They are always busy. Do excellent work. Sometimes there is a short wait but they do the job in detail Open on sundays and 7am to 7pm on weekdays. Stock a lot of tires.

They do a good job when you get in. The problem is they don't have enough help and it takes them too long to get anything done. I went in early this morning to get an oil change. There were no cars in the parking lot and there was one vehicle getting a tire changed. I waited at the counter for 15 minutes before the clerk came up and announced to all of us waiting that it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait. I realize that no one wants to work anymore. Perhaps they need to pay their people more or takes some of the people that shop for the lazy people off the floor and train them to change oil.

Went in to have two tires replaced on one of our cars. Asked them upon arrival if they could be put on the front because it's front wheel drive and we have some ice coming. Service advisor said sure and wrote it in the system. When I came to pick it up they were on the rear, simple fix right? I asked to have them moved to the front drive wheels and was then informed 10 minuts later that they couldn't do that due to a policy. Yes I know the other two tires aren't new but common sense tells you to put the new tires with better traction on the drive wheels. So now I have to go home in the cold in my driveway and rotate these tires with no power tools. Not saying I'm too good for it but come on? It would've take less than 5 minutes.

Once I got over being told that I would not have to pay for mounting and balancing if I ordered walmart on line then I had to pay in store, the guy that did the work as great I felt like I didn't get a good deal on the tires like someone lied to me

Very fast and easy. Went to get oil changed and new tires. Only took an hour. Called me when they were done. I can not complain any.

They were not allowed to replace a plug in our tire. Why are they a tire center then?

I was told it would be 1.5 hour wait to change my tire. I waited for 1.5 hours and still had 3 ahead of me so I decide to pick it up the next day. I came back the next morning and my paperwork was lost. It took 30 minutes for the Assistant manager to finally get it sorted out and I was treated like an inconvenience the entire time. I guess it should be expected when I shop for price and not service.

Warranty on tires is a joke! Who ever heard of having to pay when you use a road hazard warranty

I called and they told me there was a 45 minute wait. So I drive up there and get checked in and tires picked ($75 Douglas tires) and told it will be about 1 1/2 hours again that's fine. 3 hours later I am told they dont have those tires in stock the computer wasnt updated but they do have $85 tires they can sale me. Well I been here 3 hours already so I will take them so it isnt a total wasted trip/day. Then after another 1 1/2 making 4 1/2 hrs I have been there. They ring me up at $95 a tire. Well at that point I lost it and ended up getting those $95 tires for $75 a piece. But that was the longest 45 minutes of my life and I will never believe anything that Walmart ever says again.

For two days I have been calling to talk to someone in the tire department. Waited on hold an hour Saturday and another hour just calling the normal store. Could not get anyone to speak to me. I was just placed on hold before I could talk. Today, Sunday, same story. Been on hold already for 30 minutes. Worst service ever. Will drive to Shawnee from now on.

It won't let you post with 0 stars so i guess 1 star : I called mid-afternoon 1/10/17 to see if an appointment was needed to install a battery. Nope, come on in... Asked if battery I needed was in stock... yes $117. Same day, as soon as got off work, I drove 1.5 hours to store... couldn't do it, too many tickets to take care of before closing. Nothing was mentioned that the service department closed at 7.I know it is my problem that I work two jobs and have limited time to have this done. My choice to live in a small town that doesn't have a Wal Mart Supercenter. My problem that I am single and don't have a man to do this for me. But it's a real disappointment when you drive 3 hours for because Miss Wal Mart Tire and Lube doesn't know how to say " any time before 6 when asked if an appointment is needed.

Yes it was Father s Day. But we re out of towners who just needed a tire but they weren t taking any new tickets . So looks like I m headed home on a donut. Thanks for nothing

I came here and asked about how long time will it take to do oil change? They said 1 hr. But I was waiting almost 2 hours and they were working on two cars same time where none was working on mine. I asked if I could leave now, they told me that the oils has been drained. I had to wait 2 and half hours because of which I had to be and hour late in my job.

I'm from Florida it's Sunday temp 104 all tire shops closed front tire on GT mustang goes egg shape can't drive over 8 mph. Pull in to Walmart about to stroke out...the auto team took one look at me and could see my stress and jumped into action. The manager GUY came to usure me that everything would be fine and took time to calm me down. That is real a real professional team that goes the extra mile to provide saftey first along with understanding and compation. Guy you have a great team and you are a great team leader.Robert Attkisson

They said it would be an hour till they could fix my flat. An hour and fifteen minutes later still had 2 ahead of me. I took my tire and left.

Put on four tires and took about 1 hour. Pretty fast!

The "girls" at the service desk act like they don't want to be here. Wait time over an hour to tell me about my tire. Poor experience.

Had an appointment. Guess it didn t matter. Ended up waiting over an hour anyhow. Lady working at the counter had such a poor attitude it was unreal. Price versus quality.....that s what you get.

Got the free tire rotation, oil change, and headlight cleaning. Never had a problem here. People are professional and nice.

I qas almost flat and its 6pm but wont patch my tire. So never will i ever do them again

Long waits sometimes but they've always been able to help with any issues I've taken to them and they have great prices on tires.

I came in for a simple oil change and they messed my oil pan out and then sent ME on a mission all over Ada to find a shop that would fix it. I couldn t find a shop so now I m out of a car for a week and they won t do anything to help!! Thanks Wal-Mart!!!!!!

I called out to automotive the girl that answered was so abrupt and rude I also called the main number to get to auto part and no one answered I eventually just hung up for a billion dollar company you should be able to staff good help and someone to answer the phone shame on this company

No techs were on duty. They had all gone home at 3pm. Service hours open until 7pm.
