This car mart has great sales people and worked hard on helping us get into our truck me and my wife wanted, we drove all the way from Bixby Oklahoma and they even stayed late after hours to close the deal. Brian and cherish did an excellent job on helping us get into our truck and the truck runs great!

My experience was definitely 10/10 my sales rep Diana was training a coworker and getting our paperwork done at the same time. There was only 3 people in the office when I was purchasing my second vehicle with them. They are always friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Kyle is an awesome store manager he works with me within reason and is always eager to help. Gilda she s a new face for me at this location but none the less was eager to help and do what needed to get done to get us out the door in my and my boyfriends new Jeep. We will definitely come back for our next vehicle.

I had the best experience ever this carmart has made a customer beyond happy Felix did a amazing job getting me into a vehicle he explained everything perfect he was friendly had a asweome personality and I was treated with respect he is diffently a good sales person and person to I would recommend this carmart to everyone cause it's a great place to get u a new ride

Terrible!! Bought a pickup 3 months ago been in the shop twice!!! Pickups been In the shop past week n half they sell junk!!! Don t buy from here there crooks!!

They completely screwed us on our car. They priced our monthly payment through the roof and we have to pay more than that car is worth I will only recommend other dealerships and never this one to the public

They got us into a car that day that we absolutely love and worked with us on a down payment. Also the staff was awesome especially Gilda and Felix but the GM is cocky and told us he wanted the first payment in person (knowing we live an hour away) then didn't even remember us or ask us about the car so we wasted a trip when we could have called to make a payment. He's the only thing that made the experience anything other than perfect

Went to car mart lookin at suvs & got shown a selection on the lot. They had a lot of choices! They really worked with me to get me in a car perfect for my family. Also I love that they do drives to help the local community! We brought 4 cases of water along with a small down payment & drove off happy

Big shout out to the lovely account reps Sherry Kelly and Diana Benivamondez for their excellent customer service and compassion. My partner and I have 2 vehicles through car-mart of Altus and we have been treated like family by these 2 ladies. If I could give this place a no star I would. My daughter is pregnant and doesn t really know much about cars. Needless to say she went in and talk with the GM at the time (which is now longer with the company) and he told her he would take good care of her. She needed a car badly and trusted the GM to help her. My daughter purchased a car that they sold to her for $15,000. She had the car for a week and the transmission blew on the car and has had nonstop problems with the car over the last few months. She called and told them to come get the car unless they could get her into another car. They told her that they have a contract with this car and couldn t help her. Plus on top of all this I did research on what the car and it was only worth $5000 at best on Kelly blue book. They took advantage of a pregnant 21 yr old girl with no idea what to expect. I did tell my daughter to call me before signing any paperwork to get a new car because I was scared about this happening. I was working and missed the call. Point to this is if you are a female that doesn t know about what to expect don t go here. Now my daughter is pregnant with no car or money to get another one. Thanks a lot Car mart for being honest. I can say one thing we both talked with Felix he was amazing at trying to help with what he could but he had little power to do much. This is so sad that salesmen are out there taking advantage of unknowing individuals.If I had the money I would get my daughter a car but I don t have funds to do so at this time. So frustrating at this world and how cold people can be to those in need.

Had the best experience with Car Mart in Altus. Paul never pressured me into getting a vehicle he just showed me what they had that would be excellent for my family especially my husband with his back issues. They have earned a very happy customer.

The staff at this location was amazing they did everything in their power to help me I would send any one to this location. Harry made it happen and got me where I wanted to be and Jasmine was so sweet and helpful.**I just wanted to add that when I came back because there was a small issue with the car they where on top of it made an immediate appointment for me to have it fixed with the same respectful and professional attitude as the day I bought the car. For anyone looking for the right place to buy your first or next car ..you found it ! Way to be amazing CarMart of Altus everyone in the dealership is 5 star! Thank you for making it so stress free!

I ve been with car mart for 3 years now, I wouldn t go to any other lot in town. Absolutely hands down the best customer service from Jasmine, Gilda & the other front desk ladies. awesome account rep Diana that helps set up payments that suit my situations. They ve always stepped up and stepped in to help when ever I ve needed it. Other lots I had vehicles from in the past gave me the that s not our problem attitude. That s not the case here at this car mart they re always willing and happy to jump in and help when anything goes wrong, even if it s something that literally isn t their problem. Ladies thanks for always being awesome and making our carmart experience nothing but the best!

This is the 3rd car I have bought from Car-Mart and everytime they have been very helpful and friendly through out the process. Gilda our salesperson is very joyvoll and so nice to work with.

We loved the sales and management team at Car-Mart of Altus! We drove out from Lawton to look at the massive selection of cars here at Altus compared to the 8 cars at our local lot. We found a beautiful car right in our price range and Israel (our salesman) was more than happy to give us a great deal. Charity (the manager) went above and beyond (on her day off ) to make us feel welcome and important. She even offered to get it into to tip top shape before our long drive back.My wife and I are still in awe of the team at Car-mart. We will definitely send our friends their way.

Diana is the best!! Definitely will work with you no matter the situation... however Francis the main manager is worthless do not go to him about any problems you have stick with diana!!!

I had to edit my original post. The sales experience was great. If you need a vehicle, and don t have the best credit you can still get a vehicle. You just have to keep in mind that it s a used car, and it s not from one of the lots that go through a full inspection before putting vehicles on the lot. 3 of the 4 weeks I ve had the vehicle I have dealt with a lot of inconveniences, but I am not having to pay for the issues that came with the vehicle so I do appreciate the lot fixing the problem. I just couldn t keep it at the 5 stars because the vehicle did come with issues that weren t minor, and we are still in the process of getting everything fixed. Otherwise I have no complaints.

First time buying a car off of a car lot and didn't know what to expect. At times during the process didn't quite know how it would turn out, but in the end everything ended up great and better than I even imagined. Employees were awesome and did everything to help me leave feeling satisfied. Some of the employees I dealt with Harry was fantastic A+++ friendly and helped me leave in the vehicle I wanted. Kyle was...... Great also! In fact the whole team was. I ended up driving off in exactly what I wanted.
