I was treated amazing. Their was a gentleman with a prosthetic leg. Who worked with a smile on his face and we were about 2$ short on a much needed set of plugs and he sat their and tweaked this and shifted that and enters that and was able to get the price lowered to help us out. Another night and we were there 5 minute before close. They still accommodated my 14 year old daughter and let her use the bathroom while still helping us out. I thank these guys vwr�

Went to get oil and filter for my wife Ford ranger and didn't know what size oil filter we needed. The girl behind the counter was not friendly or helpful. So we ended up getting the wrong one and now have to return it. I hate when people are unfriendly it makes you feel uncomfortable. On a positive note the last few times I have gone in there the guys have been very helpful- offering to go outside and look for me so I don't get the wrong part like this last time. Please keep the friendly and helpful workers at the counter and the unfriendly one in back. I like talking to people who smile and say hi it makes for a happy visit.

Very friendly staff and if you ask for help they will go thru books to help you find what your looking for for, at one point they didnt have a part i needed and called other stores near by. Great, Great Service!!

I asked them if they could come help me get the battery out of the back of my car that was already unhooked because I have a torn ACL and can't get around very well they said they couldn't do it because it was raining. It has barely been sprinkling

Great service and great people saved me a ton of money on my chevy, asked for a part and the gentleman told me how to fix it without buying a new part. Wont go anywhere else for my needs!!!!
