I've had two machines in for service and both times the personnel showed me the parts that where replaced and was greatly satisfied with the repair bill. Having great mechanics enables them to get things done quickly smoothly and efficiently. Was certainly recommend to anyone at Central Ohio.

Had an awesome experience when I purchased my 2021 Polaris Ranger XP 1000. They helped me decide on the exact machine that I wanted, made sure I got the accessories that I wanted and most of all gave me a great deal. Everyone there did everything that they said they would do and were happy to do it. I will defiantly recommend Treadway's to anyone in the market for a Honda, Suzuki or Polaris product.

Had work done on my Honda 520 utv had turn signals put on it so it could be road legal. I asked for a horn. But when I get it the kite did not come with one. . But the shop supervisor made it right . He put one on at no charge. The mechanics did a great job.. I recommend the service

This is the only place around here that sells the Rukus scooter so I really appreciate that. Staff didn't really know much about it though or I would have given five stars.

My buddy and I were on the return leg of our road trip from Northern Maine to Chattanooga when my buddy got smacked by a Volvo that broke his front peg. We searched all over Northern TN with no luck and had pretty much given up and he was resigned to 1000+ miles sans shift peg. On the way though OH, we happened past Treadway and I suggested we stop. My buddy was hesitant because of the lack of success at much larger dealers Between Chattanooga and Zanesville but we pulled in anyway. To say the guys were helpful was an understatement. Literally everyone in the shop started going through catalogs, checking inventory and even pulling pegs off of new bikes to see if anything would fit. Finally one of the guys went outside who also had a NC700 and pulled the peg off of his personal bike to get us back on the road safely. Hands down the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever! I don't care what its going to take but the next time I buy a Honda, its coming from the guys at Treadway!

This place is awesome. I was in town getting ready for hunting season and my hunting trip and my ATV broke down. Called these guys, they said bring it by. They fixed it right then and got me going in 1.5 hrs. I would highly recommend.

this dealership is great. honda corporate not so much said I would have my bike in early September now they're saying November or later. its now November with no update starting to wonder if it's even coming.

Good place to shop. The employees are knowledgeable. The salesman wasn't pressing. A black Honda rebel 1100 with a AUTOMATIC transmission weighing only 475lbs was the showcase vehicle. It felt so light underhand. Priced in high four figures is right on for an auto. Sorry I didn't take a pic. Go check it out.

Nice salesroom and shop but a little over priced. Service does pretty good work although it always takes them way longer than they quote you. A couple of the parts/service guys have bad attitudes but overall a pretty good local run shop.

Purchased a Polaris Phoenix 200 a couple months ago, the starter went out of it. I called treadway ordered a new starter took several weeks to come in. When they did call to let me know it was ready what was supposed to be under warranty cost me. Poor service, dishonesty, will not recommend this place to anybody or will not purchase anything from them again

My Dad had done his research! He tried four different retailers for side by sides and was very pleased with Treadway!And Kevin was spectacular! We went in to check out it out and he took the time to explain every detail! He also let us test drive it!We had some trouble with the trailer we got, the side by side didn't fit! So we had to run around and find another! Kevin was very patient and understanding, even willing to stay late for us! We finally found one it would fit on and all was well!Thanks Kevin for your help!And when we got home we went for a little drive, it is great, so glad Dad chose to get one!

Daniel one of the owners is a really good guy always around either in the shop or at parts counter. Just a nice family owned shop where the people making the decision are on the floor listening to the customers like many other dealers in perry County.

Awesome ! All the people that work here is great! They treat you like friends not by your check book. Very helpful and patient ! I came in to look at one bike but went out with another . I will send people there!

I called asking if they could do a diagnostic for my Yamaha and Tristan told me they don t work on those but took the time to talk me through the problems I was having and helped me figure out what was wrong i recommend him to anyone that needs help on their equipment.

Purchased c50t Boulevard, an have had no problem having service preform, the atmosphere reminds me of a country store, the only thing missing is the two men playing checkers on a pickle barrel.

"After months of research, I decided on a Honda Shadow as my first bike. Treadway just happened to have a used one in great shape with low miles for less than I could find anywhere else in the area, including facebook and craigslist. It also adds a lot of piece of mind buying from a dealer that you know is going to be there if there are any problems (title, etc). John the salesman was helpful and the service dept. seems top notch. I'll be doing any major servicing there in the future as needed."

Best people on the planet they treated me with respect went out of their way to serve me on new years while they were closed I would give them ten stars I believe it was the manager who served me if not he deserves to be the manager I included I Pickler of his signature as I couldn't make his name

Guys are great here sorry I didn't catch their name but had an emergency with my battery on my motorcycle and they stayed past closing to help me out and didnt leave till it started to make sure I cant thank them enough

First time ever in this store and I can tell you I will be back the salespeople the finance people really do take care of you like a small store not a big chain answer all your questions if they don't have the answer they will get you the right answer just that tell you something willing to make a deal

I called to make an appointment, took my bike in on a friday for a simple tire change and was told that it would be done by saterday, well on saterday I had to call them they told me that it was not finished. They are closed on sunday so on monday I called again and asked if finished and they said no that they would contact me so I told them not to worry about it I was coming to pick my bike up and would take it some where else. They called back said they would have it done asap and did but I would not recomend to family and friends... having to go through the hassel of this location and would tell people to go to another location.
