I would never buy anything from this dealership. I had been dealing on a used Toyota truck for two days with a very nice salesman. I had told him three times that I wanted the truck and expected to come to terms. After just getting off the phone with the salesman, he called back and informed me that they had sold the truck the previous evening without telling him or giving me the opportunity to buy or refuse to purchase. Very unprofessional!!! I gave them one star because I couldn t give them zero and post a review.

Recently purchased a 2021 Cadillac XT4 from Tyler Wilkins, This was a no pressure sales guy who was very knowledgeable of the vehicles we had questions about. I do not buy from high pressure lots and will always test out the knowledge of my salesman. If you need a new vehicle or someone to keep an eye out for what you are looking for, this is your guy.. I have been looking for bronco for about a year. There were none on the lot and I told my salesman Homer Morales if you got one in please give me a call. He called as soon as one came in. and we managed to accomplish the sale that same day that it came in. My experience was wonderful.

Joey (my salesman) was amazing! Easy to talk with, no BS, no smoke blowing (y'all know what I mean). Answered everything single question I had. Real good guy. Montana (finance person) was also amazing. There seriously was no pitches. The whole experience was great!

My Sales team Chris and Sonny were Fantastic. Chris allowed me to drive as many vehicles' as I wanted. Since I didn't really know what I wanted. He was patient and very informative about each vehicle I tested out. Absolutely, No Pressure Sales! I went 3 separate times before finally finding my perfect fit. Each visit to Ada Ford everyone there made me feel as if I was a friend just cruising around. Great Experience and No regret. I have left there with the perfect fit for me and feeling that we both closed the deal Fairly Priced. Even the Finance Guys Scott & Talon were great!

My husband and I were out for a Sunday drive and I inadvertently ran over a cement parking lot divider and bottomed out. There was nothing leaking out from the underside nor were there any parts hanging down. However when I would start driving there was a clicking, rubbing noise. We drove straight to Fenton Ford in Ada and parked it. I returned the next morning and told Kevin, my advisor about the incident. Even though I didn t have an appointment, he told me they would check it out and let me know something that afternoon. I just bought my 2022 Ford Explorer in June 2022 and was very devastated to say the least by what had happened. He was very kind and understanding. He called that evening and told me what they found and what the plan was for repairing it. Kevin called me twice throughout the next few days to update me on the progress ie; what parts were ordered and the status of when to expect delivery and repairs to possibly be finished. He explained everything in terms that I could understand. Kevin was so reassuring and professional. I cannot explain how much it eased my mind to know what was happening every step of the process! By Friday my car was repaired and good as new! I highly recommend Fenton Ford. The purchasing process was fast and stress free and the guys in the shop have always gone over and above to take care of me. They are always cheerful and friendly. I will be a customer for life!

Today I called to setup a time to test drive a vehicle. Chris was the first person I talked to and he was AWESOME. I used to sell cars so I felt like I knew the process but Chris helped me from start to finish and answered all my questions. He helped me get more for my trade and got us into an amazing used truck we wanted. It was truly the best and easiest car buying experience I've encountered. They were all awesome!! Went today to look at a 2022 Ford Ranger. Amazing service, such a nice group of people, and very helpful. All around best experience I have had at a dealership. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle! Homer was our guy and he was the best. Also everything was very fast, no one was pushy, and they were all so nice. Absolutely love.

