Where do I even start?I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was not a pleasant one. The first thing I noticed was the hard, lumpy bed that made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, there were no real blankets, and the pillows were lumpy and clumpy. The bathroom was also a disappointment. The shower curtain was ripped, and the bathroom tiles were broken in several places. On top of that, there were stains on the furniture and carpets. But the worst part of my stay was the complete lack of heat in the room. The air unit did not work, and the draft coming through it was so bad that I ended up leaving a day early because I couldn't take another night of frozen hands and feet. The TV was also jacked up, and I was stuck watching a super tiny picture. To top it all off, the breakfast was lacklustre, and I ended up going to town to eat. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I urge you to take heed of the negative reviews. When I come back to town, I will definitely not be staying at this hotel ever again.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving 2022. Our room was awful. The carpet was stained with big stains were things had obviously been spilled and small stains all over that looked like makeup or food not sure. The carpet was stretched so badly that it was folded over in some areas where it no longer would lay flat. The drapes in almost every room were water stained, and mold stained where they have been wet from condensation. They were also dry rotted and literally falling apart when touched. The towels in the bathroom were white at one time I m sure but are now a light tan. The sheets were no better. Neither looked clean as they were dingy and stained. My pillow case had mascara still on it along with other stains. They very well could have been clean but gross non-the-less! The bathroom had holes in the wall above the shower and the corners of the floor had orange mold. The toilet seat was chipped and the white paint was gone from use. The second night of our stay that was already paid for but I could not bring myself to stay. My daughter and I left and went to my in-laws and stayed on the couch. This property needs a major renovation and cleaning. The staff was friendly enough but I will never return. For the price I didn t expect 5 star but I did expect basic maintenance and cleanliness.

I have to say, that was the worst Wyndham hotel I have stayed at. Doesn't look like they have updated anything since the 1990'sThe archaic TV's kept a message on them that something wasn't HD. Of course it was the TV itself. It was impossible to search for programming with this message covering the screen. The carpet had holes, the curtain fell off its rod, and much more. I've stayed at Wyndham hotels out in the oilfield area that were in much better condition and better equipped. The Breakfast was a joke. They had cereals, but no milk and no staff to refill, and I was there pretty early!Rooms: very poor experienceSafety: No Elevator to help with Luggage. This should be noted on their website.Food & drinks: ran out of stuff early at breakfast and no staff around.

I do not recommend for anybody to stay at this hotel it s nasty and filthy !! We came down from Dallas to family event all hotels were booked except this one. We check in got ready and left to our event. When we came back to the room to go to bed I check the bed has always before we lay down I found 3 bedbugs !!! Disgusting I call the front desk for a refund because I was not going to stay there with my two kids. I was told to call back and speak to Priscilla the next day. I came back to Dallas that same night at 1:30 am not taking a chance.I call Priscilla spoke to the manager. She was very unhelpful and very rude. No help at all very unprofessional for her position. She said I was not able to get a refund back after. I told her I had evidence and pictures of the bedbugs she did not care at all !Don t waste your money and don t bring bedbugs back home! Stay away from here

Definitely likes seeing this artwork every morningI like the breakfast selection.Even though they didn't have eggs or bacon (this is May 11, 2022 as I type this), they had a lot of options.Muffins, bagels, yogurt, waffles, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches).I appreciate that everything was individually packaged. It limits the spread of germs. They had my favorite muffins AND my favorite cereal. The room is clean, modern, and comfortable.Everyone here has been really friendly, and they made sure we got what we needed.I like the location just fine. It is 18 minutes from a nature park, and about an hour from Wichita Mountains, where you can see bison in the wild.

I had nothing but good things to say about this hotel until check out. I noticed all of my jewelry was missing from my jewelry box. The manager accused us of lying to get a free night after we had stayed with them all week. She was insensitive, rude, and defensive from the moment I started speaking to her and refused to check the cameras. Garbage service from a garbage lady.

We had a very difficult time finding the motel. Other than the light at the entrance the parking lot was dark and the hotel entrance does not face the highway so we didn't even see it on the first two drives by. The first room we were given had not been cleaned since the previous guests. The second room looked very "lived in" and only had one bed (we had asked for two queen beds). The third room was fine...except the a/c didn't work and there was no tub, only a shower b/c it was a handicap room which we didn't need. We finally took a room on the 2nd floor....no elevator and we are seniors. The comforters were quilted and every square had a knot of fiberfill inside which made for a very lumpy cover. We ended up borrowing a quilt from my mom's house and using it for cover. On the 2nd morning our toilet stopped up and we had to have a plunger brought up. No toiletries were provided and when I called the front desk I was told they weren't able to get shampoo delivered. Also, no ice bags but I was given laundry bags to use in the ice bucket instead. So, no....I would not recommend or stay there again.

Worst experience of my life. Had to fix the toilet which would not flush and no maintenance available on sight. That was fine and the person at front desk was helpful on arrival. That nights sleep was a night from hell. crickets in the room and crawling on the bed and our bodies. Woke up to find bed bugs in the bed. Went to complain the front desk and ran into an unhepful clerk. "It is that time of year for insects" was his response. I continued to try to get resolution his solution was to tell us to leave and threatened calling the cops if we did not.

