The service here is unmatched! From the technicians to the front desk, I always feel welcome. My vehicle has been here several times and Smileys has never failed to keep me on the road and safe! Had a screw in my tire, and they had me back on the road within 1/2 hour...and at a good price. Plugs and wires next....thanksUpdate 12/12/23. Just got plugs and wires, and oil change done. Great service, and timely repair. Would definitely recommend. Thanks.

Called for a quote for repair work and was talked down to and hung up on. There must have been a recent change in staff because I ve had my vehicle repaired here before and very much enjoyed it and recommended several people to go there.

So I've been here a few times before and the guys here are great the service is always friendly and the prices are fair last time I gave them 5 stars but this time I gotta go with 4 simply because I made an appointment and told them exactly what I wanted during the phone call and I guess what I needed done was never written down so when I took my car to them they didn't do the alignment that id originally asked for so I had to reschedule for 4 days later due to the weekend not that big of a deal but they also never called me to tell me they had finished mounting my tires so I had to call up there and they said it was sitting out front so I have no idea how long it had been ready don't let me wrong I like these guys and the shop is great but it was not the experience that I usually get but we all have our off days.

Amazing customer service. Didn t try to upsell me on anything. Took care of the issues I was having. Was in and out in a reasonable timeframe. 10/10 would recommend and will be back.

Installed an 02 sensor. Made an appointment and they had the car in the shop on time as scheduled. Changed the part and ran a test also. Even showed me where the part went. Excellent service and friendly staff. They even provide a cash payment discount. Great shop!!!Had a problem with the egr system and Kevin got me in. Trouble shot and fixed problem within a short time. Excellent work!! Don't forget the cash discount!!!

The guys at smileys have done a great job every time I have taken my pickup there. They are honest and knowledgeable can get you in and out quickly. I have had several oil changes and bought a set of tires for my pickup from them and replaced u joints and they have done a great job every time! This is the kind of place you can send your daughter that thinks she needs blinker fluid and trust them to not charge her for 10 other things that she doesn t need done. They are the perfect small town shop with a professional feel they will take care of you every time. Went there with my friend, she had a flat tire, they were very friendly, especially the cute guy at the counter. Thanks for being so friendly . Josh.Just went there today. I really appreciate Owen and Josh so much, and there was another guy and not sure but I think his name was Josh also. I just wanted to thank yall for putting my mind at ease bc I drive alot on the highway and I drive alone, or with my 5 year old granddaughter. It's awesome that I can go to smileys and they fix my car and they are so honest. From a single women who drives alot, thank you that means alot. God bless yall.

Josh hooked my Jeep up with new Mickey Thompson 35 inch tires! They look freaking awesome! They were very thorough in all aspects! Their prices were the best in town! Very honest and upfront with providing details on maintenance of my vehicle! Josh and Kevin are the best in town! The people there are very professional, they care about helping you and don't over charge. They give a fair price and do not try to scam you into thinking that there are more things wrong with your car so they can charge you more. I have used them 2 other times and each time the work has been done quickly and correctly. It has been a blessing to have found them for both in quality of work and in fairness of cost. Thought I needed a new water pump on my pickup, and took it to these guys! Instead of just installing a water pump, they made sure what the issue was! It wasn't a water pump and they fixed what was wrong with my truck! I came in to get a alignment only for the reason that I had just turned my torsion keys up and threw my alignment off just minutes before coming up to Smileys. Before I touched my torsion keys at all I first checked all of my front end components to verify all front end parts were good with no issues to make sure there d be no issue with me getting a alignment done. Technician came back and told me all of my ball joints, idler arm, and Pittman arm have play in them and they can not align it unless I have them replace all those parts. Idler and Pittman arm are already new, and there was absolutely ZERO play in my ball joints. Seems like a shop that just wants to charge you for parts you DO NOT need to make their money. I will never go back. I had another shop align my truck right after they said they wouldn t do it and they had ZERO issues aligning it and found no issues with any parts on my truck.

If I could rate them 100/5 I would. They were absolutely amazing. They figured out them problem in my front end that the dealership didn t. They weren t able to get the part until a Saturday and came in on their day off to repair my car and get it to me before I had to go to work. Absolutely amazing and friendly customer service. I will definitely be retuning if any other issues with my car come up!

Fixed a blown tire and added tire pressure sensors to some aftermarket wheels on my truck so it functions correctly. They did an amazing job and were very professional.