OUR EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL WE DROVE 236 MILES TO BUY THIS VEHICLE THAT THEY ADVERTISED ON LINE SHOW CAR FAX REPORT AND PRICE WAS GOOD, WE GOT THERE AT 6:45 PM WE WERE TALKING WITH SALES MAN MIKE AND WE ASK FOR HIM HE SHOW US THE VEHICLE AND POINT AT IT WENT INSIDE BECAUSE HE WAS WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER SO THEY SAY.HE TOOK US INSIDE HIS OFFICE TALK ABOUT THE PRICE THEN BRING THE PAPERS FOR US TO SIGN AND MY HUSBAND ASK I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE I SIGN ANY PAPERWORK WHATS GOING TO BE THE TOTAL PRICE AND IF THEY WERE GOING TO DO WHAT THEY TOLD US ON THE PHONE TO PAY THE DOC FEES AND FILL UP THE GAS TANK THEY SAID YES WE ARE GOING TO, BUT DON'T WORRY WE GOING TO ADJUST THE NUMBERS AFTER YOU SIGN, WE DROVE IT BACK HOME WAS ALREADY 11:00 PM SO NEXT MORNING WOKE UP, HAD A FLAT 2 NAILS IN THE TIRE AND HE OPEN THE HOOD AND HE SEES THIS PIECE OF METAL WITH SCREWS HOLDING THE HEAD LIGHT, THIS CAR WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT AND THEY DID'T EVEN MENTION IT TO US WE CONTACT THEM BACK ON MONDAY ASK FOR MIKE, HE TRANSFER US WITH THE MANAGER SUNNY TOLD HIM ABOUT THE PROBLEM SEND PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE, CALL BACK AND TOLD US HIS IN A MEETING, SO THEY SAID, NEVER CALL US BACK AT LEAST TO SAID THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, SO WE WOULD'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE . AT THE END WE JUST WANTED FOR THEM TO CALL US, SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Took our 2020 Ford Explorer in for an oil change and service. When I got there I asked about a couple other thing to be looked at while they had it. They explained the cost of one and repaired another under warranty. Excellent service and friendly staff. Explained the entire process with me.

Recently purchased a forward Maverick through Fenton Ford of Ada. I had to place an order online through them which at first was a little rocky, but eventually we got everything squared away. When it came time to actually purchase and get the car at the dealership they were very professional. They also were not pushy at all we it came time for additional offers by the dealership. They offered and took no for an answer which made things for me, as a costumer, relaxing and not awkward. All in all my experience was great and I would definitely go through Fenton Ford of Ada again to purchase a vehicle!

We took our truck which we had not bought from them..in for a recall (the death wobble). The dealership in Purcell we had purchased from said they could not fix for 2-3 months Fenton made us an appointment and fixed it the day we took it in. We ended up buying a car while we waited..very knowledgeable salesmen enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Had an excellent experience! I worked with Ryan and he was a great rep to work with. I always felt very comfortable and it never felt like anyone was trying to take advantage of me. I ended up getting a great truck at a great price working with some truly amazing people. In light of the other dealerships I dealt with while looking for a truck, I can't say enough good things about Fenton Ford and would absolutely recommend coming here the next time you're looking to buy a vehicle.

I traded the truck in 7-2022, and am still receiving e mails for this truck?You would think they would know to clear out the vin info !!!Nothing personal against Fenton, but they sell ford, and that s a product I ll never buy again in my life.

Dalton (my salesman) went above and beyond to find me a vehicle. All I told him was that I wanted to switch from my 10yr old truck to an suv that s easier on gas but still spacious. And he quickly found me exactly that plus some. My new ride is absolutely perfect for me. My whole experience there was great. And by the time I signed the papers I felt peace about the decision and safe in the vehicle. I couldn t be more grateful to Dalton and Fenton Ford! Thank you soooo much!!!

I ve purchased many vehicles and I have to say my experience at Fenton Ford in Ada was the absolutely the best I ve ever had!! Salesman Dalton Stacey was simply amazing!!! He went above and beyond was honest!! No pressure and relaxed atmosphere, I highly recommend Fenton Ford of Ada!!! It was definitely worth my two hour drive!!

Trey At Fenton Ford of Ada is the best Salesman I have met in a long time. I bought a new truck from him today and he was so professional and courteous. He listened to what I needed and what I asked for and sold me a truck over my expectations! I would highly recommend coming to see Trey if you need a new vehicle. Trey is the best and so was Johnathan Munday who did my financial paperwork. Friendly down to earth people and I had such a great experience!
