Great purchasing experience at Rocky Ridge Power sports today! Drove 8 hours from TN to pick up our new Polaris Ranger Highlifter and it s been well worth the drive. Awesome customer service and communication prior to our arrival. They had the machine loaded for us, paperwork ready to sign and out the door in less than 30 mins. All together an excellent experience and we are very satisfied. Go by and see Matt & Tristan. You won t leave disappointed.

LEVI GARRET is a fraud he told me 60 months 7 pecent interest and the loan term come to find out is 72 months and 17 percent interest previous owners supposedly did all this new ones "arent liable" well i guess i know who to sue now.

We just bought our second machine here at Rocky Ridge Power Sports everything thing always goes smoothly and the employees are so helpful. I would highly recommend Rocky Ridge Power Sports when you are ready to purchase your next side � side.

Bought from them new atv. They pack lots of "extras" in contract to fluff price and make extra. Don't like it when cancel. Also, atv began to overheat under warranty and they either were unwilling or unable to take issue seriously and fix. Kept vehicle a long time and sent home in same shape, overheating. Had to find another dealer to fix. Wish hadn't bought from them. Poor after sale treatment.

Bought a Redmax ZT mower from them and cannot get them to work on it. Apparently they sold the business and the new owners don't stand behind products sold by the previous owners. Not a good way to retain customers.

We had a ranger go in for service it took them forever to diagnose it they said it needed fuel pump so they ordered one but it was weeks never showed up so we bought one ourselves and it took it to them. Next thing they say ecm is fried and they broke the harness. They took no blame for it. We got frustrated and brought it home. Took it to stillwater and they figured it out way after letting us know they messed the ecm up and all it needed to be reflashed. I would recommend anyone but this place.

Great place and super nice staff. Very easy transaction to purchase a new RZ Pro Spartan mower. If your needing a new zero turn mower I highly recommend checking them out. These things are Awesome! Love it!

Worst business i have ever dealt with!!!!! No one there knows what they are doing , ZERO STARS should be a option because that is what they deserve. The GSM (jarrod) is a complete idiot. We purchased a used side by side , before leaving the facility the salesman told us that the noise coming from transmission was normal when shifting just to gas it while shifting? First time out unit overheated and shut down , had to return the unit and their service department could not fix it. Then we had to load it up and take it to Jones offroad in Duncan , becuase rocky ridge had no trailer to transport it ,so Jones offroad service department could work on it. The radiator was packed full of mud and there was very little oil in the unit , transmission had to be torn down and we had to wait on parts , 2 months later we got the unit back . STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

I would give 0 stars if I could. Tried to get a side by side through them. Talked to a guy to try to get financed. Have called multiple times and every time it s I have have the sales person callYou back he is busy. It s been 2 months and guess what still have not got a call back. Bad business. Trash service.

They are amazing! We called needing a part today in a hurry. Called me back as they were able to locate one and right at closing waited till we got there. Even after hours called with more advice and to check on us. Thank you for helping us today.

Called and asked if they had a large selection of riding boots. They said yes so I drove an hour to their store to make a selection and was informed that they carry no boots in stock. You would think that would be worth mentioning on the phone.
