The workers here are very nice people. I was here for the 50% off . Go looking for something small wire harnesses. And I got an axle instead. Didn't take enough tools ran into 2 nice guys. They helped me , and I helped them, and I gave them some money for saw blades I used. But note to self always take more than enough tools because you never know what you will find

Good place to get things cheap. I've pulled headlights and body panels here. Never had a problem with any of the staff in the front, they are great people, but the employees in the other areas are super rude.

This place is great, it beats the pants off buying parts from a dealership and giving an arm and leg or an overpriced auto parts store. The vehicles there may be wrecked, but they still have very usable parts on them. Great prices for the weekend car tinkerer. Will definitely be visiting here again and again.

the workers are the absolute nicest people, they also have the best prices around!! pulled a lot of stuff here over the weekend and the total was one that didn t break my wallet (unlike the bmw i am currently rebuilding)

It was slightly hard to navigate but employees are very kind and helpful. Their website is also very handy. While you don t know what parts of the cars are available, they have what make, model, and year are at the lot. Overall, it was a nice trip and it was neat to see all of the cars. In addition, it s nice that the cars get another chance to be reused before being tossed.

I usually have a good experience when I deal with here. The helpful and friendly staff is another reason I go here. The yard is kept up.and realitively easy to navigate. Even for a woman without a ton of vehicle knowledge.

I went to get tires and work over 12 hours a day so by the time I was able to call them back on my off day to let them know that my struts are laying on my tires after I got my tires changed I pulled back up and thought it was only one which wasn't a problem I would fix one strut but come to park and realize that it was both struts and I didn't even drive over 10 miles before I realized now they can't do anything about it but when I tried to mention that I pulled back up and if they checked their cameras they would know that I came back that same day within the 15-20 minutes but I get hung up on instead they will never receive any more money from me nor my services...

Always shopped and sold them cars before but there guy that does the pricing for buying your vehicles will lie straight to your face I was given a price Thursday called Saturday they said they can t get someone to pick it up til Tuesday which is fine call them today they say thats not the price we gave you yes yes it is then proceeds to give an extreme low ball. Yea I ll never buy from you again.

Nice place employees do not check in your toolbox when you go in they do not check your toolbox when you come out they just tell you I don't care just tell me what you got. They act like they don't care about their job or where work.

Employees are easy to work with, very knowledgeable, willing to assist if u cant find something. The yard is well maintained there's plenty of vehicles to choose from most the time that'll have what you need or you can find what you need. Affordable prices always running good deals specials promotions offers and events reasonable hours open everyday. You can buy any part that comes with any vehicle no matter if it's the owner's manual or the tires engine drivetrain body and interior or whatever people left in it when they sold them their vehicle you can buy it everything on the artist for sale and has a price or category to be priced

The counter person was very very polite answered all of our questions explained to us that they didn't have what we needed but explain to us other vehicles that we could get the product we very nice gentleman

Now THIS PLACE to me is SMTHN REAL DIFFERENT I just went there for the first time last Sunday, it's HUGE DOWN THERE It's been around here for years, but I'd NEVER had a reason to go until I caught a flat on a SUNDAY when ALL the other tire spots were closed Didn't even know u could get a tire from there I thought it was just your typical junkyard but on a MUCH MORE MASSIVE SCALE Ooohhh BOY WAS I WRONG Youngstown U-Pull-It is an ABSOLUTE BILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRY Who would've thought that junk cars would LITERALLY make the owners MILLIONS OF DOLLARS ANNUALLY.?�?. I guess THEY DID Youngstown U-Pull-It, if you haven't been there, u better GET THERE.!�!.

Love this place, but you have to act fast. The cars git rotated out pretty fast. there was only a few cars for the 90s or lower

Very knowledgeable about the parts they sell.Well worth the trip!!!They came and picked up my vehicle for scrap. Paid top dollar and the guy who picked it up was kind, courteous and really a nice guy.

Typically very friendly people. However tonight went into the tire warehouse and, was yelled at when I asked the only person working in there if where the 16' tires were (about 3:45 on 10-5-23). My friends that were with me witnessed it. Ask a simple question and, was literally yelled at, by this very rude and, obviously unstable person. He had a very threatening demeanor to top it off ....

They were fast, super friendly and made sure I was safe during and after services. Came in for a tire change and left feeling like family. Highly recommend this place for ALL YOUR CAR NEEDS! Special shout out to Josh with the red beard is amazing and super sweet, you'll never worry with him around.

As a first-timer the people are great very helpful easy going I will be returning for the simple fact that they don't make cars the way they used to thank you everyone for all your help, today's economy this place is a must see.

Cleanest most organized junk yard I have ever visited. If your looking to not waste time and need to get something quickly this is the place to go. Other places are not as transparent. All of their prices are listed online as well as any cores or fees, so you know what your getting into before you get to the checkout.
