Larry is the best technician they have! He took the time to help me change my license plates on my car because I was having trouble getting the bolts off. He definitely needs a raise. :)

This place is like a quick and efficient pit stop. They ask questions about your vehicle and go to work. In no time they change your oil, check tire pressures, and even top off fluids. They are also a great sponsor of Veteran s Appreciation Foundation in Zanesville as well.

Outstanding service as usual. They are quick and to the point. I was even able to get my busted headlight replaced, even though the Jiffy Lube customer service rep said they were unable to perform such a service. Friendly folks also. Go here for your oil change.

Customer Service has been much different lately but not here. Very good. Made customer feel welcomed. Dropped all side conversations and personal matters and did their job. Focused on customers. There was no line. They were faster than the speed of light with my oil change. It was the best experience, they were loud enough so you could hear what they were doing while working on my car. I was in and out of there FAST! Super happy with my experience!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The guys here are always so nice! They are quick and efficient! I only visit this place with a work vehicle (they have to ask the fleet company if they can do an oil change) and they treat me like any other customer!

Great customer service! Everyone I interacted with was extremely polite, considerate and smiling. They had me stay in the car because of covid safety and I like it even better that way. Definitely worth my time and money.

The crew were so kind. Went to get oil change they couldn t get my cap off to the filter because it was over tighten so they couldn t finish my change so they gave me the filter and new cap and didn t charge me for it so I had to take it back to ntb to have them change it!! But I wanted to say how nice these gentlemen were to me very professional and definitely will be back!!

This place is so honest. My 81 year old dad uses this location to have the oil changed in his Lincoln. Twice when they have checked the oil and told him his oil was very clean and didn't need changed!!! I get my oil changed here. I like being able to go back and get fluids topped off as well as keeping my tires properly inflated and my rainex touched up. If you take care of your car and properly inflate your tires you get better mpg and tires last longer.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
