The used car Dutro tried to sell me a 2013 Honda for close to 6 grand with just over 250.000 miles on it. I had talked to Graham about a buy here pay here deal on the phone pryer to our arrival and when we arrived, this is the only car they had to offer. Really, no problem there. The problem was that when I drove the car, there was something terribly wrong mechanically with such a loud clunking sound when I applied the brakes. I took it back immediately and told Graham, who then took it for a spin and agreed it was defective. He called me the next day and told me if I were to buy the car as is that they'd knock a couple hundred dollars off of a problem that would probably take more than that to fix. "SUCKERS!" Not gonna happen, Graham! Buyer beware!

There was a new vehicle on the lot. When I asked for Dutro's best price and let the salesman know I would be checking other Nissan dealers, he wouldn't give me a price. He instructed me to go get another dealer's best price and come back. So off I go to another dealer. But I won't return to Dutro's. Strange arrangement. They have no interest in people who compare prices. Wonder why? All I was asking for was their best price.Nice salesman.

I Purchased a 2023 Nissan Sentra from Dutro in Zanesville,Ohio. Everyone there was great to talk to and very helpful. Furthermore, My Salesman Denver Conrad knocked it out of the park. He was patient with me with no sales pressure just facts. I had dealt with 6 other dealerships here in Ohio, Denver was the first guy to listen to what I wanted and needed then delivered exactly that to me. He did not try to push a more expensive model with features that I did not care about. Denver made my car buying experience enjoyable and completely relieved the stress I normally feel during the car purchasing process. I highly recommend Denver Conrad of Dutro Nissan for anyone in the market.

Bought a 22 Frontier here. No pressure at all. Beautiful modern dealership. I don't live nearby so probably will seek service from my local dealer. Would return if I was in the market again.

My experience with the Dutro Nissan staff and associates was what I believe to be professional. I didn't feel pressured, or pushed a certain direction, and our conversations were straight forward and open. I felt all involved with the sale were polite and respectful. Denver, the sales Consultant was courteous and helpful, going out of his way to assure I was personally comfortable, continually kept me informed with the entire process, educated me on the vehicle, concerned that I was happy with the purchase, and that the vehicle was cleaned to my standards before driving it off the lot. I applaud management on how the associates conduct themselves, and thank you Dutro for the non hassle no drama purchase experience, which I would do all over again. A return customer for sure!

My salesman John was great. He took the time to figure out what my budget and needs were for my vehicle. The managers Adam, Dave and Ryan were great to work with too. Very knowledgeable and friendly ! Sheila and Lisa, the receptionists greeted me so nicely both times I went there. The finance team was superb too!

We have purchased two vehicles in less than a month from John Gibbs at Dutro . His sales knowledge of each vehicle was great. I have no complaints about John and the services that he provided to us.There are two things worth mentioning that let us down a little bit when it came to Dutro Ford. My son purchased a vehicle a brand new Nissan Sentra. He was not able to receive his $500 active duty military discount. Because of a tiny slip of paper that Nissan required. Even though his recruiter called on his behalf, he signed his papers and his Military uniform the simple $500 was not given to him. I understand if Nissan was not able to offer it, but I felt like the dealership should.After purchasing our vehicle, we were surprised to find out, once we got it home, that there were no floor mats included. The purchase price of our vehicle was $35,000 and it did not come with floor mats. That was incredibly disappointing. Especially after I reviewed other 2023 rogues on your website that had the floor mats in those vehicle pictures. As a customer, I thought that Dutro could , give us a set of floor mats when you spend that much money on a vehicle. Let alone purchased two vehicles in less than a month. Overall we were pleased, just a little disappointed in those two areas.

Bought new Nissan, one day deal. Sales and finance was extremely helpful. Car prep team did an excellent job cleaning and making sure our vehicle looked like it was ready for showroom. Very happy with purchase and definitely will return again in the future.

Easily scheduled an appointment with them for routine maintenance. I was in and out in no time with no issues. Addressed a concern I had upon arrival and a sales rep greeted me kindly when coming in for his shift. Great environment.

How would I know if they changed the oil properly? I know they rotated my tires because they was filthily and more scratches on the rims. I had an oil change and tire rotation and usually my car gets washed. I'm not sure why it didn't get washed this time. It's not consistent every time I go there its always different.

I have made several trips to the dealership in the last 3 to 6 months to look at vehicles. Every time I was there Shawn O'Brien answered all my questions. I went in on Saturday and talked to Shawn. I came back on Monday to test drive a vehicle. Shawn was extremely helpful and patient with me. Every person that I talked too that works at the dealership is very friendly and helpful. I am extremely grateful for all of the workers at Dutro's. I posted pictures of my SUV on my Facebook and let everyone know how great all the employees are and told everyone if they are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to see Shawn or any of the sales people at Dutro's cause they will get the best service ever and all the employees are very knowledgeable. My salesman was Denver Conrad! He went above and beyond!! He for starters helped keep my 5 year old focused by turning on cartoons on his computer! That was so kind of him. As for the sale, he met me outside in the cold! Didn t rush me either! Then he went in and gave me so much information for the vehicle I was wanting. I left the lot knowing that car inside out!!

It was all around an easy process. It's the first time my wife and I bought a brand new vehicle, and Shaun made it painless, it did take a little long but not at the fault of anyone at the dealership, I believe it's just how the process is. Was not pressured but was shown many options, happy with the inventory, and found an awesome new Nissan Kicks.

Transmission fluid leaked all out, trans was not put back together correctly. Brought in to get fixed. Car now pulls to the left when accelerator is pushed, and back to the right when the gas is released. Every trip back to 3 weeks minimal.

Drove a long way (75 Miles) for an advertised deal, even after calling to confirm the deal. Was told it was legitTurns out it was a typo. Bought new car, asked for convenience fee on sending plates out rathe than going to DMV. Guy looks at me like I have three headsThis would have been a great gesture that wouldn t have cost the dealership hardly anything, and would have shown that yea, we re sorry we juked you into driving 90 minutes out here.Need to have a one customer view, the finance dude had ZERO interest in any sales experience I hadOverall things went fine as far as new car buying experience goes. Just didn t give me any wow customer experience to comeback

First, let me say that the whole experience from start to finish was smooth and seamless. I ve had several experiences with dealerships before, but the customer service here was second to none. Eddie Shrum represented the dealership and the Nissan brand very well. Kieth was able to pinch hit for Eddie without missing a beat. With that said, I ve already started recommending these two gentleman and the dealership to friends and family.
