This place is amazing!! My friend recommended them to me and they did not let me down. They were working on vehicles on their day off to help people get their vehicles back sooner after the huge hail storm. I dropped my car off Sunday night and was able to get it the next morning!! 100/10 would definitely come again if needed.

These guys have been dependable until now. We called to have them come out to a location to replace a dozer glass. Time is money and were told on 3 different occasions they would be there, and they never showed. We called again, they said they would be out on the weekend since they never arrived during the week, again a no show and no call. Called on Monday and they said they would be there at 1, never showed. We called Tuesday and were hung up on.

I was in need of my window being replaced so I called and set up appointment. They got the wrong window in said it would be next day but called next day and canceled because they had to order from elsewhere and was told they would call Fri to make sure it was correct. I never got a call and it went so far as my call and message being ignored. I m still shocked by the whole ordeal because there was no reason to be treated like my business wasn t good enough for them and unfortunately I still need my window fixed.

And we have a niece that lives out of town and has one of our cars to go to college. She needed a new windshield. They responded quickly and worked through insurance company.

Because I had an appointment to be there at 8. Was there 10 minutes early and no one ever showed up. Called at 10 and lady said she was our of office and would call me back in 10 minutes. And it been 2 hours and still no call back. Was supposed to have 2 glasses replaced. Had to end up drive 40 miles to someone else. They don't even deserve 1 star. That is not how you run a business. You tell some to be there you be there. I guess that's why ever I have talked to told be not to go there. But I like to give everyone a chance. But I want be back there.

Great place to get your glass replaced at. My only gripe is they rarely answer phone course maybe only when I call!!

There are people who favor men over women or women over men. At s&s Auto Glass, if your the slightest bit attractive the female that works here will make sure you have a nice long wait. She may seem nice but she takes the calls she writes stuff down. But she won't if your a threat. I asked for a simple thing to be done. I went during the middle of the week. Should be done by tomorrow she said. The next day it should be done. No its not. Maybe tonight or the next day. Friday comes around i call and no answer at all. I call again. Nothing. Now it's the weekend and I'm stuck without a vehicle. How nice. No update no anything. Thanks s&s Auto Glass. For nothing. Won't ever return here for anything. Oh and watch out if your another female. This could take forever.

Made an appointment for 10am to have my windshield replaced so I arrived about 10 minutes early and then waited until 10:45 and the guy never showed up! The woman that works there said he should already be here.... umm yes I know that, my appointment was for 10!This is the second place I've tried to have my windshield replaced at and neither shop has been able to show up for the appointments they set!If someone wants to start a glass business in this town it would be really easy to get all the work these lazy people have.

I'm very thankful for this business. I've been there twice now and they have been reasonable with price, and can fix almost any glass problem. The parts in my passenger window quit working and they ordered the parts for it and then had trouble with the mailing issues, and Mrs. Laura was very apologetic on the wait time and the misunderstandings, but once the parts came in she let me use her car so I wouldn't miss work and then gave me a reasonable price deduction on the repair.I'm very happy to do business with this company, I know their wait time is getting a bit longer but that's because they treat each vehicle as their own and make sure the issue is corrected with the highest quality. I really hope to see this business grow bigger in the future.

Tried to use them as a vendor to repair the windshield on my vehicle. Was told multiple times over a couple days that they would get information on repairing and a callback. Superb Job! I had been driving around with a cracked windshield for a really long timeI set up my appointment (which was a long wait) and my car was in and out the same day!It took longer than expected but the owner was in contact with me every step of the way! Very professional Very High Quality of work Very low wait times (in terms of booking) Same day service Competitive prices 10 out 10 recommended!

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Nobody was there when we arrived at set time . Received a text saying was on the way but we could leave key in drop box. Chose to wait still no show 1/2 later. Left key . Long story short, through text messages said windshield would be done at 12:30 . Arrived at that time was told then it could not be done because they didn t have correct seal. It had not even been taken apart. No apologies or explanations . Will never use or recommend to anyone!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Won't answer the phone so I can get a quote on a windshield, called there main office and the mobile phone number but no answer. And they're not closed so they're just not answering.
