I recently purchased a car from Four Stars Toyota and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Russell was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He helped me find the exact vehicle even with the challenges of being out of state. The process was smooth and hassle-free, and I felt confident in my decision thanks to Russell and his unwavering advocacy. Whether in state or out of the state Four Stars Toyota is a great choice for your next vehicle purchase. Definitely get with Russell and you will be well taken care of from start to finish. Gary in finance was excellent. No pressure whatsoever, just signed the standard papers and I was on my way home with our dream vehicle. Every aspect of customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend Four Stars Toyota to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!!!

First impressions: wow, a dealership that actually cares about its vehicles and customers. This place has canopies over the cars for added protection and shade, a super nice touch. Purchased a new to me (16 F150) here today, worked with Ryan and Israel during the sale, asked lots of questions, test drove it and agreed on a well put together offer on our trade in. Once in finance we worked with Gary and John. Was able to get an extended warranty, an affordable payment and decent (for the weird economy we re in) interest rate and they did everything they could to make a deal solid. All members we worked with will go up to bat for their customers. Detail department could use alittle help, as my salesman personally went to verify the added touches were met from them.Would RECOMMEND this dealership, Ryan Torres, Israel Estraca and John as your go to for a new or used car.Thank you Gents!

This was by far the best car buying experience I've had working with Russel and Gary. My wife and I had been shopping for a specific vehicle for about three months, visiting and working with every Toyota dealership with in the OKC area. Getting frustrated with the sales tactics and trumped up "additional dealer packages" ranging all the way up to $4000 we almost gave up on that vehicle. Luckily Four Star Toyota happen to have the exact vehicle we were searching for. They immediately sent over the out the door price. My wife and I traveled 2.5 hrs just to see the vehicle and when we got there, there were no surprises at all. They were transparent, respected our time and what we wanted (or didn't want). It was seamless transaction without all the car salesmen theatrics. I would absolutely recommend Four Stars Toyota and work with Russell Lafrance!!!

Finally made the decision to trade my car in for a new one and the staff here couldn t have been more helpful! And Ryan, our salesman, was amazing! Helped me through my options and thankfully, caught a typo I made on the application for approval that made things much easier. I ve already let my close ones know that if they need a car, this is the place to go if you want a great car and amazing experience while getting it!

I recently purchased a 2024 TRD Pro Sequoia (NO MARKET ADJUSTMENT!!!) from Four Star Toyota and I worked with Vicki Catalan & team on the purchase. I had to seek an out-of-state car dealer as all of the Texas Toyota Dealers wanted crazy market adjustments ($3500-$10,000) that I just was unwilling to pay. This was probably the best car purchase that I have ever experienced. The ease of financing, paperwork, and car delivery were outstanding. Thanks for a great experience!

I think 4 to 12 month wait to get a 2nd key to a new car purchase is ridiculous. They make it sound like will get in couple weeks then after you buy they tell you 4 to 12 months. I would not have spent all that money on a new truck to not get both keys. Absolutely ridiculous. Last new toyota purchase in the books. My family owns 3 new toyotas right now. So they are losing not just me but others. No good answers from dealership or totota. Buy a ford chevy or ram, you might get 2 keys.

Highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the Altus area & beyond!!! They have an excellent, reliable, and knowledgeable team who worked with my family so patiently and so kindly! More specifically, Ryan Torres is 10000% the best!!!! We visited & called other local dealerships, even being helped by other family members out of state to find our dream car, & we came in this dealership to quickly look around 15 minutes before they closed, and ended up coming home the same day with the car we wanted for years because of him! He was absolutely great and incredibly helpful, went above and beyond to assist and accommodate us. Special thanks also to their financial manager Gary who made the process smooth. Have talked off and on with Harry for a few weeks about buying either a underground Grey or black new Corolla. To make a long story short Four Star Toyota traded another dealer for a black on black and I could pick it up October 31st. Car was delayed because of accident on road with delayed me picking car up. I spoke to Harry and he offered to deliver car to me at my home or work on November 1st. I agreed and finished the sale of vehicle sitting in my new car Nov 1st. Harry went above what I expected. Then he filled up the car with gas and handed me the keys! I would highly recommend Four Stars Toyota and would purchase from them again. No pressure and a great experience!

My son bought his first vehicle from four stars Toyota. Ryan Torres was our salesman. He made the experience seem easy. He made it quick and hassle free for us. More importantly he really cared about my son s vehicle needs and interests. He was honest, upfront, trustworthy, and very helpful. It s always stressful when buying a car, but Ryan didn t make it feel that way at all. He provided us with the best service. I wish there were more salesmen like Ryan.

Four stars Toyota is somewhere I would buy a vehical again hands down. We were greeted by Jon when we arrived and everyone inside was friendly and said hello as we walked inside. My husband and I were looking for a specific model and Jon did a phenomenal job at getting our dream SUV to the store and ready for us. The store manager came by his office during our time getting paper work settled and thanked us for coming out to their store. Which was super great as a business owner myself I was very appreciative he took the time to stop in to introduce himself. Jon gave us an amazing overview of our new SUV. We loved our experience it was painless and easy. See yall again when we are ready for a new ride!

Just a quick shoutout to Harry! I showed up about 4 pm Saturday 10.14.23 and was hoping to find some bolts to attach the tag to a Toyota I purchased in a private sale. Harry went above and beyond to help me even though the parts department had closed at 1pm. I appreciate his kindness and willingness. That speaks volumes to someone like me. Thank you, Harry! My husband emailed them about a truck he was interested in. He was going to trade his truck in for it. He was emailed back asking for the VIN number and pictures of the truck. He did as was asked. We haven t received an email back. This was two days ago. So now we re heading up to the city since they didn t want our business.

I spent over a year looking for my 4-runner. Eventually, I ordered one from a local Toyota dealership in Kansas City. After waiting for 9 months for my ordered vehicle to arrive, I found one on the lot at 4 Star Toyota in Oklahoma. I messaged John Timmons on Thursday about the vehicle's availability and they delivered it to me on Saturday. It was such an amazing and easy experience!
