Would not recommend this place. I took my vehicle here to get a diagnostic done. I had an extended warranty through the place I got my car from. They said there was one thing wrong with the car because I showed them the possible issue. They went back and forth with different prices on things, tried charging my warranty place more than their service fees, and the up charge on their products is ridiculous! I had to pay out of pocket for the diagnostic fee which sucked after the experience. And on top that they don t take credit from you. So, when I left to go pull cash for the price they told me. I get inside to pay and they told me that it wasn t $85 but now $86. As I went to drive my car away they can out of the shop and told me they for got to put the plastic cover over my engine. The guy that came out to put it on was smoking a cigarette over my car and I found that to be super unprofessional. And it also smelled of weed inside. My car stunk for days inside from whoever was in it. I decided not to use them and take my car to the dodge dealership. And not shocking they have found several more things wrong with it.

I had 2 trucks in this shop over the course of about 6 months. The last time I had a truck in this shop was to replace a rack n pinion. I knew the ball joints were also not in great shape but I was traveling only 100 miles away to the next place we had to work. I could tell on the drive it wasn't driving or steering well. When I put the truck in the shop at the next stop I found out the nuts that control the steering were almost all the way loose and they were never tightened up after the work I requested was done. They were never very polite and just acted like if they weren't doing the work they didn't care. Thank goodness I didn't lose all steering or lose a tire on the interstate that could've killed me, my kids or someone else. I spent thousands in that shop. Wish I could give a better report and yes I have all receipts. If you care about safety, I wouldn't recommend. Spent thousands at this shop. Now I have to get both vehicles looked over because I second guess their work. The only reason I give 2 stars is the woman in the office is nice and polite.

Took my vehicle to get worked on and when it was done there was a 100% upcharge. Bill ended up being $3100. Didnt even call me to tell me they added other services in. If you have deep pockets this is your place. Just out to scam people. Bad business.

The first time i used them they were great!! second time not so much..went in to get belts replaced and was told i needed a new alternator and battery both of which i had not had a problem with before ,800 later ipicked up my car and its showing discharge took it back and they supposedly replaced the alternator again but its still showing a discharge when in gear and they somehow managed to ruin the shift knob, so i dont know if ill use them again

Took my 4 runner in to have power steering pump replaced and they got it fixed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Now my vehicle has no shake, shutters, or anything it runs much better then before.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Will not go back. Ask you fix everything got it back brakes went out plus other things I told them. Got it back again the things a brought up never toughted so never again. 1500$ tofor then to do the least. Poor service. I have had three different cars they have worked on and serviced. All have done great since. Labor cost are the lowest around Ada and they work with warranty companies. They are always running specials with oil changes and alignments. Check them out.

I was about the pu at the first but they refused to tell the price.They didn t give price at the beginning and oil change was 129.03 for regular synthetic oil. Rude customer service from the lady on desk.

They had our car for about 3 weeks and never got anything done. Said they left for a week or so and apparently Noone else worked on it. They also said they called the insurance adjuster several times but couldn't receive any information. The insurance company pulled the phone logs and proved they did not call but twice at the beginning. The adjuster also kept in contact with me telling me all she needed was photos and a quote and it was never provided.mucks said they weren't told that even though the adjuster and myself told them multiple times. It's been almost a month and when I went in to talk to them about it they were very rude and unhelpful. I've taken the car somewhere else now and in a matter of hours the photos and quote has already been turned in to the insurance adjuster. Do yourself a favor and take your work somewhere else this place has very poor customer service and has been caught in the lies that were told. I recommend Manuel collision center.

I have made Muck's my home for automotive repair! They are fair and reasonably priced. My truck is riding and running like brand new when I purchased it new in 2012 after having accumulated over 175K miles and still going strong. I have recommended Muck's to all my family and friend's!

Only fixed one of the three things I took it in for. Said they fixed the second, but they never even tested it, and it was not fixed in any way. They refused to even check the third after four requests. Charged me well over what they quoted to fix all three. Condescending and rude when I asked them (for the fourth time) to check the third thing, and told me they didn't have time to mess with it (they would have had to drive it around the block to listen to the sound it was making). Finally had to pick it up with only one of the problems fixed and take it to someone else to fix the other two. $500 I will never see again.

Beware.I don t know what happened. Used to get good service here, but the new service writer is just awful. Don t expect her to return your calls or offer any helpful updates as to the status of your car, but do expect her to hang up on you when you ask to please not touch the car because you re having it towed elsewhere after five days of poor communication and no attempt at diagnosis.When our car wouldn t start, I had it towed to Mucks because I always felt they did good work and were straight and to the point. And since it was so last minute, we didn t mind that they couldn t get to our car the first day, or even the second. But after five business days when they had not even moved the car from where the tow truck dropped it (despite promising that they would look at it first thing the next morning, or that they already had), nor even bothered to take out the keys from the unlocked car in their lot (how we left it for them to take), enough is enough. Finally, the lack of communication and being hung up on despite speaking civilly was enough that we had our car towed to Double D s.Apparently Muck s will take advantage of you if they think you don t want to pony up the cash to have your car towed to a better shop. A huge disappointment, because I thought Candace and her husband seemed like decent people and I trusted their service.

Had an appointment to do an alignment at 8:30 am. Went back at 1:00 pm and my vehicle had not been touched. Will not go back.

Entire group was friendly and professional with fair prices. Appointment timing leaves a little to be desired and it didn't seem like the alignment tech was a part of their team.

Incredibly poor service and unprofessional atmosphere. Had my car there a week and they never called me. They never even looked at it and I had to have it towed to a more professional shop. Would recommend going elsewhere.

Poor service!! I recommend ANY OTHER automotive service than this place!! Was told "tomorrow they'll have it in garage working on it" for a week! Also was also told by whoever they have answering phones we would get a call back, NEVER HAPPENED!! Letting everyone I know the poor ridiculous service we got!
