Don t buy from them they will sell you a tractor finance it then when you figure out it might knot be the perfect fit for your operation they will tell you the tractor you bought from them is worth nothing now and let you know there other sales person f - you on interest but there s is worth gold. They say they don t hold value that s only the case when you need to trade yours in.I should have known better than do business with them after the time they came out and split my tractor left it in the field for sand to blow for over a year. Then had the nerve to tell me knot to tell any body. Yeah that should have been a red light on doing business with them if you want a tractor go buy a Mahendra. At least they re a better built tractor and at least you know they re knot worth any thing once they leave the lot you will be money. Ahead.When they say nothing runs like a deer what they need to say is run like a deer when you see p and k.

Zane, was so easy to work with at the Ada location. He wanted our business and he worked for it. Very professional and very nice. Delivery will be set up for next week. We don't anticipate any problems. Thank you, Zane..

Great place to deliver came two days early and they unloaded me within minutes. Have a dock around back of building.

The experience that I know with P& K has always been super helpful and friendly. People are only as nice as you treat them, and they have been super to my family. Shane delivered the equipment and followed through with everything we were told. Excellent guys at P &K!

***UPDATED 07/02/2022***Since making the purchase of the tractor I've since been contacted by P&K. I've been assured they will take steps to improve the customer service aspect of their dealership. I've received everything I was promised, I'm extremely happy with my 3025E and all the implements I purchased. I'm editing this review and bumping my initial rating from 2 to 5 stars. I look forward to working with P&K again.***I want to start with the bad and end this on a positive note.My wife and I recently purchased a 3025E tractor package deal that included several implements and a trailer. While the actual buying experience was pretty positive, follow up after the sale was not.I was assured our tractor and a few of the implements would be delivered to our place by the end of the day on a Monday. No delivery. Even worse, there was no phone call to explain why there was no delivery. First thing the following morning I called and spoke to the salesman. He said he was unaware that out tractor wasn't delivered but that he'd find out why and call me right back. 2 hours later I was still waiting for that phone call.I called back to speak to a manager but was told none was available. The person I spoke with asked for my name, repeated it out loud, and asked if she could help. I told her the issue and she asked for my name. She said she was under the impression they were waiting for the entire package to arrive before it was delivered. I told her that was not the case. I also told her I was pretty upset that no one bothered to call me. While I was talking with her the salesman called...I didn't answer. She did tell me the other items were enroute and the entire package would be delivered by the end of the day.A moment later the salesman called again. He said he had heard me talking to the young lady in service and then proceeded to tell me how busy he had been. I don't really care for excuses. He assured me the tractor would be delivered by the end of the day and someone would call me prior to delivery.The tractor, trailer and all but one implement (pallet forks) were delivered later that day. The driver, a young man, told me the other implement would be delivered the next day. He basically unhooked the trailer, answered a few questions, gave me the manual and keys then left.Here we are on Wed and still no pallet forks. And no phone call explaining why the pallet forks weren't delivered. Even after explaining how important I felt it was to be kept informed. Guess that just doesn't matter. I was also promised a set of tie-down straps by the salesman. Those were not delivered, either, with the tractor and trailer. Now we're stuck waiting yet another day for the pallet forks. We were supposed to leave for a trip and that's been delayed two days now waiting for P&K to delivery the remainder of our purchase.I know my little tractor package wasn't the deal of the century for P&K Equipment. But it's a lot of money, and it's very important, to me. The customer service at this dealership, in my experience, is unsatisfactory. It really makes me question if I ever want to do business there again.Now the good...I am extremely happy with the tractor and implements (the ones I've received, anyway) I purchased. The tractor was delivered with a full fuel tank, as promised, and it was clean and ready to go to work...as were the box blade and rotary cutter. The iMatch hitch was installed and is a breeze to use. I've put 7 hours on the tractor in the first 24 hours I've owned it and I couldn't be happier. I'm also very happy overall with the price we paid for this package. It was a great deal.Bottom line: great equipment, easy buying experience, great price, really lousy customer service after the sale.

Have purchased several pieces of equipment both new and used over the last couple of years with nothing but a positive experience. Any issues have been taken care of without hesitation. Will absolutely continue to buy from them.

Took my lawn mower into service, never had a problem with the belt not staying on until they serviced it. Now the belt won t stay on, my grass is not tall, and all they did was tell me to bring it back. So I took it back to have them look at it. All they did was put it back on, and told me to come back if anything was wrong and they would fix it. Well I get it home and I start mowing and it fell off the pulleys on the deck again. I call, took it up there, and then they told me it would be 3-4 weeks. I waited a week and called back. I left my name and number and nobody called me back. I finally just went and got my mower and taking it elsewhere. HORRIBLE experience and won t ever let them work on anything of mine again!!! Plus that first service they tried to charge me over $400 when I told them I wanted a quote first. They said they would call prior to working on it, but they didn t. They called after they started and said oh well our guys already started on the service . BS! When I called back to ask them when it might be done, they informed me that they never started on it. They then called me 30 minutes later saying it was finished! What a joke!

My wife and I recently purchased a used 469 round baler from p & k equipment of Ada Oklahoma. My salesman was Dane brecheen. He sold us this piece of equipment as a solid piece of equipment. Dane followed me home to help set it up and make sure that everything was good. Immediately after hooking the baler to the tractor we found that the left side of the pick up wouldn't lower all the way down. After 98 bales two of the steel rods that the spring teeth bolt to broke. I went to the manager asking if he would at least let me have the parts at cost because it was going to cost over $1300 for the parts. (Oh and the parts that broke had broken on the left side where there was existing damage. The manager and I got cross and told me to get out and don't come back and refused to sell me the parts I needed which were on the counter. I called Dane a few days later asking when he was sending someone out and he said he wasn't. I rently sent my son there to buy a new tractor which he did and this is the treatment I get. I don't recommend them for anything

Checked out an item I was needing on the internet for my John Deere riding lawn mower. I thought maybe it would be cheaper. I called P&K, they had it in stock and it was $5.00 cheaper than the sites I had searched plus the face to face purchase was great! The woman that helped me out was really nice. I won't be searching for parts online again. P&K will be my stop for all my John Deere needs!Thank you P&K! : )

As for service, not impressed at all. It's the middle of mowing season and I make my living off mowing. They are telling me 3 weeks or more out on fixing my mower, that's $3000 I loose while it sets there. I could understand if someone was working hard in the mower Dept but I drive by every day and I see about 1 mower a day move. Absolutely rediculous to have to wait that long in the middle of the mowing season. At this time I will never buy another John Deere and advise others to check the service before you do.
