Im going to be very thorough and honest in this review. This is a middle of the road dealer with a huge inventory. The guys there were nice to me. The vehicles are hit or miss. Most Vehicles are as is no warranty but they may try and sell you a warranty during finance. Bring some one who is mechanically knowledgeable.It was near end of April, Was looking for a truck and had a good idea of what I wanted. It was a Saturday, Came 2 hours from PA. I went armed with mechanical experience of what to look for and avoid. I talked to Larry. The truck I came to look at was not what I was expecting. Not worth the price they wanted. There was rot starting in the cab corners and rockers, there was a check engine light on the dash which I was able to check with my reader and it was an oxygen sensor. The sunroof was ziptied shut. I wasnt interested in the truck at all. I turned my attention to another truck on the display ramp and I said im gonna check out this one, Larry said ok if you like it I'll bring it down for you. 14 King Ranch. Super clean truck for its age and mileage. Everything worked and it checked out for me. I said to Larry I'll take this one. He said ok, he started the paperwork. I Put a deposit down and came back Monday to sign it. I was on my way back down and BJ was doing the finance in the meantime so that was convenient. The only thing that stinks is being out of state I was responsible for Tax,titles etc on my own which was a little pain but it got sorted out. Other than that pretty smooth process they had me out the door and left with the truck that Monday. Larry was nice to me and I appreciated that. So just like any dealer just know what to look for. Here I am 3 months later and the truck has been great, really happy with it.

Bought an SUV from themIt was horrible from the start they knocked $500 off. From what I m reading that is their slogan. The vehicle caught on fire 3 days after I got it.No thanks ended up paying 12k and putting 7k into the vehicle only to have it not survive 2 yearsNever buy from them, my friend bought a van from them and it last 1 week before a 2.5k bill for a new transmission

Large quality inventory, picked a vehicle, then drove, made an offer, salesman said "this is the best I can do". Made it a no haggle deal and we felt it was a good deal. Made my wife and our bank very happy.

This dealership is a bad dealership and i would never ever buy from them and i would avoid at all cost they sell trash and are big liars. They seem very friendly but there snakes tread lightly.

Worst experience ever. Lied to us that vehicle was never in a wreck, only to find out it was bad enough airbags deployed. I suggest skipping over this dealership when looking.

I m only giving those two stars because of Larry was nice and picked me from the hotel gave me a ride to the dealership. My experience was NOT good. They weren t honest with me and the car had a lot of rust and problems and they didn t even change the oil even though they know I will drive it back to Iowa which is like 11 hours drive! I really wish that I read the reviews here and there before I booked my flight and hotel. Very disappointed with my experience

Bought a 2014 Chevy cruze on April 6,2023 drove it off the lot with no warranty that does not come with the vehicle, one hour after this purchase the check engine light comes on along with oil light. I took it immediately to have the oil changed. The oil light goes off but check engine light is still on. On April 8,2023 the car over heats its the housing that goes with the thermostat. Right now I'm sitting on the side of the road waiting for help. Would I recommend Finks...absolutely NOT. All the fluids were all low or empty, who would of known they don't even check them. Go without before buying from this place.

Went to look at a car, found one I liked. Was worried about the engine since it was shaking alot, was told they would have it looked at. They told me they would call back after so we could talk prices. While I was waiting I did my research just to found it was in 3 accidents to which it was never disclosed to me. Drove by today in my new car from another *better* dealership to see that car placed out and thinking back "wow, they still never called me back."

Everyone is entitled to their opinion hints google review. I wouldn t recommend this dealership. Went there today and salesman talk a vehicle up. Listed at (just under 30k) market value, was sitting of severely dry rotted tires, 2 were close to flat. Front end had gaps in bumper. (vehicle was in a front end moderate damage accident, reported as fixed) Interior was dirty (sand and gravel) with deep scratches all in the doors and handles. There was vibration in the steering wheel when moving the steering wheel as well as a hard shutter sound when vehicle was turned on and off.

Friendly & knowledgeable. They did my daughter good. She traded her Ram Rebel for a Cherokee here. It's a nice car, don't get me wrong, but they got the better deal. She drives a long distance to work and wanted something easier on gas. I hope she got a diamond in the rough. That Ram was a beast.

I had a terrible experience here. Their cars look nice. I specifically looked at a 2011 Ford Flex and a 2011 Ford Explorer. The Flex had a few minors issues no big deal. The Explorer, however, needed all new 4 rotors, brake pads, pulls to the right, replace a caliper, low brake fluid (couldn t see a leak), the steering column clunked when you turned, ripped leather door handle, and ripped back seat head rest. The vehicle also smelled like a wet dirty dog. They wanted almost $13,000 for it. They told me they d knock off $500. Heck no. Won t be back.... The excuse why they wouldn t take more off? It doesn t cost that much to do brakes No, but when the entire vehicle needs a ton of maintenance like that it should be under $10,000. I asked if they would consider making it $10,000, or lower. Nope.

Horrible. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Do NOT go here.Ever car we looked at had several issues, and smelled HORRID. The one car the key was completely broken, and taped back together. Anytime we mentioned an issue to the salesmen he acted like he couldn't hear, feel, or see it, and would get very rude about it. We went to test drive a car but it had no gas in it..the salesmen then asked us if we wanted to use our card to put gas in it, or if he had to go put gas in it himself?!?! Sooo unprofessional. I would not trust any vehicle bought here, and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.Just go somewhere else, and find the same car in better shape, for cheaper. Don't waste you time, or money here.

