They are scammers. The owners and workers for them post reviews for them. Even the owners family give the review's that don t get their vehicles actually worked on. Don t ever use them.

I can t say enough about Express.. the ease of getting my mustang (my baby) fixed was hard to believe. They paid my deductible, gave me a free rental, did an incredible job on the repairs, and I had my vehicle back in no time. Hard to believe, but these guys are the real deal! Thank you so much!!

5/5 After a hailstorm ruined my truck I was looking at a few shops to fix the damage. It was a lot of damage. One of their sales guys was talking to my neighbor about his damage, so I stopped and asked some questions. I went to the shop to check it out a bit more and met John the shop manager. I let them fix my 2019 Silverado - It does look great - and it was painless. I wanted to just leave my truck at the shop while the insurance company sent out the adjuster so they could handle everything, which was longer without the truck but Express paid for my rental. Customer service was great. I had a lot of updates throughout the process.

Wow can't express how much these guys rock! My car was hit with hail during our last storm in Austin. The crew at Express really helped me with getting my repairs done in 2 days. Other companies I spoke were projecting months for repair. These guys do it right with there on site estimate and 2 day repair promise. If you car has been damaged with hail call them! Thank guys you saved my car, my time and my money.

Holy cow.. if someone from Express comes knocking at your door, please answer it! They re incredibly genuine and it shows through their work. My vehicle looks like it had never been through a storm after they completed the repairs. Surprisingly fast too. Also, not that I needed them to do this, but they paid my deductible as well. Class act.

I was SO stressed after my car got annihilated by a recent hail storm but Express came to the rescue when I needed them most. The most important part (in my opinion) is that they paid my deductible and paid for my rental so I could continue getting to work and experienced no financial hardships because of the storm. Not all heroes wear capes!
