Don't buy their extended warranty it's a scam their oil change package is a scam. This place is one of the most crooked dealerships I've ever dealt with. Go to Lawton or Texas and buy a car stay away from Johnny Robert's

I m giving this dealership a 1 star because I bought a car that I thought would be a great car. I take it home and for 2 weeks I had no issues what so ever. One day my car throws a check engine light so I go to the dealership and told them that it was a misfire and that I ve only had the car for 2 weeks. They schedule me on a day they are closed and didn t bother to call, text, or even email about being closed. Next day I take it to the service department and they take my car. The next day they call me that it s ready and to pick it up. I go to pick it up and I ask what was wrong with it . The guy at the front desk says oh it was just some bad spark plugs . I asked how much the repair was and the guy at the front desk says Look we covered this repair but next time it s on you. I just stood there like it wasn t my fault. So I leave happy I got my car fixed. That night I start the car and the whole car starts to shake and the codes came right back. That morning I called and told them that my car threw codes again and it sounded like they did not care at all and that they didn t fix the issue. I ask the service department when can I come in he says Friday . I asked him this Friday he s sounded rude and said no next Friday . Keep In mind it was a Tuesday.I decided to try and fix it on my own and come to find out I pulled the spark plugs and found out that they never changed the spark plugs or coil packs or anything. So I found out my car sat there at the service department and the guy working the front lied to my face about fixing the car. I ve only had the car for 2 weeks didn t pay for my tax or my first car payment. I ended up having to go to Honda and I had to pay for new fuel injectors and tires that the rear tires were 1 in 32 seconds so slicks and I had to pay over $2,000 to get my car fixed the right way. So in conclusion Johnny Roberts Dealership sold me a car that had bad fuel injectors and tires that were basically slicks in the rear that could have blown out. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go to Johnny Roberts for a vehicle because they will sell you a car that has all sorts of issues and cars that are not safe.

These guys are professional do not push! They go above and beyond with trying to accommodate your needs ethically- they do not manipulate ,they are straight forward and professional! I recommend this dealership to anyone! And will be actually be purchasing from them again! I drove over an hour and half one way to purchase our truck here! Entire Friendly staff!!

Update: We had a small hiccup that was out of our hands and went back to the dealership the following day and they immediately took care of it. This was hands down the best service. We will be returning customers for years to come. Thank you Jimmy, Bobby, Matt, Bill and the service department.Thank you Jimmy and Traye. This was the best experience at a dealership we have ever had! I cannot say enough good things about y all. We came in and test drove a vehicle and bought it the same day. It was simple and they jumped over every hurdle I put down. The customer service I received is the best I have witnessed in a long time. We will be back in the future. Thank you!

Was not happy took vehicle in for one thing specific and they did more than I asked then did a recall thing without replacement. So now I have a ugly hole in my steering wheel. Left steering wheel greasy. Still have not got the stain off of my steering wheel either. See photo

Chris Roberts, you just lost a good customer and I will not refer anyone to you which you may not care. My niece brought her car in for a tune-up and your service people messed up and Matt talked trash to my niece for no reason. To say this company has went far and above to accommodate her is not true. She has spent more money there than the two oil changes and free filter. Matt customer service was not called for and my niece didn't deserve the way you spoke to her. I wish she had recorded that conversation. One more thing, it was sad that none of you were there when she came and picked her car up. This really shows what type of business you are running. Matt, you made my niece feel like she was a charity case when she had you on the phone, which is not so. Sharon Whitfield works hard and enjoyed the two times she has come into the business. I took care of Johnny Robert and his wife at Tamarack and know for a fact he wouldn't have treated her that way. My name is Sandra Callins and Sharon Whitfield is my niece. Praying this hasn't happened to anyone else. Knowing that you were responsible for her vehicle to malfunction, you wouldn't provide her with a vehicle to drive until you got her car back, Wow!!

10/10 honestly recommend coming here to buy a vehicle. We had the pleasure to have Nick Kendall work with us. He helped me and my husband purchase a 2017 Cherokee with a great price. He answered our questions and made sure we understood everything and was so easy to talk to! he made sure we had everything right and everything was good to go, if you're looking to buy a car, ask for NICK!!

They used to have one of the best service departments around and they were worth driving from Lawton, now they're just horrible. When you have an appointment it might be an hour after that before they even move your vehicle towards the back. If they were running behind they used to come and talk to you to let you know they were running behind and how much longer it would be now they just act surprised. I used to buy all of my vehicles from them now I will just drive to Oklahoma City

I bought a vehicle in 2018 and have worked very closely with Jamie Lara! He seriously has gone above and beyond for me. He is very knowledgeable on products and will help you even on scheduling maintenance for your vehicle at the service department. He has even helped get my car delivered when I was working and couldn't get back to the shop to pick it up. When It comes to service and person-ability, Jamie is your man!

