These people will lie to you. Very unprofessional. Talking with a sales rep for 2 weeks about a specific car I wanted she set it up for me to come look at it today. I told her my price range and what I wanted. So she said she would set it up for me to look at the car I was interested in as well as others to look at. She even sent me a message this morning to confirm I was still coming. I drive 3 hours one way to be told the car I was interested in doesn t have a working motor. And all the others she was suppose to set up for me doesn t exist. Manger said sorry but it is what it is. Do not do business with these type of people.

Steven was my salesperson and Ken was the finance guy. I HAVE NEVER had a better experience buying a vehicle. They were honest and transparent about everything! My vehicle was missing a spare tire and Steven was on it immediately!!! I came from out of state driving a rental. Steven even helped me find a hotel nearby!!! Everyone I encountered at the dealership was top notch!!! Oh yeah I got a great deal on the vehicle as well!!

*DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP*We purchased a Lincoln Navigator from this lot on February 20th, the next day on February 21st I texted the finance guy Ken and our salesman Michael letting them know there was an overwhelming oil burning smell and it needed to be looked at. Ken assured me they would come get the vehicle and check it out at no cost to me since I just purchased this vehicle the day before. This dealership had my vehicle for a week and said gasket valve covers needed to be replaced so they were going to go ahead and take care of it for me. They even went as far as having a service person call me to confirm that the repairs were being made and once they had the issue fixed it would be delivered back to me. Once I got the vehicle back I still noticed the oil smell so I decided to take it to the closest Ford dealership to me to have it looked at and they informed me that the gasket valve covers needed to be replaced and my cost would be $1800.00 After finding that this dealership (Seth Wadley in Ada) lied about making the necessary repairs to my vehicle I contacted Michael requesting proof of repairs and my request has been ignored! Please save yourself the hassle of buying from a dishonest dealership like Seth Wadley in Ada, buy elsewhere!

Great place to buy a car! Richard and the gang were so helpful. Made the process easy and seamless. No pushy people just friendly and helpful. We drove to the Ada dealership from OKC and worth the driving time for sure. Would recommend Seth Wadley to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. I drove hours for a certain car and my salesman Destiny told me up until the minute I arrived that it was ready for me. She immediately sold it to someone else after I was already there. After that she tried to get me to buy some random other car that was not what I was looking for at all. The manager was no help and somehow managed to make this whole situation worse. Very pushy people, go anywhere else!

The more I deal with Seth Wadley the more I realize it s a joke. The free oil changes and engines for life is a joke they make sure they charge u $300 for this and $400 for that everytime so u can keep your warranty. I have 2021 Tahoe with 50,000 miles and I tested antifreeze last week when I knew it was going to get cold. It tested to be good for -15 degrees and this week they are saying it needs changed because it looks to dark. Now they want $350 to change antifreeze. I wouldn t waste my time.

Lied to me. Kayla called me and set an appointment to see a car they had already sold. They told me it wasn't updated in the system. Wasted my time and gas. Very unprofessional. Suggest buying somewhere else.This why people buy cars online.

I called about a vehicle asked some questions never got a straight answer drove a hour to look at it and it was damaged when I specifically asked if it had damage!! I asked if they would fix they said no!! Waste of time don t buy from them!!

The vehicle I traded in I had a oil change and serpentine belt replaced no charge on the oil change of course but I think I should have been refunded the price of the belt since that pickup is now you alls other then that the experience was good

Mom was getting her car serviced, so I walked around and looked at what they had and how much a new vehicle costs. And they're reasonably cheaper than here in Muskogee. And I'm going to go back and purchase something when I'm able to.

Very disappointed with service department once again. Went in for standard oil change and dropped off truck for 10:15 appointment at 10am, finally ready at noon!Plan on spending 2 hours for a simple service....

