Came in for a tire patch, found out I had a cracked rim. They patched it all up in 20 minutes and only charged 20 bucks. I got to watch to, honest place, cheap price, and quick.

Great for exhaust and tires. Also do other vehicle repairs. Very reasonable and friendly staff go out of there way to help you.

Got me in and out quickly. Very reasonable rates, best in town, actually. If you re looking for a backyard mechanic type place this is it. Always know what they re doing and don t try to push you to fix things that don t need fixed.

Went there spent $100By the time I got home the truck sounds exactly the same ! Sold me a tin can muffler and some lazy work that didn t make an impact tried to tell me it was the manifold but I crawled under and looked the exhaust leak is coming out of the same exact spot ! Not the manifold ! It would have took one pipe and about the same amount of time to fix it right ! They used to be the best helpful and cheapest the last 2 times I have came it was absolutely not quality or skilled work I have my video on fb to prove it ! I can t ever use them again I don t recommend !

Everyone except receptionist and the gentleman who ordered the tire were rude to us. We asked for a recently purchased tire to be saved as a spare and were laughed at and told it does not matter on 4 wheel drive as if I was trying to say leave It on the car when I said to put it in the trunk. They never gave us the tire that we bought brand new from Pablo s tires.They also charge a 3% percent fee for cards that s posted in an office you tend to only see after they start the work.

they are straight bums some one bought the shop pizza from papa johns for all them and they didn't even tip the driver they a joke shady and rude so disappointing that our community spends monew with them we deserve better #Rodstiretownisajoke!!!!!@.......

Excellent service! Brad and Dustin really took care of us, on a truck that had completely frozen-on, super rusty lug nuts. They both had to work hard on it and then charged a very inexpensive, reasonable price.

MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I will NEVER go to this business again. I was quoted $95.00 per tire for 4 brand new tires and the services included mounting and balancing etc on the phone by an employee at Rod's Tire Town on Maysville Pike Zanesville Ohio. So i made my way from Columbus Ohio to have them installed. The guy that installed them seemed to be on the same page as the guy on the phone. However when it was time to spay for the services they price went up without any indication or discussion with me as the customer, the guy told mehe was billing me $429.00 but the receipt and my bank statement reads $441.87. So i looked at the receipt closer and found the company charged me a checkout fee of $12.87. I've personally never heard of a company charging you a fee to pay for checking out. These are unnecessary and unprofessional business practices. This place is a JOKE!! I would advise everyone to STAY AWAY from this business of swindlers.

I dropped off my van without an appointment. They fixed the exhaust system and only charged less than half of what I was quoted for the repair. I'll be back!

Hard to get recognized walking in, I stood for about 10 min before thry looked my way. Not hello or anything I felt like I was a bother, so for that I'll need to go elsewhere

These guys were the best bought new tires they was the cheapest in town and better warranty !!! Thought my brakes were bad so I ask them to please change. Now I know nothing about brake's they could have changed brakes and rotors and I wouldn't have been the wiser.... But no they came to me and said your brakes aren't bad I would not change them !!!! Like I said they could have taken my money and had the last laugh !!!! Very honest and was treated excellent... I will definitely use them again !!!!! Being on a fixed income this meant alot to me !!!!!! Thanks guys for your honesty and excellent treatment !!!!!

Best shop around! Unbeatable prices! Very fast and professional! I live an hour away, closer to Columbus and I drove all the way here because it's worth it! I was referred by some very reliable people & I wasn't disappointed! I will come here from now on! They do excellent work!

Used to be the best shop in town. It pains me to have to be the one to warn potential customers of Rod s vicious temper. His best employee told me I was next in line after one more at 8:40. At 9:10 I checked with Rod to confirm my place. He thought I d just arrived and said now there were 3 in front of me. When I tried to explain he went off! Warning me not to Fuc* with him today! His teeth were so clinched, he swore more and told me to go somewhere else! Wow. Very sad that Rod is so understaffed he s lost his former pleasant personality. I of course will never return or recommend Rod again.

They are the fairest people that I have had the pleasure to deal with. They stay busy because they do a great job. Their prices are fair and their honest. I have had them give me a price and it ended up being a lot less than what I was told

The best repair shop I have ever been to. Was given honest opinion of what I needed, not told i needed what would make the most money for the shop. Honestly like this is not common these days. I will return for all car repairs and recommend to everyone!

Friendly staff, and owner, willing to take time to "listen" to the problem I was experiencing. Rod is a friendly man and helpful with suggestions about the right tire you need, even if his suggestion is a lower priced, better quality tire. The shop is well equipped to bend exhaust pipe for custom application also. Good mechanics, great service, and friendly staff. Easy on the wallet, whats not to like. 5 star for sure. Thanks guys

Went to get it checked out, thought it might be water pump, they shined a flashlight on the motor, and said yep looks like the water pump, WOW ! and then said we dont do water pumps, I could have did that myself, might have been a hose or worn out line, I think he wanted to hurry and help the woman that was next

I normally do ALL of my own vehicle maintenance and repairs.... but recently I was 30+ weeks pregnant and had an entire list of parts that I had purchased but never got around to getting them installed so I called down to Rod's and one of their best guys in the place, Shawn, gave me a more than fair rough estimated cost of having him install this 10+ item list of parts that I supplied him with. I was SHOCKED at how quick he was able to get my suv into their shop and parts replaced! my rear set of converters ended up clogging up on me and I had to have it towed to Shawn and he had it fixed within 2 days of me dropping it off. I needed a new ac compressor so I left it to sit there for about a week until the new compressor showed up[our backup vehicle had ac and at 35wks pregnant I was NOT gonna go without ac in August] I dropped the compressor off in the vehicle on a Sunday and called Monday to let him know the parts was in the vehicle. well the next day, Tuesday, my OB decided that I had to be induced that evening. [our backup vehicle definitely did not have room enough for us to go home to the hospital in!] so Tuesday before they closed i called Shawn [trying to not noticeably freak out ]and told him I needed a favor. that I needed my suv done by Thursday or Friday cause today was baby day and I would need my suv to get us home from the hospital. he said not a problem I'll have it done tomorrow! he held to his word and had my vehicle done that following afternoon and the suv runs great ac is ice cold and the vehicle has no issues. Shawn was FANTASTIC to deal with and his craftsmanship is top notch and their labor prices are more than fair. I will always recommend this shop to anyone needing any kind of vehicle repairs or tires.
