My vehicle was purchased from a dealership in Little Rock. When calling about recall issues I was told that they didn't have appointments for these issues. I was told that I would have to arrive at 7:00 am and plan on staying for up to 4 hours or I could arrange for a ride home. At Ada Nissan I got to schedule an appointment and they also offered shuttle service. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks Ada Nissan. Wish it didn't take so long and i didn't have to leave my truck for half a day for a oil change other then that very happy with the place in general

Went for maintenance for my new nissan wasn't due yet so no service was done but they were very friendly will go back when car is ready for oil change

Always fast service, and can even do modifications like lift kits.

They're always friendly and professional. They'll give you a detailed breakdown of what's going on with your vehicle as well.
