I purchased a brand new car for the first time in my life at the age of 46. Ashtyn at Dutro s went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She went on the test drive with me and answered every question I had. I would definitely recommend Ashtyn at Dutro s. Thank you, Ashtyn!

Service person I called for a key replacement put me on hold to call parts.never returned she instead went ahead to schedule me with out talking back to me.So instead I went to Donley Ford bought a new used car from them,and got my key for the 2016 Ford explorer st.from them.since Jeff left service can't get new service manager to returned calls. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 1980'S

I went to the Parts Department. The waiting area was clean and very trendy. Pleasant atmosphere and comfortable if you have to spend any amount of time there. The employees were pleasant and personable. Very welcoming and a great part of the car maintenance process. Thank you Dutro Ford... Two thumbs up!!

I figured I would give them a good review. Now like all reviews take it with a grain of salt, but I did an online inquiry about a 21 Frontier. Cause of circumstances out of my control (I am trying to find my dad the truck he wants), he ended up having to travel to a different state on short notice which has the exact one he wanted. The Frontier they had didn't have all the bells in whistles in the bed/tail end of the truck, but Keith (who was the one who responded via the email) sent me the pricing for the items that could be added onto the truck. I want to thank him for going out of his way to find the pricing! Not everyone will do that for you!

Everyone at Dutro Ford was extremely helpful. I never thought I would say this about a dealership but I ONLY get my vehicles serviced here now. The level of service and expertise is unmatched. I am also a local Business operator and I only resolve car issues with Dutro Ford. I noticed most reviewers only review when its bad and I wanted to take time to tell it like it is!! Awesome Guys!!

An excellent experience from start to finish. Honest prices - an including an honest (not lowballed) price on our trade-in. Keith Peck and Mark Winland took great care of us and addressed all our concerns.We drove over 150 miles to Zanesville and after our experience today we would do it again.

they had my escape done before they said they would ,got me in early and serviced within a 1/2 hour and offered snacks & something to drink. very courtious. by the way AJ is gone so don't let that deter you from going there.

Unfortunately my experience here was great it was not bad but it was a typical car salesperson experience which basically men that they tried to push on to me whatever Vehicles they had they pester you until they get a sale hand lie to you at every possible moment when you're trying to negotiate prices no different to most of the car dealerships I've been visiting over the weekend

Worst place ever! First of all there is a surcharge just for bringing your vehicle to them. Second, I know what I need done but they want to charge you for a diagnostic check. Third, the customer service treats you like you are stupid... Terrible just terrible go anywhere but Dutro!

Hide facts about 2014 focus with transmission problems. Then when it's time to fix the issue, parts that they no they need are on back order for 2 to 3 months. And they new this when they sold the car.

VERY RUDE! The man slammed his hands down on his desk when I made him a offer and said no...He wouldn't move on the price at all when I had cash in hand.

Friend went in to get their paperwork from the dealership for a title to the car. Quick and easy process. In and out under 10 minutes.

I get the oil changed there. Staff is friendly and the wait time is not long. Nice guest lounge with drinks and snacks.
