SO SO helpful & kind! Showed up so quickly after our tire blew out on 70. Took the van over to City Tire and waited to make sure we had the help we needed and reviewed the issues with the garage guys. Gave my kids cute little teddy bears with Clever shirts on them! haha made my kids happy. Really appreciated the care & effort made!

Wife called A.A.A. 3 times just to be told Clevers driver hasn't called in with us! After 2 hours of sitting in the cold I called Clevers towing myself just to find out AAA never even reached out to them I told them where we were and Chad was there in minutes and was Very Kind And Courteous He had us up and running in 2 minutes. Boo AAA. And Way To Go Zemba owned Clevers Towing!!!

Within 10 minutes of calling AAA, Josh came. He not only patched my tire but showed me how to get my jack out and let down my spare tire (just bought the truck). He was incredibly kind and helpful. The level of customer service was beyond what I could have imagined. It s rare to find someone so willing to go above and beyond but he did that and more.Service: Tire change

This service doesn't carry a variety of batteries if you call AAA. They will have the battery if you call them directly but it costs more money. The service technician couldn't find my house even though the directions given were easy to follow. Their service of caring for the customer was non existent.

My tow was great. Didn't take too long to get there. The driver called me, I told him where I was parked, and that was it. He took care of everything afte that. Very professional loading and unloading.I would like to also add the dispatcher was awesome as well.If needed, I will use them again.

OMG!!! The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE provided by the dispatcher Becky . Please do right by this dispatcher and incredibly sensitive woman. working with me and being patient while providing step-by-step service request.I ll definitely be taking her advice Amazing auto lockout service provided within 30 mins almost FLAT (probably bc of where it happened )So timely. I apologize for not taking a photo of the gent who showed up; opened it up and showing me thumbs up + good to go. Service: Car lockouts

All these negative reviews are from previous owner. I've know these new owner's for a very long time. If new owner's damaged ur car, I'd promise it would be fixed A.S.A.P.Old owner started Y-city. Driver hit back of 87 Monte Carlo Dec 15th. Like sum these reviews, won't answer my calls, promised fix it. I'm still waiting. Clever towing with new owner's, this place will be so much better now. I'm Rock, people trust me.Thanks

Nothing is worse than waiting FOREVER for you tow. You are already having a bad day, and when your tow shows up IN FIFTEEN MINUTES you leave a five start review. Special thanks to Ajax! I would highly recommend Clever Towing and Automotive Garage.

Clever towing was the only company willing to tow a bobtail from Zanesville Ohio to right by Pittsburgh PA. The dispatch time was incredibly quick! Especially for it being labor day!!! And AJ was super professional and friendly. Anytime I need a tow I will be calling Clever and only them.

One of my trucks broke down in Zanesville and after a quick Google search and reviewing their Google reviews we made the call in hopes they could help us. From start to finish they were great. They towed our vehicle in and put two mechanics on it and had us back on the road within a few hours. Their final bill was completely fair and they did not take advantage of our situation. Highly recommended!

When AAA told me that I was waiting on a driver for muskingum to come to Guernsey county I was hesitant. But when Bradley T. Showed up he was super nice. Kept apologizing for the inconveniences when there were none lol. He got there right when they said he would. He was extremely fast at hooking up even in this 20 degree weather. He was very knowledgeable and way to talk to. I would definitely use them again even without AAA.Service: Car towing

I recently attended a funeral service in Zanesville for my uncle. The distance from the funeral home to the cemetery was quite lengthy. Along the route we passed several trucks from your company. Not only did your workers pull over as we passed by, they stood outside of their trucks with their hard hats over their hearts. It was one of the most respectful things I have ever witnessed. Kudos to your employees and the leadership team for their kindness and respect. I am not from the area and may not have the opportunity to recommend your company to others, but I wanted to share how much our family appreciates your thoughtfulness.

Parked car at mall Parking lot to have my window replaced and the window people broke first window and it sat a extra night at mall. Next morning go to meet glass guy it's gone! Figured out it was Clever who towed. Card explained to them it was there for window replacement and why it sat 2 days. Guy said he just towed that morning and that he would only charge tow fee($68). So I asked if window guy could change there they said ok. That's why they are getting. 3 starts not zero.

Had to call insurance to get my truck towed home and the driver AJ was there fastest than it was estimated and he was super friendly and did an all out great job! I highly recommend them for your towing needs!

Picture this: I'm driving from Maryland to Dayton to a funeral and my car dies on the side of I-70. Bad enough. But as a female having to deal with tow truck drivers and mechanics, it would normally be a nightmare. These guys are amazing. From the tow truck ride into town (the driver was even trying to help me find a rental car), to the service staff and desk, they were awesome. They stayed late to get me going again, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of until someone could come get me, and they were honest in dealing with my car and the best way to fix it at a decent price. I wish I had a place like this at home!

My radiator was punctured and completely drained on a Sunday afternoon, near Zanesville OH, 4 hours from home. AAA sent Clever. They towed my car and replaced the radiator, ready for the trip home on Monday afternoon. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with.

The drivers are amazingly nice but the receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful, so much so that she handed the phone to the driver and I heard her say "here I can't understand this girl" I was just letting her know where they were going since there isnt an address in front of the company driveway. But thankfully the driver was much better and it took all of 3 seconds to let him know where he was going.

Incredible experience. My girlfriend and I broke down, and Mike went above and beyond to not only fix our car, but also ensure our safety and wellbeing while waiting for the repair. Can't express enough how great of a business this is!

Very freindly all around. Fromer the young Lady who answered the phone & set up the tow to the truck driver that picked up my truck & the several mechanics I spoke to inside. Glenn is a great mechanic. I also believe they are fairly priced.

I m very grateful to Clever Towing. My family and I are from out of town and trying to get home to DC, and they took good care of us when our car broke down on a Sunday. They towed the car and even sent a second truck to take my wife and kids to a hotel. When the garage opened Monday, they made us a priority and got us out quickly (we thought it was a bad starter, but it turned out to be a a battery with a dead cell).Thank you AJ, Jerry, Brian, and Glenn.

Ive used them twice, they dont f--- around. Prices are reasonable and they are fast. Don' t waste your time with the others!! Even a lady stopped me while car was in ditch and I was on phone with worthless AAA and she said call clevers.

Do not take your car here. These people are nothing but crooks and will tell you what they want to instead of really telling you what is wrong with your car. Also they wont answer their phone when you call. Finally when you get ahold of someone to see about your car they will tell you that they dont have your car at the shop or that they dont have your name or phone number no matter how many times you tell them. This place is nothing but a joke.

Just had one of the drivers I think his name was demi he was super fantastic and his manner was very professional. I would recommend anyone in this area to use this company for towing or request them from AAA.

One of your trucks, not towing a car, just cut us off on I-70. Merged lanes with no signal going 70mph and we ended up on the shoulder to avoid a wreck. He didn t notice at all and didn t react to our warning honk or continuous you re about to kill us honk in any way. Definitely wouldn t trust with our car.

I called to ask if they would an RV. They said not today. I asked what that meant, they said the truck was broke down today, so yes or maybe. I said which one? Yes or maybe? When the girl on the phone telayed that to her manager, the manager said, "Tell her no then." I said, "No one will tow my RV. Please, I really need someone to tow it, and it sounds like you can, you're just don't want to be very nice to me." The girl relayed that to her manager, and then hung up on me.
