Hail storm totaled my Rogue Sport. Kory showed me several options, got me to finance and I drove home that evening with a new upgrade to a larger Rogue. Ver y happy with the sales experience and my new car

My sales associate Kory conducted his business in a very hospitable and professional manner. I work on the road and was able to purchase this car from out of state with no headache or hassle at all.Upon pick up, the whole team welcomed me and my family with respect and hospitality. I plan on keeping my business with kory and the Ada Nissan sales team based on their ethics and overall behavior towards new customers.

I was treated very well by Garret, he helped me get into a vehicle I really loved and he was knowledgeable in helping me understand everything I needed to know about my new vehicle. All staff were polite and helpful. Brad with Finance was quick and painless. I'm loving my car so far.

Zackary was so knowledgeable and just the nicest guy! He was so patient, sweet and didn t get frustrated(with my many many questions) explaining all the new things on my car. Even invited me to come back for coffee and questions I need answered weekly! There was nothing but friendly, polite people at this dealership. I would highly recommend Ada Nissan!

I'm tired of being given an estimate of over $800 for a simple oil change. Many of the services that I'm told I "need" are things I can either do myself or get done for free. For example, many dealerships rotate tires free of charge, yet Ada Nissan offers to do the service for $24.99. If you want to build good customer service and make your customers feel valued, follow the lead of other dealerships and offer this service free of charge. Many of the other services are not necessary but a way to gouge the pocketbook of your customers. Shame on you.

I was treated very well and Eddie respected my call when I told him I wasn't interested in something he showed me. I appreciated that. Eddie helped me get into a vehicle I really like and he and Bryan were both knowledgeable in helping me understand everything I needed to know about my new vehicle. I'm loving it so far.

Kory helped my mother-in-law and father-in-law purchase a new car. My FIL has to use a walker and they live at Baptist Village, so Kory went above and beyond and brought 2 different cars out to them to check out. They drove them around the parking lot and he explained everything patiently to these 2 elderly and hard of hearing senior citizens. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. It took them over a week to decide, but he was patient and kept asking if there was anything that he could help us with. He got all the paperwork ready before we got there to sign so they wouldn't have to wait long. He is as good as it gets! You should definitely go see him.

I took my vehicle in fir an oil change, and they fixed a recall and replaced my leaky oil pan at no additional cost. I did not expect the repair, I did not expect it to be fixed same day, and I did not expect it to be covered.

The best dealership in the world, sales man bill went above and beyond to make us happy. Service department can upgrade your truck and the place makes you feel like family. So don't go to the city and watch those guys perform a circus act keep it small hometown and local, you will be thankful when you need need something. I bought a frontier and my wife's next car will be a maxima. Thank you ada nissan for all that you do!!!

From the first visit to driving home in our new vehicle our salesman Kory was patient and helpful. Never felt pushed or uncomfortable. Kory was very thorough educating us on our new vehicle and it's options. All staff was polite and helpful. Finance was quick and painless. Would like to thank everyone from sales to service department on a awesome buying experience.

Purchasing our Nissan Kicks from Ada Nissan was the best car buying experience we ve ever had. Everything about the purchase was incredibly easy and Brad McLellan went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. We admire & respect Ada Nissan so much, that we usually buy the majority of our vehicles from here. The customer service is outstanding in all departments. The guys in the far back are experienced & know exactly what they re doing. Blake & Callie are always on top of things in service. The sales guys are always so helpful. & of course the finace guys/big dawgs are always eager to help whenever we are there.

Went in for information about electric vehicles as it would be my next purchase. Kory has sold me my last two vehicles, both Kicks, but I was interested in an alternative source car this time. After clearly explaning the options and test driving an Aviya, he worked VERY HARD to achieve it for me!