The guys at Johnny Roberts Motors really know how to take care of their customers. Not only did they work with me on getting the right financing, but even when my title was misplaced, Randy shipped one out to me immediately to help me get my tag. These guys really care about their customers more than they do their cars (and they care a lot about their cars). Excellent service from excellent people.

Kind, friendly, and patient staff. Amazing service! I would recommend them to anyone. Not only did I get a great truck and a great deal, but the staff was kind and friendly to my autistic daughter. They went out of their way to treat her as if she was the most important customer. Integrity is worth a lot these days. We are grateful for this place and their friendly staff!

Me and my family had the pleasure of working with Randy. He s a great guy, honest, straightforward, and respectful. If you re looking for a car, ask for Randy and he ll set you up. He even put the bow on the car and they don t just do that for everybody so I feel special. Johnny Roberts Motors is great dealership and the team they have there is on point.

I have bought a couple of vehicles from here. They have great customer service and work hard to get you what you want and can afford. When it comes to the service department, I must say it has definetly improved! They lost my business a little over a year ago, but I went in yesterday and Grady was EXTREMELY HELPFUL, had GREAT customer service, and first and foremost HONEST. From the phine call to schedule to the moment I drove away. He made sure to make it a point to tell me he wants my business from here on out for any of my car needs. I felt comfortable being there, when before I didn't. I was treated like a valuable customer. I really appreciated that because you don't get that in some places. The operations manager Kevin Marple came out to the floor to shake my hand and apologized for past experiences and ensured me things are better and also asked me to give them another chance to service my vehicles. All around I had a great experience I will be back!

Stopped by to have my radio checked out and Grady went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on with my car and to schedule a minor warranty issue. They have always been polite and honest with me during routine maintenance. I really appreciate Johnny Roberts motors!! Thanks guys and gals!!

Kudos to the wonderful staff! Got me in fast when I had a issue that could have gotten worse, I'm pretty sure the young man that looked after us was Wyatt, from (Snyder). Everyone needs to hire employees like yours! They were all top notch. Great service.

Want to thank Nick Kendall. He made the purchase of my sisters vehicle so pleasant and easy. Following the sale we noticed a crack in the headlight and with hesitation he told her to bring it in and it was replaced. Thank you Nick, you have erased the negative reputation of a car salesman! You will always have my business.

I think Johnny Robert's Dodge is Awesome. They are all so Friendly and go out of their way to help. Every time I needed anything done to the Jeep they were prompt and So Helpful. The ladies up front are Great and so friendly. I highly recommend them.

Just be aware of the value of the vehicle you might purchase. They have a vehicle listed at $38,995 whose Carfax put the value more realistically in the $33k-$35k range ($32k as a trade-in so likely losing $7k in value as soon as you drive it off the lot) I asked for $36k. No dice. Even after I showed the value wasn't what they were asking. I am giving them 2 stars because I understand every business needs to make money. But not being flexible on a vehicle that was previously a RENTAL car.. not cool. Update: I updated from 2 to 3 stars because they take the reviews seriously and were responding to me at 8pm at night. Would still want people to be aware of double checking the value of the used vehicles.

The service manager and the service department was upfront and honest. The work on my transmission was accomplished in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend! Ask for Grady. I'm sure you'll appreciate him.

Hands down, best car dealership in the area. Their used vehicles are very reasonably priced for the condition they're in, and you won't find many places that are willing to sell new vehicles at such a reasonable price either. They showed me great hospitality while I was having my truck serviced, which took very little time. I've taken my vehicle in for them to work on several times, and have yet to find something to complain about.

Johnny Roberts Motors has been great to work with. My wife and I have purchased two vehicles with Jeremy. Jeremy did an awesome job with customer service with no pressure to buy on both vehicles for us. Jeremy and the rest of the Johnny Roberts Team have our business. The service center is timely and efficient too.

I didn t intend on buying a vehicle at the time, but Nick Kendall came out and was nothing but friendly and helpful not only with buying th car, but being patient with my little boy running around as well! The atmosphere was nothing, but good and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole purchase!

I have been dealing with Johnny Roberts for 4 years, since Grady Thompson has come aboard, it has gotten so much better. He has helped service 100++++++ percent, very considerate and very compassionate, he really wants to do you a great job. If he doesn't know the answer to the question, he will find out and call you back.
