I had an error code on my Case skid steer and I spoke to the service department about it. They looked up the code and gave me some pointers over the phone to help me do some further diagnostics on my own. It turns out it was a really simple issue and I was able to fix the problem myself. My machine was back to running that day and I avoided a lot of wasted time/money on having them pick it up and charge me a ton of money for what was a stupid-simple repair. Not a lot of dealers will do that and because of that, I will bring my machines here for anything I can't solve myself and to purchase parts and supplies. Thanks Hisle Brothers in Ada. I'll see you down the road.

I dealt with James the sales guy there he did a great job awesome customer service. I got a ferris I s x 800 I have to say one of the best mowers I've ever used. The quality is outstanding and the hislel brothers customer service is top notch highly recommend.

Stopped in to compare their brand to others. Found the sales person to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He covered several brands they carried.and helped us decide which model was best suited for our needs. Additionally he helped us with implements that we might use..At the end of the day we left with what we needed. We felt no pressure to purchase anything------ but we did. He also explained a generator that they carried which we need f[r camping good company/GREAT SALES staff thanks

A day after leaving a 1 star review, I was astonished to receive a personal phone call from Wade Hisle to discuss the problem I had with a recent parts order. He was very concerned about my negative experience and we quickly worked out an agreeable solution. This type of one-on-one interaction is rare in today's faceless world, so if you want exceptional service with a personal touch, I highly recommend Hisle Brothers.

Nice friendly foke helped load our equipment on both rigs, but I priced some of the equipment being curious for myself I think it's a little pricey for such smaller equipment that I was looking at...

Terrible, huge waste of time, and still didn't fix my tractor. Service manager is either incredibly ignorant or thinks his customers are. Looong story short, I wasted the time hauling my tractor there and back, for absolutely ZERO repairs. Service manager refused to even look at the tractor after several visits and explanations as to the problem, instead made up a fictitious issue and didn't even fix THAT. Then they lost my tractor key when I finally gave up and picked the tractor up. I won't be back.

Had some trouble getting work done on my Mahindra tractor. Took 50 days for something that wasn't all too complex. Anyhow, hard work is good to find and they were with one service manager leaving NO NOTICE, then putting one in quick without full experience with the duties. Finally now have a new manager the seems to have a handle on what needs done. So I have my tractor back and all I can say is; finally and thanks.

Called for parts and questions about finding metal shavings in my Mahindra tractor. Service dept advised to bring tractor in for service, said tractor is due for recall repairs and would try to help warranty out parts I requested along with investigating the metal shavings found. Service department assured me they would keep me updated and not charge anything unless they notified me first. After 3 weeks I called for an update and found out that my tractor was ready. Service dept said I could pick it up after paying over a $500 bill for looking at the tractor and refilling hydraulic. My tractor still needed repairs and I was denied any warranty work because the service dept claimed to find no evidence of damage. Even though I was assured that I would be updated and notified before any changes occurred, the service dept said they won't do work for free. I paid the bill and picked up the tractor but I was made out to be a liar about the metal shavings and crook for questioning the bill.

We brought in a new holland boomer 47 tractor for warranty work and it has been 4 months now and we still have yet to see the tractor! It is very hard to get ahold of them and no one seems to care about customer service! Hopefully one day the issue will be resolved.....

Went to get some info and prices for tractor parts and they were very helpful and they printed me a diagram of the item I'm working on with the parts numbers and it is very helpful definitely will go back