Bought a car at Finks 4ish months ago and have had nothing but problems! It was just my mom and I, we should have took someone who knew more about cars with us obviously. We had to replace all brakes and rotors within a week of getting it, a month later and the reverse goes out so there was another $600 and now the fuel pump is going out! I would not recommend them to anyone. We both a 2010 Equinox with 60k miles, pretty sure all these problems aren't normal.

The absolute WORST experience with a car dealership we have ever had. Larry Pletcher is incredibly rude and lazy with his job. The way he spoke down on us was uncalled for and made Finks lose all business from us now and in the future. Most car salesmen try to actually sell you the car, not just stand there silently while the customer looks at the vehicle and tries to ask questions. He had no educated answers. The last thing he said to us when walking out of the doors was you probably won t get approved, but you guys have a good day. What?! What car salesman says that to someone? Just save your time and go to the north end of Zanesville or Columbus.

Worked with Chuck and I was able to get myself a very reasonable deal on my Kia Soul. Used Finks to help get vehicles for my family and friends as well which compounds the 5 star review for me.So far, everyone has been thrilled to death with their vehicles.

Ever drive past Fink's and think to yourself " they have some nice looking cars!" KEEP DRIVING, FAR AWAY! All they have is JUNK!! I personally know quite a few people, myself included that have bought vehicles there and have had nothing but problem after problem. If it was just my truck, ok bad luck. Two people's vehicles, coincidence. No it's ALL of them. Stay as far away as you can!!! Hopefully Mchughs can put them out of business.

Bought my 2013 Fusion(100,000miles). Before my dealer tags expired I needed a rear wheel barring($250), a piece that controls my PRNDL($100), 4 new tires($500)(my fault on those I should have checked them when bought). Other than investing almost a quick $1000 into it within a month the car salesman was reasonable and kind. They may want to get someone new in to inspect their vehicles before they send them off the lot.

We spoke to our salesperson and negotiated a price .We told him we were coming in from columbus. Salesperson said he would take it out and make sure it runs good. He informed us when we got there the engine light was on and had been on since they got it in. We test drove the car and it started making a clanking noise then died going down the road at 45.We wouldn't have wasted our time and gas coming from columbus if we had know the engine light was on.

I called them said I am coming from two hours away to buy a vehicle. They said yes nice truck a friend was interested in it but he isn't now. Drove down they said we sold it 5 minutes before you got here. Sounds like they let him know someone else was coming for it. What a joke.

Drove all the way from Columbus to look at a few cars they had, for my 16 yo son. Took the first one, a 2010 Kia Forte Koup, for a test drive, and the front brakes would not release all the way from the rotors (likely bad calipers). Back brake pads were non existent, and gouging the rotors. The car was otherwise pretty clean inside and out, and I would have taken it (I can do brakes myself). Even with those issues, Mr. Clark wouldn't come down 1 penny from the asking price. Felt like I drove all that way for nothing. Didn't even bother looking at the other 2 cars there I was interested in. Just ended up leaving, and the guy acted like "whatever, I don't need your business." If your not willing to negotiate on your prices, then PUT THAT IN YOUR ADVERTISING, or at least have the courtesy to let someone driving all the way from Columbus know that ahead of time. Complete waste of half a day. Would NOT recommend going here.

Bought a camper from Finks. After you purchase a camper you will talk with a guy named Frank. He will show you how to operate all of the features of the camper. When I picked up my camper Frank made sure that all of the turn signals and brake lights worked on the camper. I left with my new camper and about 1 mile down the road a cop got behind me. I had to stop at a stop light and then turn . I am glad that Frank made sure that all of the lights worked. The cop passed me and went on his way.

A tree from one of his rental properties fell onto my shed. I called Mr. Fink to let him know. 3 weeks go by finally I paid a friend to remove the fallen tree limb. Called left message for Mr. Fink the cost; the next day 2 guys come out to do what my friend did. Now Mr. Fink is avoiding my calls to pay me back. So needless to say Mr. Fink seems a bit sketchy or a little crooked. I would advise double checking dealing with him.

The salesman larry helped me find a car for myself! He was super friendly and helpful. He was honest and helped me get a good deal on my car. Loved the service and selection at Finks!

They had my dream car just sitting there.. waiting for me to come buy her.. 03 Z06 Corvette 50th anniversary! She had only 30k miles on her.. and the price was more than fair! Enjoyed dealing with the guys! And looking at their other insane rides!!! Highly reccomme d!!

I never thought I would rate a car dealership five stars, but Finks really deserves it. I worked with Phil, and of coarse the man in the finance dept, wish I could remember his name. Anyway, they are honest, straightforward, and worked quickly to get transaction done, loan approved,etc. Will defin Italy use them in the future!

Mostly a good selection of cars. Some are hit or miss. Most are sold without warranty. Took a long time to get in and out during a purchase. About 2 hours after deciding to get a vehicle and paying cash

We had an awesome experience buying an Acura MDX from Fink's today. Randy Shilling was great to work with, as well as BJ Fox and the rest of the folks. They were professional, personable, and honest. Their integrity was visible through every step of the buying process and their business model again demonstrated to us how vital small businesses are to the communities they serve. We came from Virginia to buy from Fink's and it was well worth the drive. The Zanesville area is fortunate to have a business like Fink's who is a good example of integrity and supporting the local community.

I have a visa debit card, and I can not get a vehicle for rental from them. I have no need for a credit card, it just opens up the possibility for debt I do not need to have.
