Wonderful! Knowing basically nothing about cars, they took the time to explain the issue to my husband and I. The fix took longer than expected, basically they had to start over three times through absolutely no fault of their own (just a very old car), but they were so diligent in making sure that the car was safe and fully functioning again before returning it to our family. We are new to the area and finding a good, trustworthy mechanic can be hard. Look no further!! Will absolutely be returning for any future issues. Thanks so much to everyone at Maldonado's! Maldonado Auto has been great, priced reasonably and super friendly. I was able to get my tire patched within minutes. Apparently I had two screws in my tire with a big leak.

Half way on our business trip the vehicle stopped cooling, called couple places around town, even the car dealership and national chain stores, most places have no license or gauges to check the levels, was recommended by one of the bodyshop to check out Maldonado.Upon pulling up to the establishment was immediately greeted by the mechanics who recognize our vehicle being the phone that just phoned in. They got right onto diagnosing and fixing the problem, first tried refilling the Freon, even washed out the radiator grill, then realizing there was too much gas built up in the system, ended up vacuum out all the original Freon, waited for about 10-15 minutes making sure there was no leak in the line.Re-filled the Freon back into the system, all in all spent about 1 to 1.5 hours, not to mention the number of Freon cans used to refill the system, but in the end the price was very reasonable, definitely would highly recommend you guys to stop by Maldonado Automotive if you are stranded around Altus area, Chris and the guys will take care of you, two thumbs way way up!

I went in today to schedule an oil change for my Honda civic and they were able to service the vehicle along with looking at some of the other sensors that were showing on, on the dashboard and they were able to fix all the necessary repairs on it and I ll be coming back here for my car needs, overall great place to come to and there straight forward unlike other mechanics.

Five stars isn't enough to capture how awesome these guys are. We rented a Uhaul trailer from them. When we got home, we noticed that the lights no longer worked. After troubleshooting the problem, we noticed a broken pin on the trailer connector. I ran the broken cable back to the shop, and they gave me a new one. It still didn't work, so I brought the trailer back. They upgraded us to a larger trailer for free, and the lights still didn't work. After they extensively troubleshot my vehicle, they narrowed it down to a blown fuse. Even though the problem was with my own vehicle, they troubleshot it for free AND let us keep the upgrade at no additional charge. EVERYONE there had a great attitude and were extremely courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this business, and we will definitely give them our business again if we have any Uhaul or vehicle maintenance needs in the future. If you're anywhere near Altus and you have automotive needs, this is the place to go. Thank you so much for the great service.

I was driving to Altus for training and had my check engine light come on. I went to Maldonado's based on it's reviews and wasn't disappointed. They fixed my engine issue quickly (45 min) at a reasonable price. A couple months later, my tail light went out and I swung by without an appointment. They took me as a walk in, swapped out my bulb (previously purchased at Autozone) and sent me on my way in about 15 minutes and didn't even charge me. These guys work hard to make sure you are a happy customer and I would highly recommend to anyone in the Altus area. A+Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I was dreading taking my car into the shop, due to recently moving and not having extra money to spend. But Maldonado Automotive put my worries aside and were so, SO nice!! They fixed my car and it was very affordable. They explained to me what was wrong and had it finished the same day I brought it in. I will come back to this shop for any car problems I have in the future. Great guys, great service. Thank you!!

Maldonado's were amazing they went out of their way after hours to help us fix our tire that needed repairs I would recommend them to anyone. They even came to our location to help us after business hours. These gentleman did not have to do do this especially after business hours.

Friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful. I was able to get my van fixed and back on the road in no time at all. I was also told about some other things i should also get checked out.. They didn't have to go the extra mile, but they did.. I would recommend Maldonado Automotive to everyone.

Always a friendly environment with great service. When others turn you away or don t have time, Maldonados takes time to help the customer. Their prices are very reasonable and knowledgeable of automotive care extensive! They explain the issues to the customer and give quotes! Thank you Altus for this company!

Maldonado Automative completely took care of me. I made an appointment to get my alternator replaced, and they had me in and out within a half hour. I'm accustomed to automotive shops taking their time to rack up the service hours, but not at Maldonado. I highly recommend them for anyone needing automotive service in the Altus area!
