Had a scary incident happen and my car was impounded by the police Cooters helped me after hours to get my car back to me so I didn't miss any work. Beautiful lobby and great care for customers

Shoutout to Cooters Towing. I was needing to find storage for a vehicle we were delivering to a client that we couldn t make contact with. He ended up knowing our customer and got a better contact for me. I will definitely be using his company if we ever have anything else on the area. They come across nice enough. However after thousands of dollars several tows and maybe 6 months. We are back to square one. Everything they fixed broke again and they will not fix it without charging us labor AGAIN. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated dealing with this company.

Customer service was on point and they got my Jeep in and out in record time! I waited about a month to make sure the problem was fixed and I am so glad to report my fuel pump fixed the problem! Highly recommend
