The staff was very friendly and had numbers ready to go as we pulled in and took a look around. Nic was our salesman and he was great about giving us our options and working with us on numbers that fit our lifestyle. The tires on our vehicle were in bad shape and they added 4 new tires into the contract. It was also the fastest vehicle purchasing experience we ve had, we were in and out in an hour and a half. Big thanks to the team at Eastern Motors, you made the experience easy and painless.

My used car buying experience was a 10 out of 10. The salesman Nic was Amazing. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and even though it took numerous visits and test driving a few cars he made sure I was able to see all the cars in my price range and was able to answer any question I had. Once I had my car picked out Nic handed me over to Paul to complete the finance side of things and once again Amazing. Paul was very helpful, made sure I understood all the paperwork and even helped me to setup my car insurance right there in the spot. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful.. even the nice man detailing the cars answered some questions and was super friendly. Compared to another lot in Altus that was quick to point out my credit wasn t the best and embarrassed me in front of other people drawing a diagram on a sheet of paper and saying see way up here this is a normal persons credit and waaaaaay down here, this is you yeah business lost. Not only did I buy this car from Eastern Motors in Altus, Ok. But I plan to purchase 2 more over the next year I will for sure be going back to Eastern Motors!!!

Paul Turner is very helpful at getting cars financed. I called about a VW he has on his web site. He said he had it. I drove 3 hours to look at it and he didn't have it, but he had a nice VW for about 4 thousand more. He worked hard to get it financed at great rates. But we didn't want to spend that 4 thousand more than we expected. We were hoping to pay cash for the car. Ignore his website or whatever he may tell you on the phone. Go look for yourself at his inventory.He even tried to push us into a Honda Civic he just got in. He can get you great finance rates!

Amazing staff, amazing service! Nic was top notch and even drove the truck out to me!!! I m in MO btw, and felt like they really pulled out the red carpet for me. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you guys again!

I bought a dodge truck from these guys a little over two years ago, I asked them if the truck was in good running condition with no mechanical issues with those famous words it s a great truck the last owner said there were no issues one month later I had to replace the front hubs, while doing that I checked the air filter, it was missing Well two years later I run into the previous owner, he asked if they replaced the front hubs and that he told them the hubs were going out well go figure the honesty of a USED CAR DEALER

Tried to contact multiple times about a vehicle for 2 weeks and never got a response until after they removed/sold the vehicle I was interested in horrible service and the voicemail and text I received was very childish after the vehicle was no longer available. Terrible service and treated poorly.
