I brought my truck in for repairs it needed a new AC compressor sounded horrible. They fixed it and came in under their estimate. Highly recommend Posey s!

We dropped off a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500. The transmission went out. We pulled one and had one rebuilt. They call the first trans didn t work. We bring them the rebuilt one. That one doesn t work either. Now we are over a month into this. They say it s the rear end that is blown out. They want 1500 to fix after paying 1000 already. 935 for just labor. Okay we pay it. We find someone who can do it cheaper. No problem right they can have it done in a day so we tell them to put the key in the truck and lock it because we have the key fob. They per our request so just that. Tell me why when we go to get the truck it s now on a flat, the battery is dead and the rear end of the truck is in pieces in the bed of the truck. Now we have a busted window and have to completely replaced all the rained on equipment, gears, etc. They were upset we wanted someone else to do the work and they couldn t get us for 1500 dollars when it doesn t take that much and the labor is only four hours on. Don t use them. We never will and if we don t receive a refund we are going to court. A week ago we put the rebuilt trans in the bed of the truck for them. The trucks battery wasn t dead and it was not on a flat. What did you do to our truck???? Bad business. Never going back.Service: Transmission

I took my truck to these guys for a radiator and coolant flush on a Tuesday morning. I intended to wait while it was done. The mechanic said that I needed a new water pump. They said I could wait but it was going to take 4 to 5 hours and would cost $452.00. My wife left work to run me home. I was home about 20 minutes when they called to say the mechanic broke a bolt and the only way to get to it was to remove the timing cover. The price went to $848.00, for something their mechanic broke. Ten minutes after that they called to say it was now going to take at least 9 hours. I got the truck back at 4:30 on Wednesday. Thursday morning I noticed an oil spot on my driveway when I was leaving for work. I first thought it was residual from the work that had just been done. But the more I thought about it, I thought I'd better check it out. Oil was leaking from where they took off the timing cover and the dipstick showed to be at least a quart low. When I called them, they asked if I could wait until the next day to bring it back in. I dropped it off before closing that night. They called me at 3:45 the next day on Friday to tell me my truck was ready. They close at 4:00 on Fridays. I will never take any vehicle to them again.What I don't understand is that some of their reviews are very positive and they were recommended by a friend. And some of their reviews are very poor. Either they need to vet their mechanics better or they screw you by picking numbers out of a hat.

Took car there ran the same bad way it did before I took it there. They said the car was throwing all kinds of codes but then it stopped so they didn't tell my mother in law, they thought it was ok. They did return her money after I demanded it back.

I was driving with my daughter and her dog traveling from OKC to Brokenbow for a family event. My car started to overheat and just stopped. I was not far from this garage so I literally coasted into see if at the very least they could diagnose the problem. This was late on a friday afternoon.Not only did they diagnose the problem they went above and beyond anything I could have imagined and fixed the issue getting us back on the road in no time. And at a price that didnt break the bank. I am so very grateful for what they did for us. If I lived in Ada this is the only place I'd take my car for service. The men and women at this garage are so kind, caring, and professional.

I have taken my vehicle to Posey's for service a few times in the past and I have always had good experiences. I usually call ahead for quotes on parts and labor and they have always charged me slightly less than what was quoted for the service. Shannon is a great mechanic and always keeps you in "the know" of what's going on with your vehicle and his wife is just delightful! I love that they do not charge to just check out your vehicle to let you know what is wrong; basically a free consultation :-) I strongly recommend Posey's for this area!

Took my car to this place to have exhaust manifold replaced. Pay for the work in advance and they had my car in front of everybody's and made it a priority and was done in 40 minutes good job guys. Definitely be going there againService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Great service, great rate, and very friendly.When I got A/C problem, they took care of my car very well.I haven't have time to fix car, and then they repair my car's A/C very quick.They figured out the repair for me.I recommend the auto center.When I got other problem next time, I'll use Posey's Auto Center again

I had Shannon weld in an exhaust in my 01 Silverado. I came in on a Tuesday and asked when he would be able to do it and he told me if I brought it Thursday morning, he could have it done the same day. I told him I was heading out of town Thursday morning and asked if there was any way he could do it that day or the next day, which was Wednesday. He told me to bring it in around 8:30 Wednesday morning and he could probably work on it throughout the day to get it done for me by Thursday morning. So I drop it off right at 8:30 Wednesday morning and I get a call at 11:30 am the same day saying that it's done and ready to be picked up! Great! Very nice people and they fit me in on short notice when I was on a schedule. They only complaint I have is that one of the hanging brackets that got welded to the frame, he partly covered up one of the holes in the frame that gave access to one of the bed bolts, which was a little bit of a pain the next day when I had to change my fuel pump. Would've been a little better to weld the bracket another inch back as to not be covering any holes. Other than that little blunder, everything was fantastic!!

Had never done the job they charged me for took 6 hours blow new sencer that was bou ght ror them to put on van ran no diffrent then when i took it there and at home when home would not start they said they do not make house visits and i would have to pay to have it towed back to them by appointment for them to see IF they MAY be able to fix it also cost 300.00 and didnot tell someone that they had never done that kind of work on a vihicol before in 25 years he

Prices are reasonable and they really do all they can to get you in and out! Front desk lady was wonderful and they finally found the air conditioner leak that several others couldn't find. Highly recommend!!!

Shop people are very friendly, and they always have done a good job. My only complaint, if you can really call it that is they are so busy you usually have to schedule an appointment about 1 week in advance, but it gets done right.

Highly recommend. Took my wife s car in to check a clogged AC line. Mechanic didn t charge me for the repair and was honest about other issues with the car. Definitely coming back!

Great service, great rates, clean and organized facility, thoughtful staff. I dropped my car off to have work done, they got it done really quickly and even rolled my windows down a little so my car wouldn't be too hot when I picked it up, will go back for all car repair needs.

I send In my car twice now and the engine lite comes on and on top of that explained that my car was wobbling due to the passenger rear and surprise surprise it was not fixed. When your told you can pick up and then told it's not ready. I wouldn't and will not do business here ever again

Quote my daughter $120 to weld a broken exhaust. Then called and told us it was going to be $380 after they had it in the shop. I dont recommend them at all.
