Always great customer service! My family's been coming here about 20 years. Couldn't ask for a better staff!They re great! We will come by here in future if any of us ever need help with tires for our cars or even an alignment. They re affordable and decently flexible for their customers!

I can't tell you how thankful I am for this place. I have a 2006 Mustang that another shop messed up it's alignment where my steering wheel was crooked. They fixed that and balanced my tires. They were able to fix it and honestly it hasn't driven this great in a long time. They were really quick and professional!I actually love my car again! So thank you for that!I 100% recommend this place.Price wise it's a little on the higher end of $$ but you get what you pay for and it's worth it! I'm an a testament to that. I wish I had gone here first!

Very fast and friendly. They took care of everything I needed quickly. The staff were honest and helpful with me. I had no problem and would go back the next time I need them to take care of my truck.

Best service in town! Quick, honest, friendly service. Thought I had a major problem that turned out to be a quick fix, then they refused to take any money for the minor repair. They will be my go to shop from now on.

Great conversation whilst waiting. I had my service dog (in training) with me and I just so much appreciate when people talk to me about him and not try and distract him from his learning. Quick. And even looked a little further and saved a girl from a world of hurt. Tightening bolts and all that.

Usually have really great experiences here, but went to get a tire fixed last Saturday only to find out they weren't open. I work 8-5 out of town and was hoping to stop in my favorite tire shop to get everything taken care of. Unfortunately I had to take my business elsewhere since the shop wasn't open.

Gentleman was very helpful. Needed a tire swapped by myself pregnant with my 1yr old. Only had a few dollars and they worked with me on price and helpful.

I took my car in because every time I hit my brakes I would get a very huge vibration. These guys fixed the problem and I am so happy now that it is not dangerous to drive especially hauling kids.

Had my brakes done here. The work performed was adequate and fairly priced, but customer service left something to be desired. I called ahead and asked if I could drop the car off and have them call me when they were able to take a look at it to confirm the problem and give me a quote for the service. Instead I got a call two days later saying the car was done and to come pay ($180 for rear brakes) and pick it up. Was hoping to find a good local spot I could do business with long-term since I'm new to Ada. Unfortunately it won't be here.

I was soo impressed by the customer service Kenny provided today! I was visiting some family outside of Ada and I was on my way back home to Missouri. These guys took care of me! Thank you! I made it safe and my car did great!

Our tire went bad while traveling with trailer in tow. Unfamiliar with the area, we found Ada tire and alignment. We called and they told us to come on in. Anthony fixed our tire with out a wait. He was professional and able to explain what happened. Kenny, the manager was nice and helpful. Wonderful and honest business! Thanks for all your help!!

These guys are awesome. They've put tires on my cars and trucks for years and always do a great job. Today a lady pulled into my office parking lot with a flat. She was out of town and didn't know anyone here and it was 4:55. I called the 2 tire stores that were within a few blocks of here and they wouldn't help her. But, when I called Ada Alignment and Tire they brought out an air tank, aired up her tire and then she followed the man to the tire shop to get her flat fixed after hours. What business does that? Ada alignment and Tire care about people. I won't use any other tire shop.

I was in need of 2 back tires, apparently the tires for a 2001 Dodge Durango size 15 can not be purchased used in my area. I was informed by 3 different tire shops that I had to buy these types of tires new. Ada Tire Shop was going to charge me $110 plus tax per tire, and T & W Tire in Ada was going to charge me $118 plus tax per tire. Ada Alignment and Tire only charged me $84 plus tax and put my decent tires on the back and my two good ones in front. Ada Alignment and Tire is highly recommended due to price, experience and friendly customer service. Great job guys.

These guys are my heroes. Another tire shop stripped my lug nuts and still couldn't get the lock off. I took it to Ada tire, they not only fixed everything but they did it quickly and efficiently. I am a customer for life.

They are the best in and around Ada. I wouldn't take any of my vehicles anywhere else to have tires, breaks, fnt end work, etc repaired. They are the best and they dont try to upsale you into more work than is needed on your vehicle. They are honest, quick, and the least expensive tire shops in town.

Great customer service... Had a flat on a set of tires I bought then my spare went flat in the worst winter weather of the year.. They sent somebody to come get my tire and fix it.... Thanks guys

This is second time they guys have done alignment for me the first time was 10 years ago that truck still runs straight this time on another truck it's as good as the first one .there friendly an don't try to sale you tires while your waiting

I brought in my BMW for service due to a hard knocking around the driver side front tire. Within an hour they had diagnosed the issue and fixed it for me. Turns out my lug nuts on the tire were loose, and they tightened them down for free even though they certainly could have charged me for time/labor. I will be a return customer.
