I inquired about this used Nissan Altima one evening. The next day, I was contacted by email and a phone call. I made an appointment to go look at it and drive it. Dylan was very helpful in answering my questions. We purchased the vehicle. Then they delivered it to Clinton because I was in town visiting my mother. I live in northern New Mexico. I am very satisfied with the complete process!! When I need another vehicle, I will give them a chance.Thank you to the entire team at Hilltop!!

This was the least stressful and easiest buying and trade in experience I have ever had. I ve purchased multiple vehicles from dealers all around the state and none of them were as professional, friendly, transparent, or pleasant as Hilltop. I appreciate the honesty and respect they exemplified on our deal. I look forward to future purchases with them!

The break down in communication that I had with this company was completely resolved. I appreciate the manager taking the time to talk to me and get everything squared away. I Will be taking my truck back and allow these guys to do what they do best.

Hands down the best dealership experience we've ever had. Johny Mathews was our salesman; he met us outside and asked what it would take. We said lower payments. Not only did they deliver, the payments were even lower than their initial offer with a 100k warranty included. As they waited on the bank, they let my husband pick out some Jeep merchandise as an apology, but it was worth the wait. From the moment we stepped on the lot to signing the papers with Hunter, everyone was awesome. This dealership is over 2 hours from us, but I'd definitely go back. Hilltop, thank you again.

1st time purchase at this dealership was definitely a pleasure to deal with, Brody was my salesperson and from start to finish Brody was on top of it with paperwork and getting things together before I arrived definitely would recommend and come back.Hunter was the finance person and he too was very professional and non pushy when it came to offering products like extended warranty, he was very detailed in going over the paperwork and making sure that everything was good to go from dealing with my credit union back and forth to final signing.Thanks again for making the deal smooth and enjoyable!

They will give you a run around to save their lives. The person I had the amazing pleasure of dealing with was so drunk, he couldn't even keep his eyes open. He reeked of his habit, and didn't really want to let me in my own car he was test driving. He was very aggressive in his attitude, that I was GOING to do something, and didn't get a choice in the matter. I turned to leave, and there were 2 more standing behind me blocking me in. Like I had done something wrong, or stole from them. I felt very unwelcome, and have been a good standing customer for the past couple years now. They told me to figure things out at a real dealership, and did it long enough to void a warranty they no longer wanted to honor. I won't be doing any more business here, and would never recommend them to anyone.

Purchased a Gladiator from Aaron, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. They weren't super pushy and didn't try to throw on a bunch of scammy dealer add-ons like multiple other dealerships. I made the drive up from DFW, TX. Chase was awesome in making the deal happen and Hunter in the financing department was great. In and out super quick on a Saturday

They are the best. Had our ram worked on in Utah and they did not fix it. Going through new Mexico had to put it back in shop, still net fixed. We had to bring it home to Ada and they fixed it first time. Can't say enough good things about this dodge dealer.

It's Sunday and I stopped in to look at a new Jeep I was planning on calling about on Monday to purchase and out of no where there's a voice that comes on a intercom loud speaker and says I'm trespassing and I'm on private property I'm being recorded and to leave immediately. I mean dang. I didn't even touch the jeep. Yeah I left and dont plan to return. I will buy my jeep elsewhere. I'm sure they aren't the only dealership with a Earl Green exterior Jeep. Goodluck Hiltop.

Excellent service! I needed a part for my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The parts department made a mistake in the initial order but they corrected it by giving me a discount and a free hat. They really care about their customers and I highly recommend doing business with this dealer!

Just purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from here and I LOVE it!!! Lee was amazing, efficient, very knowledgeable and got me a great deal. I had totaled my vehicle and needed to get into a new one quick and he made it happen within the two day time frame I had! I will never buy a car from anyone else he made the transaction so easy and convenient! I am above satisfied with everything! Awesome place with awesome people!

Cody and Cinnamon in the Service Department also go above and beyond to insure my vehicles are well maintained. You don t just buy a car from these guys, you buy a dealership dedicated to total customer satisfaction.

We haven't had the best experience with this dealership, communication and paperwork takes forever! I have been waiting since October for a refund on my GAP insurance which should have been easily taken care of months ago as I took in a copy showing my loan was paid in full! Can't get any answers from staff either!! Extremely frustrated!

I Was helping my son to try and find a useed Dodge truck 1st time purchase here in Oklahoma for our Family. The entire crew from Salesman to finance were Great. Best price on a Beautiful 2015 Ram Truck in the state looks and Smells Brand New.. But in AZ where were from things are done differently for Tags, taxes and title. So we discovered we were in a situation months down the road. I went to talk with Cliff and he went above and beyond what I was asking or hoping for! We are a Big Dodge Family and I will say we have found our Dealership we will continue buying all our Trucks and/or cars from. Thank you Hiltop Dodge!

Don t trust the people or the vehicles they sell. The car fax they provide are scrubbed. We bought a car from there and took it to get maintenance after realising some issues and the body shop informed us the frame was bent and should ve been listed as a totalled car. The outside was fixed to make it look like it was not in an accident, currently about to engage in a suite.

They are good when selling you a car but any needs after that m, you are SOL. Salesmen will not return your calls after they promise to call you back with an answer. Finance and Title clerk loses your paperwork and blames it on the other party and will not take responsibility of their lack of service. Daughter s title expires in one day and no title yet. They said we picked it up, we did not. We did not finance through them, Thank goodness! They said they cannot give me certified paperwork to take to tag agency as they do not have lien holder information even though they have to have that at signing! I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Ada Dodge if you do not want to deal with a title and paperwork nightmare!!

Dishonest and untrustworthy, don't count on receiving what your promised at the time of purchase. You would think for being a small town dealership they would be a little more honest than they are.Go somewhere else! The city if you have to, just stay clear of this place. From the salesmen and finance manager all the way up through the general manager you will be hard pressed to find an honest one in the whole bunch.If you do go to this dealership GOOD LUCK. And I hope your experience is better than mine. But don't count on it.