I brought my 2017 Chevrolet pick up in to get the oil and filter and tires rotated. After I finished, the representative told me that I possibly had some kind of leak possibly oil around my oil filter. She showed me a picture. When I got home, I got underneath my pick up And the oil filter had never been changed. So I called the dealership and told them about it. I took it back out to them and the service manager was concerned about the oil and I told him that the reason I called him was because the oil filter hadn t been changed , he showed me a picture where they had taken a picture of the oil filter and I told him I said here s the picture that I just took of my pick up and the filter was dirty oily, and had some oil on it. He said let me correct that his name is Chris , he said well we probably need to change the filter and I said no we need to change the filter in the oil and he said OK that s what we ll do and they did that .

Horrible service. Do not go here! I was sold a car that I found out later had been in a bad wreck. They just rigged it up where no one could tell and got over on me. I've spent so much money on this car to get it where I can drive it!

Personalized, professional, and prompt service. As someone from out of town I was pleasantly surprised and very appreciative of the helpful and courteous service I received at Seth Wadley Chevrolet . The Service Rep, Justin, set me up with a reliable tow truck contact if my car wouldn t make it into Ada, the name of a good hotel just around the corner from the dealership. He also set up an appointment for first thing the next day and had me back on the road in three hours. As an older woman traveling alone with only her small dog for comfort, I felt safe and secure in the care of the employees at Seth Wadley and the hospitality in Ada, Oklahoma.

I signed for a vehicle in April and gave it back a couple days ago. I had the vehicle for 5 months and called over 100 times trying to get my vehicle fixed and was declined even though it was under warranty. I finally talked to the GM and got it in the shop where they fixed my ac after 2 months of it being out but never touched my alternator after I told them after a month that it was stalling extremely bad. There was no work order given. I m 24 and I ve only purchased one other vehicle from a dealership but this dealership as so be by far the worse one. The vehicle was an absolute death trap. I told them it was unsafe for my family due to the stalling and they still wouldn t fix it. I almost was hit by a semi due to the stalling. I do not recommend this dealership. Waisted a whole complete day being lied to over the phone.Get to dealership in Ada then we were told and I quote " well he don't work here anymore "Sales didn't care I had a email confirming pre-approval of 30k .If my person didn't work there anymore why do they continue to text me that very day and the next!COMPLETE WAISTED TRIP!!!!

Very friendly, very professional. Upfront about everything, worked around my crazy work schedule and even delivered the vehicle to me!! Would highly recommend to anyone needing to build their credit as well!UPDATE6 weeks post car buying, I have to update! First of all I wrote the first part, the day after I purchased the car. The last 6 weeks have been hell. Not upfront, never talked to me about warranties or extra money being placed on my loan. A week later my credit report shows a loan $15,000 more than what I originally thought it should be???? Yes you read that right. Here s the story.I have a Yukon to trade, they want my Mercedes (2010 ML350 with 117,000 miles) to trade too. I cannot do that, my kids drives that car. They say oh we have a 2004 Tahoe with 180,000 miles we will give you. Yes GIVE you! I asked at least 5 times!!! No there was NEVER a talk about money for the vehicle which ended up being a 2001 Tahoe with 220,000 miles!!! They claim the $15,000 is the warranty and the Tahoe! Okay, I m highly educated and was duped by these swindlers! Why in the world would I pay $6,000 for a 2001 Tahoe with 220,000 and let you take my Mercedes for $8,000? Do they really think people are stupid. After multiple run around I m now going to proceed with a class action lawsuit. I do not care how long it takes as long as these people are not allowed to do this to anyone else!!!!

I had an appointment scheduled for 3:15pm but arrived about 10 minutes early. The staff in the service department got my vehicle in almost immediately. I was completely finished and leaving the dealership by 3:25! Talk about fast friendly service! Well done Seth Wadley! Well done!

Most impressive especially knowing that they employ a female salesperson. I am very impressed, and super pleased. My experience was nothing short of exceptional. Nice employees all the way around. So very personable. Seth Wadley will be the only place I shop for Cars and/or recommend to family and friends to get their vehicles. My salesperson was Kayla Booth and the finance lady, I think her name is Jennette? Sorry not too good of memory but these ladies put a smile on my oldest daughter's face and hope in her heart and that is priceless.
