Stopped here because of a check engine light. In and out in 2 hours. I know that is not the norm. Service writer was extremely helpful. Mechanic assigned to my truck was very good!Thanks for great service!

These guys open early and close late. They had all the parts in house and Joe replaced my clutch in a day and rode with me to test for vibrations then tested to make sure the PTO worked properly. The bill even came a little bit under the estimated quote. I was impressed with this shop.

Good guys working here...all I normally do is buy parts....prices a lil high on some things...new store could use more inventory in the strorefront...Ok place as far as dealerships go.

Took 2 weeks to fix the clutch. Said they would take me to the motel but after over an hour waiting I had to walk. Had to move hotels and left me waiting an hour outside. When my truck was ready I had to wait outside over an hour again for a ride back. Don't say it was a delay in parts because that wasn't the issue. A clutch job is 4 to 6 hours with no issues 10 hours at the most with issues. Smh

Guys do great work diagnosing the problem fast an found the parts to fix it very knowledgeable mechanic had my turbo replaced an up an running rather quickly always a pleasure to do business with these guys always will recommend Ohio peterbilt in zanesville Ohio

Thank-you Jason the shop manager. You were very kind to my husband and I bringing us to and from the motel. As one that has stage 4 copd walking is very hard for me now. All in all it was a pleasant experience here. Kathy Beebe

What kind and generous people at Ohio peterbuilt are, they fit us in and took the time to explain and fix everything that was wrong, and did it in such a timely manner. The service department was amazing and they went above and beyond.

I think a new team member was being trained at the service desk. It took a while for them to say what's up. It took ten seconds for them to give me the keys for the truck I was picking up !

Was given an estimated time of 1.5 hours to get a starter changed. Spent 45 minutes in the parts room before they even looked at it. Wasn't allowed to sit in my truck or even pull it into the garage. The mechanic that drove my truck into the garage had no clue what he was doing as you could see the truck jerking back and forth and hear the engine revving. After the truck was in the garage another 45 minutes or so with nothing done I just bought the starter and left. Overall not a very satisfying experience as a customer. Unfortunately this is very common with repair shops.

These people are great!! They went out of the way to help me even though they didn't have the parts I needed. The parts guy went into town and had a line make for me. Great group of people!!

Bought a 2012 386 on 6/29/20. Today is 7/17/20. I have only got to haul 2 loads. I sat there all day waiting on truck, while Mr Ken (Salesman) told me with the warranty I purchased they are strict on inspection. He said they serviced and inspected the dpf, replaced fuel filter housing, put a fuel pressure sensor on. I left there ran into rain and wipers only work one speed, got home had to replace fuel filter housing. Im sitting in Peterbilt today getting dpf cleaned. None covered by warranty. I bought a cheap truck, and expected to have problems, but I expect a Peterbilt dealer to do what they say. I don't believe they did one thing that Mr Ken said they did. I texted Mr Ken and got a rude response contradicting what he told me. First impression was nice people, but now I would have truck towed to Cincinnati Larson Group Peterbilt if I broke down in front of there drive before i would spend another penny in there.

Very nice people, but do not have software for Detroit 60 series engines. You will have to go to Fyda Freightliner across the over pass.

On Friday I had a break fire the shaft on the brake chamber broke and the brake locked up on right side front drive axle caught fire and amg peterbilt in Zanesville Ohio worked hard to get me back on the road they couldn t get the job completed on Friday but the guys came in at 5 AM on Saturday and I was out of there by 11 o clock my hats off to the good service and great people at amg Peterbilt and special thanks to Miranda she was very helpful and very polite to me I will use this shop again Merry Christmas and a happy new year to everyone at amg Peterbilt in Zanesville Ohio

Charged 4 hrs diagnosis to pressure test tank , and remove check ball in filter .. then test drive.. could resolve code cuz it went inactive!! ( had truck 3 days)Result of problem broke stand pipe in fuel tank!!!!!! Terrible
