The employees at the South Zanesville store go above and beyond. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable with our needs and explained to us what we needed to do. We will be back.

i went into auto zone and i had a question and im a person who thinks asking questions is stupid but this guy named cris, (the guy) he helped me out and i thought i asked dumb questions but he answered them and he was very polite and he is a good man

All the people I have spoken to were extremely rude. Some young kid working there didn't give me a receipt and I didn't think anything of it because I didn't think Id need to return it but I did and because he didn't give me a receipt under no circumstances would they allow me to return the item that was unopened and unused purchased FROM THAT STORE will not be going there ever again for anything!!!!!

I bought a part here and it ended up being the wrong part so i took it back and they sold me the right part. The lady charged me for the new part bc it was more than the other part and said my refund from the other part would take 7 to 10 days but i never recieved the refund. And i went back 10 days later with the receipt and the manager said that there was never a return done so he couldnt do nothing so the lady that supposedly did the refund pocketed 75 dollars. I will never do business here again.

The GM is some rude old lady. Soon as you walk in all happy she stares at you with the most dirty look you can imagine, her tone is rude for what? Lady I just needed a battery geesh find a new job. Orileys from now on

Bill F. Was extremely rude. I came in and asked if he could identify what type of fuse I needed. As there are multiple types. He then misunderstood my question and got an extremely aggressive tone with me as I stayed calm. I then took it upon myself to take my fuse to the fuse isle and identify what I needed Myself. I won t be back to this auto zone if I see him there. Terrible experience.

Guys at the store do pretty well, but the warranties on parts can be a little goofy because they don't transfer and such. If you can deal with the corporate horsecrapnits as good as anywhere else.

Good service, prices are pretty decent and usually the employees actually have knowledge of vehicles. Sometimes have inventory issues and don't have what you need. But hey thats with every auto parts store. They can't carry everything.

I have shopped at this store for years, most of the time they are friendly and helpful but i have to say that this last experience was very unpleasant. Ordered a timing belt around 6pm on a wednesday evening. Lady working said it was probably too late for it to be there the next day ( Thursday ) so would be there on Friday. Checked in the with the store on Friday and they said not in yet. Checked in with the store on Monday and it was still not in yet. Called to check if it had arrived on the following Wednesday and talked to Steve. Steve said it was there. I asked Steve when it came in ? Because to me theres a big difference in "it will be in the next day" and it was actually in 1 week later. Steve said "i dont know". I said "can you check?" And Steve said, " well its kinda busy in here". I guess customer service isnt all that important to Steve...if i had been standing in front of Steve, instead of calling in, would i have gotten the same answer ? Who knows, looks like we will be taking our business to one of the other auto stores where maybe they still call you when your parts come in and maybe they still care about customer service as well...Thanks Steve !

Some of the counter help can be rude and not very helpful. On the other hand there is one employe that should promoted she is always right there with good advice and great information.

Worse place in town !Rude customer service.Dont honor their warrantyI would of gave ZERO stars if it would of allowed me to.Argumentative with customers.Very poor attitude.

"Auto Parts Specialists?" If you're lucky you will get someone who knows a little about cars! Save your time and go to Oreillys or Advanced! You could also go to NAPA! They are usually pretty good with automotive needs!
