Disappointed.... They had our service van 1.5 days and charged $500 labor to install a bulkhead which we took apart in about 15 minutes to redo the installation because it rattles and shakes. Side bolts were missing or just stuck in the hole where riv-nuts should have been installed. Top bolts were undersized and missing washers so the nuts pulled right through the holes and were so loose it moved back and forth about an inch. Bolts between the panels were loose. VERY sloppy. Appears someone walked away without finishing the job. Quality control?

Called and spoke to someone about getting some work done was told to come in at 7 in the morning to have someone look at it. I get there and no one wants to help or even talk to me. Then when someone finally talked to me he said maybe in 30 minutes or so someone could help me. I drove 30 minutes out of my way because i thought i would get better service then i would in Columbus.