Juice machine broke, only breakfast food was oatmeal, waffles and yogurt. No cups in room,no coffee pot in room anymore and no shampoo in room. TV not working up arrival to room. Clerk did fix TV. Clerk was talking about her personal life upon check in and was not an appropriate story. Carpets and furniture dirty, needs cleaning. I have stayed here many times and it wasn t like this.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Showers good no slimy feeling after with super soft water. Room is thermostatically controlled. Beds comfy. TV was an old CRT with poor picture but channel selection good. Did not easy breakfast. Perfect for our one night stay while hunting locally.

They have a cricket problem. So if you must stay here then try to book a room upstairs. The carpet is in really bad shape. If you have a problem with allergies then avoid this place. Check the covers, the room I initially booked had a bug in the covers. Most sheets had stains. But the guy at the front desk is very cooperative. Just ask and he'll give you new sheets, book a different room, whatever you need. After changing sheets, I did have a good sleep at least. So beds are all right. The showers are decent too.The parking lot can handle regular vehicles, but not 18 wheelers. The lot is not a big one.

Older hotel, but clean. Quiet area. Comfortable beds. Breakfast is lackluster, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. I don't typically use the TV is the room, but this one is very dated! A 27" CRT TV that is in dire need of an upgrade.

Rooms were clean. Carpets in the rooms looked fairly old and worn. the television is an old tube television. The breakfast is fairly basic but they have hot items as well. If you can find a good deal on a price, It will be well worth it. I would not pay much more than $80 per night. When calling to make reservations make sure you're aware of any extra fees that may the incurred in the reservation before you agree to it.

Never had this experience before. There were ants in the room. We notified the lady at the front desk and and she got us another room, but it didnt have an ice bucket, she had to fix the TV, and there was no coffee machine like it used to be when we stayed before. I don't know what happened to this nice place. We have stayed in this place for many years and this is this worst it's ever been.

Our room had so many issues. Our bedding had large holes in it. There was only 1 light that worked and outlets didn't work. My husband actually accediently went to the wrong room and his key actually worked and he was able to open the wrong rooms door with our room key. We stayed for 2 nights and it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Do not recommend this motel at all. Safety and comfort should be top priority and this motel is lacking in most. Seriously the worst.

I feel like the hotel staff were trying their absolute best to provide excellent service, and I don't know if there is a better hotel in Atlus at this price point, but there were a lot of small problems that added up over the week my group was there. The lift rod in my first room's toilet tank broke, which should have been a simple fix, but we had to change rooms because the maintenance man was unavailable. The room carpets were old, stained and threadbare in places. Continental breakfast was insufficiently stocked and sometimes cold. One of the two guest washing machines was out of order. There were huge black crickets in the hallways, completely harmless but disturbing to my roommate. Again, I want to emphasize that the hotel workers are hardworking and friendly; just the hotel itself has some issues related to its age and location.

Honestly the room was clean , the only problem with the room was the AC. The AC keeps turning off after I turned it off auto and onto high , I even turned it down to 65 degrees. Also, there s a weird light in the vent in the bathroom it could be nothing to it but I don t know. Also when my husband and I went down to eat their complementary breakfast and we re looking for what to eat and EVERYTHING WAS GONE ! And the woman said sorry were all out mind you it was barely 8 am !But on the good thing is , very reasonable but do you probably got to wake at at 6:30 to get a decent breakfast that comes with the room

The staff was very friendly, especially Allejandro. However; the building itself suffers from a plethora of minor problems in desperate need of repair. We were unable to get a downstairs room because they all need repair or were rented.I had to switch rooms because my door wouldn't latch and the inside lock was broken off. Bathroom vents did not work and allowed for crickets. The toilet had a few dead crickets and dirt from the vent. The refrigerators were barely bigger than the microwave which created some logistical issues with fitting a week's worth of food inside. No coffee pot in the room; however, coffee is always available in the lobby.Breakfast served every morning. Same thing every morning as every hotel; waffle iron, dry cereal, white water milk, bagel, muffin, microwaved eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy and sometimes bacon.Shower curtains fly out and stick to your legs.Every room had different tv's. Some had older big box sets, others had flat tv's. They were set on top of the closet like in a hospital. Cable guide displays channels you can't watch which is pretty irritating. One ice/snack machine downstairs. No elevator. No outside seating.

Broken shower curtain rod, broken shower head, very old box TV, strange blue light in bathroom vent appeared to just be showing fan was on circulating air, plaster peeling in bathroom due to shower head issues, broken blow dryer, old decor and lighting tho it was bright in rooms, exterior building recently redone made the place look like it had a new remodel, but it really wasn't, it was all very clean tho, breakfast did not include any meats. We paid the same price that we did the night before for much more luxurious accommodations in Texas!

Updated, clean, friendly staff, hot breakfast including sauage/sometime bacon, and scrambled eggs, waffle iron. TV in room still needs update, but plenty of cable channels. Quite, located in a great area with resturants, etc in walking and driving distance.
