guys.I really appreciate Jeff & Smith's FS!!!

Great service and friendly staff. I received an estimate within a day and then was given a timeline for replacing a wheel bearing. They met the schedule and came in under the estimated price. Car is back to driving great. I'd highly recommend for anyone in town temporarily. You are going to get better service here than you would elsewhere and the price is very fair!

I trust my car to Jeff and his crew. When I wanted them to check my brakes, Jeff told me I still had time before they needed changed. He ordered the parts so when I was ready I wouldn't have to wait. I trust these guys and highly recommend. Friendly, fast, and professional!

There's not too many places I feel welcome in this town from the minute I pull in until the minute I leave, this is one of those places. I've been here several times and every time they seem excited to have me there and get to work on my car, and when it was finished I was always asking if they were sure that was the total cost because I was usually expecting it to cost more. I'm glad these guys are here to take care of my ride!

Brought them my car for an alignment they kept it all day I had to call them and they didn't do anything told me I needed to change control arms so I did took it back and same thing kept it all day and didn't do anything and when I called they said something else was wrong so I fixed that now they did same thing and told me my bottom ball joints are bad and tie rod ends are bad why can't they just do what I am trying to pay them to do this has been going on for over 6 months now not worth going through

The gentleman was great. Front end alignment was done. He was fast and friendly. And the cost was reasonable! Will definitely recommend!

I needed 4 tires on a trailer. He got me a appointment in a very short wait time. They mounted and balanced and had me on the road right away. I would recommend this place for your next set of truck or trailer tires. Tell them I sent you.

This place will always get my business. Very nice and professional. Everytime I have a problem with my tires they get me fixed up ASAP. They keep their schedules they make, and always return my calls when I call. Danny and Jeff are the only two I have dealt with but they are my two favorite people up there.

Don't know yet, ist time there.have to wait & see if the tires they sold me are worth the ,$190+ea. They did tell me I didn't need the wheel alignment I asked for. I'll know more later

These guys are the ones I trust in Altus to take care of my truck. Tires, alignments and most of my other maintenance that I can't or don't have time to do, I trust Smith's to keep my truck moving along. At just over 356,000 miles, you know they are doing it right!!

Theae guys have treated us so well over the years. If you are new to the area give them a call for oil changes or anything releated to your wheels/tires. Honest trustworthy people.

These people will bend over backwards for you and not expect anything in return awesome group of people that really know what there doing and do it well. Also very honest never once have they tried to upsell me on anything i didnt need. Thank you !!!!!

I just had my pickup alined and shocks put on it. It drives like a dream or a new pickup. It has 160.000 miles on it. Very happy.
