I had a great mechanic that was willing to let me look and point out and tell him some of things I wanted done. Shane was also very informative, as he kept me updated on the progress of my Jeep. Dakota was helpful when i picked up my Jeep. Thank you to all of you guys for getting my Jeep back on the road in time for vacation.

Heard all good things about McHugh so decided to see for myself. Honestly, one of the best decisions I ve ever made. Everyone was so nice and so welcoming. Never did I once feel like a price tag. They made me feel like part of the family. We laughed, we joked we got to know one another. Was in and out in less than 2 hours. I absolutely love my Jeep and so very grateful to have had such an awesome experience with Cindy and Tim! Truly great people!

My experience with McHugh was great. I knew what I wanted before I got there but everyone knows that it's what happens inside that matters. Every step of the process was handled beyond my expectations. The staff are all professional and welcoming. Thank you to Xavier for making the process as smooth as it could possibly be. If you need anything from a muscle car to a work truck and anything in between I highly recommend McHugh

Anna was so friendly and helpful. By the time we left I felt like I had a new friend. Our whole experience was great, everyone did a fantastic job getting us in our new to us car and it was just what I wanted. A great relief not having to spend days or weeks searching for a car after I totaled ours just a week before. Thanks everyone!

I ve been wanting a new truck for some time and was texting Xavier about a couple I saw online came to the dealership and he was off got a fellow named Bob T and I put him to work on a few trucks I just want to say what a great man Bob was with his knowledge and patience and having my wife and I s best interest at heart I appreciate him and all the staff I ve dealt with there including the finance Lady and managers the made it impossible to turn down what a great deal and experience for us Thanks very much customers for life.

I had an enjoyable experience with Casedy specifically. The environment was more casual than what I m used to with dealerships. The process to get in a car and out the door was very seamless. They did the work for you. It was professional but you could tell the employees enjoy having fun while doing what they need to do. Free soda, water, and coffee is also offered with comfortable seating. Overall, I loved the experience.

Cindy and Dave made my first car buying experience amazing. Cindy was not pushy like most sales representatives she made the experience calm an exciting. And Dave fought tooth and nail to get me approved I appreciate the two of them so much!!!

Cindy King (no relation) came in on her day off to show me the cars I liked and had them ready when I arrived. No pressure at all. The whole staff was great. My purchase went through smoothly and Todd worked with different lenders to get me the best rate possible. The prices are right where they should be. I definitely will make my next purchases there. Really good people.

The service department is phenomenal, professional service, dependable, I recommend them 110%, however the sales department is a different story, when you work with the financial lady make sure you clearly state she is to not call your insurance department and add your car to your policy as you can do it yourself. This woman had my insurance Allstate think it was me However the service department is top notch

Xavier at McHugh was awesome. He made the whole experience awesome and got me in a new car fast. He worked with me and got me the best rates at the best price and made sure I got everything I wanted and needed in a new car. They treat you like family at McHugh and give you deals like your friends. I ll be back for my next purchase when we shopping for vehicles again. Positives: Personable, friendly, responsive.Downside: no weekend hours, cost me $180 to tell me I needed a new engine @$8000.Unfortunately, didn t get to experience the repair work but they sounded knowledgeable and the quote wasn t more than other places.

My experience with purchasing my car couldn t have been better! The salesperson, Kole, was very friendly and helpful in finding just the right car for me, at the right price.The transaction was quick and easy, and everyone involved, from the manager to the salesperson and the lady in the financial department was efficient, welcoming and friendly. I m very happy with the car I bought, and with everyone I met at McHugh.

Ana and X were a wonderful team to work with. Instead of the usuals pressure 2-3 hours of back and forth, we told them what we needed and that was it. They showed us a couple of cars we saw on their website, went in and test drove and drove off with one we liked Terms and payments are right, and once we ran the actual numbers, the monthly payment had dropped SIGNIFICANTLY!!!

Saw a gladiator I liked. Exactly what I have been looking for. Everything was check marked of what I was expecting in the vehicle. Turned put to have a shake on the test drive above a certain speed. The salesman and I both looked at one another and knew that's not good. Coming back to the dealership the truck was taken to a shop that specialized in tires. The fix took more than a couple hours but the dealership was very forward. I gave them a chance to fix the shake. They ended up delivering on the fix with the tire shops help the shake was gone. I really appreciated the dealership taking care of it right then and there. I would recommend them to anyone. It was a pleasure working with them and was fast easy experience. If it wasn't for those big tires needing some weights and balance. I would have been out of there within an hour and half max I'm sure of it. Great experience and I thank you for your time.

Electrical issue, all other garages weren't sure, said it could take days to track down. McHugh's had a free ride service and tracked down the problem in right away once they got it in. Ordered the part and got it back on the road. Needed my ride and didn't have time for it to be broke down for weeks.

Staff was very friendly, however it took 9 days to get my car after signing, Then when I got my car there was a few issues, however the staff provided me with an amazing loaner to get to work in while they fixed every single problem the car had, they were extremely friendly about it and they made sure they hit everything on my list, I am so pleased with the service they provided I 10000% recommend Mchugh to anyone looking for a new car! Or used car mine is a 2020 and it s beautiful, low mileage and they really took care of me! Thank you Casedy and Cooper! Very much appreciated!

Have been looking for a truck for a while now in Marietta, Parkersburg, Athens, etc. Have worked with many car salesmen. Met Kevin at McHugh's on day one and bought a truck. He was SO polite, efficient, and extremely helpful. Have never met such a down-to-earth salesman so good at his job. Thanks Kevin!
