These guys are it. Go see em, they can handle your problem. There service all of the heavy trucks I used to take to them while I was managing a fleet. Great, honest folks and they will take great care of you.

They are much more pricey than others and it takes them longer to change tires. If you drop your tires off to be mounted they like to wait until nearly closing to call you with a completion update. I don't suggest them to anyone. However they are the only local place that does semi tires so I'm still forced to use them.

Thank you T&W!! I was traveling when my low tire light came on. I found their shop and they immediately checked everything to make sure I got home safely. They wouldn t let me pay them for their help. I appreciated their service beyond words!!

T&W tire in Ada OK is amazing. I was in the midst of a long travel day on Friday afternoon- when - you guessed it - tire issues! They were so accommodating and friendly and fixed me up at a price I could not believe (as in they should really charge more). They are tops in my book

Great people, they really helped me a lot getting my trailblazer back in line. It was pulling so hard to the right if I let go of the wheel it would have driven off the road. They took the time to really explain things to me and give me opinions on what needed to be done to fix it.Another place I won't name, did an alignment just two months prior but as bad as it was when I took it here I am really suspicious that they did much of anything and charged me twice the amount T&W did.Turns out it was extremely out of alignment and had a radial tire pull causing my tire to start splitting down the middle. I could have had a blow out at any time. They probably saved my life. I've had work done other places but I don't know why I even bother taking it anywhere else. 10/10 recommend!

Very dishonest and will not stand behind what they do. Two months ago they did a balance and rotate. It has been vibrating and the front tire is worn out on the inside. After having it inspected by a mechanic and found it was the tire being out of balance we took it to them and they blamed it on a worn bushing and wouldn't replace the tire. I immediately spoke to another certified mechanic and they also verified that the unbalanced tire was the problem and that it could have worn the bushing, not the other way around. They not only cost us a tire, but a lower arm repair as well. I will never go back. I also have to agree with Bill Howard below. Before this incident We bought new tires from them with road hazard and when we went to get the tire fixed their records of us purchasing the road hazard had suddenly disappeared. They had no record of it at all.

T&W was so great the lady at the desk was very professional and quick, had so many phone calls and customers but was very capable too serve all customers in such a professional way! The technicians in the shop also worked quick and safe, making sure to get the job done! Facility was also clean, and warming to me

I ordered tires from here. Was supposed to get a call when they came in. Never received a call so I stopped in. The tires had been here and they never notified me. It took them over 2 hours to mount them. The lady up front told me they charge extra for mount and balance on tires 16 or more. The tires I ordered were 15 but she simply replied with well that s the price . This place is unorganized, unprofessional and not quick. Will not be doing business with them ever again.

Had new tires put on my truck and need a front alignment but they showed me that there's a lot of work to be done before they can do that so now I'm having to wait for the parts and a good time for them to do it

Very disappointed with the result when I had a road Hazzard that tore up my tire. I had bought 4 tires there and when I got a new tire to replace the one that hit the Hazzard there was no road Hazzard guarantee on those tires. Then when a asked about rotating and balancing I was told I had to pay for the balancing also.So if you do business there make sure you know what to expect later if you have problems. I won't be going back.

These guys are awesome! I was staying at a hotel in Ada and had a flat. They came out and got the tire, took it back to the shop to fix it and brought it back and put it back on. Maybe 45 minutes total. Really saved the day!!

I had 2 tires that were not on vehicles.1 was a screw repair1 had blown out and just needed a new tire put on.I was told 45 minutes.After 2 hours I asked what was going on and was told another 20 minutes.After 20 more minutes my tires were still outside where I put them.I took my tires and left.

You Need someone working the front desk with better customer service skills. I came in today asking if y'all had two lug nuts for my wife's car. We're from sulphur visiting in Ada for my daughter's doctors appointment. And when we got back to the car to leave I noticed we were missing two lug nuts on two wheels. So we drove to your shop to get help. I walked in and asked if you guys could help me. The first thing your service lady asked me was if they did it and I said no , but I needed help and would pay you for time and two lug nuts. She said to go to oreillys and buy them. And I said thank for your help and have a nice day and she just stared at me and watched me walk out with no reply. She was immediately defensive thinking I was accusing you and I wasn't I was asking for help and willing to pay for time and parts. So we left and the guys down the street helped us and got us back on the road safely and checked all lug nuts for no charge and replaced the missing lug nuts too. Point being... have someone experienced behind your counter and friendly that knows how to listen and talk to customers. I wonder how much buisness you lose with someone defensive and rude behind your counter......

Good service. Fast and friendly. Fixed my flat for the best price I could find in town and they didn't make me wait 40 mins to even acknowledge my presence like the other tire place in Ada.

Work is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY EXPENSIVE. $20 to break one side of a 235/75R15 and put a new valve stem in and air the tire up improperly. Didn't even put it on the trailer for me.

Drove into Ada for an event at the Agri-plex, 6 hours from home, front brakes squealing, found T & K on Google, made the call, got us in and out FAST!! Friendly staff!! Thanks so much for the help!

Spent 1100 on tires and they broke the key to my lock lug nuts. When I picked it up the passenger front tire was leaning in and took it to our mechanic. The upper ball joint was about to fall completely out. Our mechanic wouldn't even let me drive it home. It was to dangerous. They never mentioned this to me. Instead suggested we bring it back for alignment. Had to buy new lug nuts and had to pay to have them cut off. The ball joint wasn't their fault of course but it could have caused a very bad accident and hurt someone.
