Pretty great, overall. Cleans decently - I usually remove the bugs and spot clean hard to reach areas to get a thorough wash.Except, make it $5 for the basic wash again! Not sure why prices needed to double as I m sure the car washes overhead hasn t increased significantly - but I could be wrong. The price increase was a surprise. But that s 2023 in a nutshell

20 dollors down the drain it didnt clean up a thing than guys says i need to take mud off before coming back i wont be paying another 20 just to clean my jeep myself talk about disappointment

Does an ok job. Doesn t touch the back of an SUV at all. You can see in the picture where it brushed part of the back on the left. Always seems to be inconsistent. Sometimes they scrub the front, other times they spray your vehicle for a second and send it through no matter what level of wash you pick.

I have always had wonderful service but I was a little discouraged today. One of the reasons I love this car wash is the hands on attention to our SW Oklahoma bugs, but today I paid for the full service wash and the attendant sprayed the front but did not try to brush off the bugs, so the rest of my car looks nice but the front is still the same. I am a bit disappointed I could have paid less for the same service.

On Saturday morning 31 July, I took our 2017 Lincoln to wash. Prior to taking it, I hand washed the bugs off the front. The vehicle is in excellent condition. After going through the wash, I took the vehicle home to shammy/dry it off. While drying off the front bumper cover, I found it cracked,/damaged. I immediately took the vehicle to the car wash and reported the damage. I was told, the owner would contact me. Didn't happen, so I have filed a claim with my insurance. Still waiting!

Visited your cash wash today! I love this car wash. The car comes out so clean and love the fact that it s dry. No water spots. The attendants are always friendly and give good service. Especially Erik Gonzales!!

Wow, prices over doubled since last visit less than a year ago. I am confident $25 wash is not worth it.

Best car wash in town, hands down! Their employee Kasen was courteous and thorough, and made sure the front of my truck was totally bug free before sending me through the wash. Will keep coming back!

I went through a few weeks ago and was very pleased with how my car came out. All the bugs that were stuck on the front of my car were gone with just one wash. The customer service from Mason was top notch. I ll definitely be making another trip to Altus Express!

Love coming here to get my car washed. They do a great job on prep and will even scrub down your car if the bug guts are really stuck on there. Just wish they had a annual package or something

The car wash is great, but the attendants are what make it the best. Kasen and his team go above and beyond to make sure the vehicle is clean before even entering the car wash. Highly recommend no matter how dirty your vehicle is.

Always been very pleased, however I just came from the carwash. Again great job, but I notified the attendant the car ahead of me had quite a bit of trouble with the card reader. I as well had a lot of trouble with the reader. It took about 6 x's for it to work as the line grows and grows behind me. I informed the attendant and he just blew me off. I thought well it's your business...Otherwise very pleased. Fido was disappointed no treats...lol

This was my first time here and I didn't know what in the world I needed to do. The young men helped walked me through everything start to finish before I went in. It helped ease my anxiety of driving into carwashes without knowing what to do next. I have never had the luxury of having an endless car vacuum and that alone is worth every bit of the $15 I spent. My car has never been this clean on the inside EVER. I haven't cleaned my car since before Winter and these young men (Kasen David and Tyler Howell) made sure my vaccum worked while I was there and even allowed me another free dashboard wipe so I could finish up. Great service and I loved the fact that it's all hands free when the wash is happening. I will be coming again and more often ;)

Not super happy with the wash or the service. We went in with a normal dirty pickup and we got a half hearted prewash. We got out and the bottom half of the pickup was still as dirty as it was when we came in. We asked the kid that was there if we could go through again to get it clean and he said no. So we then asked him if whe would at least spray the dirt off and he said that he couldnt do that either. If you want your pickup cleaned off dont go here. Your call will be dirty when you leave.

10/10, I m definitely coming here for my monthly car wash from now on. Kasen Davis was the attendant for this car wash and was very gregarious! Great customer service, honestly. This was more than a car wash, it was an experience :P

They have 2 young guys and a older guy working at this place that are supose to spray your car down before you go in ESPECIALLY if you have a lot of dirt on your car. Spray some stuff for bugs in front of your car. Well they don't they barely spray it or don't at all. One time I had a lot of dirt on my car and still had some dirt after it got washed. Kids get payed just to stand there

Car came out dirty still bugs splatterd all over the front went to talk to an employee showed him the vehicle to try to get a re-wash and said well the rest of the car is clean and we don t do basic re-washes. But the vacuums are great and have powerful suction

Took my pickup by and I am really happy with the job done, even the ole dried grasshoppers were removed. Special thank you to the kind gentleman Tyler Howell, if he is working and doing your wash you will not be disappointed.

I was turned away and not allowed to go through the wash because my truck was too dirty. This is indeed a car wash where people bring their vehicles to wash them...I ve been here dozens of times and it s never been an issue. I wasn t expecting a perfect wash as automatic washes never provide that, but to be told to back out and leave...supremely annoyed

I went on Sunday June 10th. And got a basic wash. Left and went to Walmart. When I got out of my car and looked at the top of car. If had to long streaks across the top of car. And when I looked it had taken the paint off my car . Went back to report it. And the kid said he never had any reports of it doing that. Was very upset. And I WILL NOT be going back. I have photos of the damage it did.DO USE THIS CARWASH . Unless you want to have to get your car repainted.

I paid for the 18 dollar wash and usually always get the 15. They used to really work on the front and sides before you went through the wash but here lately it seems you just barely get a spray and they hurry you through. The bugs were not even off my windshield this last time I went in and had to scrub the bugs off my mirrors and grill too. Wasn t happy with that at all.

Excellent car wash. Best I have ever used. This one changed the way I felt about automatic car washes. I will go here ever chance I get. Great people too. Thanks for bringing this to Altus.

My truck gets kinda dirty at my job because of rock dust....so I go get the 15 dollar carwash cause I like my truck to look good,most of the time they do a good job on the prewash but I've noticed a couple trouble spots after leaving so decided to tell the guy [called himself the manager]to power wash around my window trim...he did a poor job and when went back around to show him I was met with an attitude and was told they mostly concerned with the front.....wth?so he put it through the 2nd time still with an attitude the whole time so beware of you if you use this carwash and pay for a good carwash make them prewash your car so you might avoid the same hassle. Maybe it's time to go back to using another carwash if I pay 15 dollars and still have to go powerwash my truck.

This is the best car wash in Altus! The prices are reasonable and the vaccuums work great. The only downside is lack of trash bins. Otherwise, it's awesome.

It gets my vehicle clean even if I only pay the minimum $5. Good place to go if you don't want to get out and wash your vehicle.
