I've used Manuel two different times now, and both times, they've gone above and beyond for us. I have Geico insurance, and when I told my agent that I would be using Manuel, the guy said, "Oh yeah, they're good and trustworthy."We got our vehicles back in better condition than when we purchased them. They're on top of everything and keep you updated with text messages throughout the process. They're also very friendly, which is rare nowadays. I will always choose Manuel Collision Center!

Manuel repaired my car after I was hit and my entire experience was wonderful. They kept in touch and communicated with us every step of the way. They loaned a rental to me that was better than what insurance wanted to cover at enterprise. They also covered any additional days that insurance wouldn t cover. My car was spotless when it was returned to me. Highly recommend!

They were knowledgeable and communicated well every step of the way. Didn't have any problems between them and my insurance. Before dropping it off. They had all their paperwork ready, so it was in and out. While they had my vehicle I got regular updates on it's current status and the ETA. And after I picked it up and inspected it myself, I didn't find any problems with the repair or overlooked details. Only downside is that there may be a decently sized wait list with how popular they are.

From the time I dropped off my vehicle to the time of picking it up they stayed in contact weekly.The response time was outstanding. I can't say Thank you enough to all the staff for the awesome customer service to the hands on of repairing it.It's a treat when you pick up your car and they detailed the inside and outside.If you need a trustworthy business who will even deal with insurance for you.I say trust in Manuel's Collision you will not be disappointed they treat you like family. Thanks to everyone again !!!.

Very happy with Manuel Collision work!!!They went way above expectations making my 14 year old car look new again! Having your vehicle in the shop is always a stressor their customer service helped relieve that stress at every corner. I hope I never need body work again if needed Manuel will automatically be my first and only option!

This business is far beyond a body shop ! This entire business runs smoothly and efficiently from a repeat customer experience. They have repaired 5 vehicles with me; company trucks, and personal vehicles. Always on time and on the money for great work! Expect a new standard in excellence if you chose Manuel Collision for your next repair or upgrade!

Great price for value of work. They try to only use OEM/Factory parts unlike a lot of other places that use aftermarket or used parts. They have great customer service and keep you informed of any work that has or needs to be done. Will 100% use them for any future repairs!

Manuel Collision is very professional dependable collision center. They notify you weekly on the progress of your vehicle, handle all the insurance issues, and have rental cars available while they are fixing your vehicle. They are very helpful and courteous and answer any and all questions. This is the 2nd time I have used them and will always use them and will refer them if anyone ever needs a collision place. Thank you for all you do.

Took good care of our car and in a timely manner. Received updates regularly and very friendly service. They went above and beyond my expectations. Very pleased. After car was ready they cleaned car inside and out. Would recommend them highly

Had a second "mishap" within a month or so. Couldn't turn in on insurance, so had to pay out of pocket. As with the first repair, service and quality of work was outstanding. However, understanding my plight, Mr. Manuel, himself, stepped in and made it as cost-effective as possible for me. Very much appreciated. I WILL NOT use another body shop, if ever needed (hopefully not), as long as I am in the area and they are in business.Thanks to all at Manuel.

I cannot say good enough things about the level of service we received in repairing my murano. They handled all the insurance stress and made sure we were taken care of the entire process! Top notch customer service and communication throughout and I ll never go to a different shop for repairs!

I bought my Chevy Colorado on 10.8, I had it 4 days before someone backed into me. Manuel's fixed it pretty quick for me & had it lookin' pretty again. I had my truck 10 days after repair & was backed into again, then 2 days later my wife's car was backed into. We feel confident knowing Manuel's will take care of us, do a good job, with a fairly quick turn-around time. In a town where folks can't seem to drive, I'm thankful for a good, honest shop.

I researched an auto repair near me and chose the place for its good reviews. I didn t make an appointment and drove there for an estimate; the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They were upfront and very informative as to what my car needed. They updated me every step of the way & answered all my questions. My car s repairs were outstanding and done in a timely manner. I was also very pleased with loaner vehicle provided. I had a wonderful experience & would recommend this shop to anyone! 5 Stars in Quality & Service!!!

Staff and service was exceptional! Staff even answered the phone after hours and came in on a day off to ensure my wife and I had a rental car so we wouldn t miss work. Everything went smoothly as Manuel Collision Center went direct with my insurance.

After a deer ran into my car a client I didn t know at my insurance agent recommended Manual Collision after having positive experiences there.My car was drivable so it took 2 months to set a repair date.I was treated respectfully and given updates at least weekly until they could repair everything except one item which is on national back order. I was very pleased with the work they ve done on my vehicle. I was also pleased with the car rental service which they have on site. 5 stars doesn t even scratch the surface, I can t praise these guys enough. After any accident, you re already frustrated and not looking forward to the process to follow, but this incredible group of folks immediately welcome you in and get straight to work, keeping you updated every step of the way.Without question, the best service, most polite, professional, just down home staff that genuinely looks out for and cares for their customers, that I ve ever experienced.The level of expertise in their body work and paint, is unmatched. I took my truck to Manuel Collison for repairs to the front end. It was by far the cleanest body shop that I had ever seen. Bear (yes that is his name) met me and quickly did the appraisal. They even contacted my insurance provider and handled all that so I didn't have to. We set a date and discussed if I needed a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being done. It did seem like a long time to get the appointment. Once they started on it they did a awesome job. The paint matched perfectly. They finished the job ahead of time. I couldn't be more pleased. Honestly, I think my car looks better than when I bought it as a like new one year old certified vehicle from the dealer - great results from the repair after hitting a deer and great service throughout the whole process - all the staff were helpful and friendly and they kept in touch to let me know how things were going - hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I ll be happy to return to Manuel

Repair was done in a timely manner. Very complete estimate of work that needed to be done as well. Kept informed each step of the way. Very competent and friendly staff. Very, very, very clean. Looks like a showroom. They did not work on my truck, but I was very pleased with them. They were very honest and straightforward about what they did and didn't work on. As it turned out, they didn't do what I was looking for. But, they did point me to the person who did. That helped me out a lot.If you've been in an auto accident and need work on your vehicle, they do that. They're just not a mechanic shop.

Had a deer strike on my 2018 Acadia. We love this vehicle and we were just sick about it. First off we were so worried that the paint would not match. They assured me that there was a lifetime guarantee and they specialized in "non-detectable" repair. We were absolutely astonished at the results! As a mechanic myself and seeing the damage firsthand, even I could not tell that it had ever been in an accident. Best of all the paint was a perfect match and completely undetectable that it had been repaired.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

My husband might as well be blind in his left eye, because he has a habit of backing out and hitting the left side of our vehicles on poles. He did this to our brand new van RIGHT before a trip we had to make out of state, completely destroying the driver's side mirror in the process. We needed to get in and out quickly with our vehicle but wanted quality work done. We checked out several places but he was immediately impressed with the customer service he received when asking questions at Manuel's, they could get us in and out in time for our trip, and the business was large, organized, and clean inside. Their prices were right in the vicinity of everyone else's, as well. I'm so glad we went with them. One of my pet peeves is when you're dealing with a business and have to hound them for information. I feel like we deal with this just about every time, but Manuel's offered a text update option that kept us fully informed about where they were with the repair and when the vehicle would be ready. They even went the extra mile to have it done during the time when we could have a friend take my husband to pick up our van. They mailed us a lifetime warranty on the parts they replaced and they detailed our van on the inside before releasing it to us. The van looks like new again! I have absolutely nothing to complain about and everything to say about how much I recommend this business if you're needing body work done on your vehicle.
