Trash company. The people are disrespectful & non professional. They lie they will do anything to take the money out your pocket. My car blew i paid $1100 for a motor on the net that they sit down with me and found instead they take a motor from a car in their lot and pocketed my $1100 I asked for the receipt for thr new motor and it magically disappeared. STAY FAR AWAY

Car needed sway bar links and ignition.. got the car back almost 700 dollars later with a messed up transmission. Plus they still owe a ex worker 800 dollars.. Just another company for the BBB with a possible lawsuit. They shouldn't mess with a Connecticut Yankee with lawyers for cousins.

Most reasonable quote I received for work on one of our suv's. I did the night drop and work was completed in one day. Other places said at least 3 days. SUV has ran good since I picked it up. I would recommend. I will use again in the future.

I would recommend them over any other mechanic shop or car dealership. Excellent they are the best in town. I will always go there for all my auto needs. Great office atmosphere very friendly.

Josh and his crew are very professional and courteous. they work fast to get your vehicle back to you as quickly as. I would recommend them. No job is too big or too small they get it all done.

My car completely went dead at the corner of Pine and W. Main. Was able to coast in to Hick's. They had my car diagnosed, fixed and back on the road in less than an hour! Friendly service, I would use them again.

Took my 2009 Cadillac in for a new timing chain they fixed it charged me $3200.00. 5 months later the timing chain breaks , says the labor wasn't covered under the warranty. I need my car so I make arrangements to make payments to have it paid off by the end of July. Come July 17th the timing chain again breaks causing it to blow my motor. They are suing me for not paying the full amount that is still owed from the 2nd timing chain that they installed.Service: Engine repair

Took my suv there to replace alternator and have break leak fixed was told alternator not bad just needs new battery and just needs new break pads paid got the car home and it was still leaking break fluid and the car died brought to some new and now have to Chang break line hicks said weren t leaking and have to get the alternator replaced they said was fine so the new battery will have to be replaced again and they didn t give me any warranty on it so Hicks auto is just a waste of moneyServices: Electrical, Brakes

Worked on my truck, was supposed to replace all the brake lines.He cut out and replaced sections if it and used compression fittings not the correct flared fittings.Replaced motor mounts with the wrong ones.Dented my oil pan with the jack when he used it to lift the motor.He should replace the i in hicks with an a and correctly call his shop hacks auto.....

Amazing. Our car was going to take 3-4 hrs or longer but our car was done in 2 hrs and was done correctly . I felt like I could trust them to do anything to our car .I highly recommend them...
