I went in to get a Blinker Bulb and ask the Associate Kenny if he knew where I could take it to have it put in. He said let me take a look at it, and he had it fixed in 5 minutes. I was so happy for the great customer service and his kind offer. Kudos to Kenny!

They checked my Care out....all the warning lights were on. The computer said it was the solenoid. They were so helpful. Knew exactly what to expect when I took the car to a transmission shop. Thank you very much for making a scary experience not so scary.

I had a dead battery & asked if they could test it. After finding out it needed replaced, I asked if they had tools I could use & Scott, the manager, switched out the battery himself. I didn t even ask. And although he ran into a couple problems, he powered right through them & maintained an awesome attitude. I was very impressed!

I went in on a a Sunday evening. They weren't busy. I was greeted immediately. The guy looked up my parts. He was efficient and asked for my loyalty number. Had a good experience so far.

I needed to get a battery and they were able to help me out. The guy that swapped the battery for me was professional and knowledgeable. It was only 15� outside so I really appreciated his help. I offered to give him a tip for working in the cold and he wouldn't accept! Part of the job he said. Can't say enough good things. The staff working the counter we very helpful and kind as well.

Wiper broke on our car. Guy tried to say something hit it and broke it. I was driving and nothing hit it. Guy at this store told my husband he could buy a new one but they didnt give stuff away for free !!! Wont spend my money here again.

My friend had both bulbs out and no brake lights. The old bulbs were stuck in the sockets and refused to come out. After battling them both with needle nose pliers, Jeremy was able to get them both out for her. He was very patient and helpful.

So sad when my mother and grandmothers muffler falls off and the staff refused to help in any way. They had to purchase wire to keep it even tied up and they refused to even help show how to break the wire. Needless to say staff was unhelpful and very useless. Do better when there s seniors involved in this heat.

I love how they always wanna know what size engine I have in my car and what color it is and if it is an automatic or standard so they can sell me an air freshener and a car ashtray

Iv came to this store many many times and spent a lot of money here, this time around not sure if it was a bad day for these folks, or if they just have new miserble staff.I needed my battery replaced I had bought from there 3 months prior it wouldn t hold its charge, after explaining I had to jump the car every morning, they said we had to test the battery. Test came back only half charge.Gentalmen went in and told his general manager, the battery only has half charge. The general manager Scott yelled back at his employee YOU HAVE TO TEST THE ALTINATOR TO and took the test kit and went outside to my car, he then asked me to start the car. Of course it started because I just drove 25 mins into town whitch would charge the battery from the altinator, (it wasn t starting in the mornings) he said it a smart disrespectful manner well it started right up that time didn t it with the most nasty look on his face.Keep in mind my battery has a 2 year warranty. This man was so angry and rude you would think he had to buy me a new battery the way he acted.We went to the south Zanesville location told them what happend they said Scott is a nasty rude guy and to not go to that store anymore, they replaced my battery and were very friendly about doing so. They didn t argue with me they just replaced the battery.Stay away from the maple store if you can soon as you walk in they all just stare at you anyways like it s there first day. And the GM Scott is highly unprofessional and rude.

Staff is as good as can be expected considering there was only 2 people trying to serve customers while I was there. I believe o'Reillys is ran better and I will be taking my business there. 25 minutes in line for oil and a filter is too long.

I was very impressed, the employee saved me a huge nightmare, I had grabbed a diesel 10 W 30 weight oil instead of a regular 5 W 30 oil that my non diesel automobile calls for. Doing an oil change. He helped me locate the correct oil and finish my transaction with a smile. Thank you!!!

My car wouldn't start, it was 8 degrees out. I came to this auto zone to get a new battery, its a 2015, I assumed battery. The auto zone I've always known is they will test and replace your battery. No. This clerk acted like it was a total hassle and said I "don't want to be on the hook for breaking off the bolt". My dad and I went home and replaced the battery with no problem. Pretty disappointed that local shop can't even be held to their word.

After a wild turn of events with my alternator bracket breaking and my battery dying in the parking lot here (on a trip to NY from St. Louis, I talked with the employees and they let me borrow some tools to install a replacement, gave me advice and had impeccable attitudes about it. I haven't gone to any other auto parts chain since! Very good impression, highly recommend this place to all locals.

I called for a water pump and they had it in &, I didn't have to wait for more than about 1 minute before telling Holly the assistant manager what I was looking for.Holly asked me if the part was on hold I said no, and had my part in my hands and on my way less than 5 minutes of being in the store.

Mark and Don helped me with a pain of a brake line project on a Durango. Went above and beyond to assist with finding the correct fittings and making sure I had everything to complete the job. Always good inventory and prices at this location.

Most of the time ...i have no complaints with any part store...im far from being mechanically inclined. However there are times i question myself and am like...uhhhhuuummmm...nope...not today Carl...lol...but all in all..autozone is a good place good parts good service..
