Great experience. The staff went beyond what was necessary to let me know I made a good choice of purchasing my car from here. I had a minor problem a couple of weeks after buying my car and even though I bought "as is," they let me bring the car in for service and took care of the problem. I'd recommend buying from here. A good variety of automobiles to choose from.

I recently purchased a car from Precision Auto Group, and my experience was exceptionally positive. The staff was knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, not pushy or overwhelming. They answered all my questions and guided me through the selection process with ease. The vehicles were great value. We had a fantastic experience at Precision Automotive! The staff was friendly, honest, and genuinely good-hearted people. I needed to buy a used vehicle for my parents. I called about a car on their lot I found online. The staff pointed out a potential issue with the vehicle before I took the hour plus journey there. I would have never noticed without their honesty. My mechanic wasn t too concerned about it and told me it was a great price. When we arrived the staff was very friendly and inviting. We never felt pressured. It was clear to me that their business model is focused on maintaining integrity and a good reputation. God will grant them success as a result.

The absolute nicest people!If I were to write every single possible good thing there is to say about a business it would all go here. This is the place you want to do business! Top notch quality!! I would highly recommend Precision Automotive!! My wife now has a wonderful '09 Toyota Matrix that is perfect for her. Everyone at Precision was welcoming and friendly, making us feel like family! They took the time to make sure that the car was ready to go, taking care of any and all issues before we drove away. I really like the fact that they are expert mechanics and service the cars they sell. They were really honest and did not pressure us, and I look forward to going back in the future!

A great experience here! Each and everyone who works here is so kind and makes sure you have everything you need before you drive off the lot. They stand behind every car they have and are very open about fair about any purchase you make. Love my car, they checked it over multiple times and ironed out even the smallest issues before I was given the keys. Would recommend to anyone on the hunt for a car!

My fianc� and I had a very positive experience at this dealer . We had searched for hours for a car in our price range and a dealer willing to work with us and finally decided to come to this shop right before close and ended up leaving with our car the next day in the morning ! The owner was very nice and willing to work with us in any way we needed and answer any questions we needed. I will 100% be returning for a car for myself and overall left very satisfied. .

Came in the shop to see a car I was interested in. Can't say enough good things about the place. The staff were amazing and a great help to me. They were a pleasure to work with and willing to go far to accommodate what I needed to make sure this was the right vehicle choice. Highly recommended.

Very Highly recommended! Drove 5 hours from PA to see a Corolla S, and left with it for a great price. Well worth the time and gas! Read on if you'd like to know what to expect:These guys are very nice and care about their inventory. I'm 55 and have bought a lot of used cars in my life. Customizing has been a lifelong hobby. I checked the Toyota out extensively. All fluids were clean and fresh. It drove nice and tight and the owner happily assisted me with the inspection and was rightfully very proud of his work. They really seem to focus on the important stuff like mechanical condition rather than detailing. This is a good thing because although the car may not be sparkly, you can see exactly what you're getting, and cleaning them up is no problem. Plus, you're not paying $500 in advance to shine up some piece of junk, like you might be from other dealers.

I came here to get my car serviced after my rack and pinion was leaking. They did a phenomenal job replacing it, the work was very clean and customer service was top notch. Will definitely come back for more service.

Loved how fast and painless the process was. We wanted to trade our car in and Kevin was helpful, fast and not pushy at all. I felt super relaxed and we were done within an hour. We hate the process in buying cars but this place changed our minds on that. Thank you precision automotive group!

Excellent 5 star service fantastic staff. Purchased a used Lexus SUV, they had taken great care of the vehicle, service and paperwork. The owner, mechanic, and sales agent nasar are a fantastic team together. They ship in really decent luxury vehicles.

Kevin and the mechanic (we spoke in detail and he showed me around the inside of the garage), and the entire Precision Auto Group team were great and easy to deal with. The lot was organized, the garage was clean, the staff was exceptional, and so far the car has run smoothly. I opted for the 3 month basic warranty to be safe but it doesn t look like we re going to need it. The car came with a car fax report, we test drove the vehicle together by ourselves, and tax, title, temp plates and everything else necessary was all handled at the lot within an hour. I ve never had an easier or better buying experience and for that, I m truly grateful things worked out for us the way they did. They really made us feel like family, and answered every and all questions with patience and�understanding. This was our first time purchasing a car from them, and we will be sure to check their inventory first before considering elsewhere. 5 out of 5 stars all around.

My car had an engine light on, for a recall that Ford is supposed to fix. I took the car to 5 different places and none of them could help me. This was my last attempt to trying to fix my vehicle, the staff at Precision Automotive Group was very welcoming and offered me refreshments and to eat with them as they had lunch. The mechanic Nasr, was able to take my vehicle right away, diagnose and solve my issue in within an hour. I would recommend PAG to everyone.

My husband Jose Diaz had to buy an emergency car my car broke down and they adjusted to my budget tremendous staff are very helpful and attentive I have never had such excellent service and such great human beings I recommend it 100 percent thank you for your excellent service I appreciated for everything they did for us

Excellent customer service. We went there to buy a car for our granddaughter. She looked around and drove a couple and she found her car. It is a Hyundai Santa Fe. We drove an hour to get there because their reviews were great and they are part of The BBB. So glad we did. Thank You!!

I'm am an Indianapolis, Indiana native. I purchase an auto (2011 Chevy Equinox) back in Dec from Precision Automotive Group. I was very skeptical about the purchase since it was 6 hours away and just how easy Kevin made the entire process. He was not just professional, he was open - honest and caring. Everything we discussed and shared over the phone was accurate and true about the vehicle. I had looked at several like autos and all were much higher. So natural I assume something was wrong with this one. I'm delighted to say my fears were wrong . It was exactly as the description - if not better - and exactly as he had said when I arrived. The entire process and purchase from Precision Automotive Group was a pure delight. The vehicle itself has far exceeded my expectations- No issues - No problems - No concerns. Kevin and his team were friendly - kind and courtesy. You don't see or run across people in business these days like @ Precision Automotive Group. They care more about the people than the SALE. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Thank you Kevin and Precision Automotive Group for a great experience. It was well worth the 6 hours drive. Took two cars there for service and will definitely take more business to PAG. He is the most professional and welcoming mechanic I have ever dealt with in my life. They take the time and care to look your vehicle over to inform you of anything that may need to be addressed soon, but not in a manner to intimidate you into spending more money than you need to spend. Aside from their amazing prices and service, they are both honest and trustworthy people. He automatically trust you as a customer because you are trusting him as your mechanic. It is hard to say that about people in todays society. They are honest people and you should not hesitate to take a car there for service or purchase one from PAG.

Went to check out a couple vans they had, and it became the BEST vehicle purchase I ve ever made. They offer car fax, choice of purchasing a warranty, pricing included tax and title as well. I definitely feel like I got a GREAT deal on a PHENOMENAL 08 Chrysler town and country! Wasn t even til we got it home that we realized all the features it has, it was such an easy and smooth purchase, no hassles, VERY polite, respectful dealers, not like any dealer I ve ever dealt with before! Definitely somewhere I ll be referring family and friends to now, or going for any future vehicle purchases for sure! Can t say enough about this place!

This is THE spot to go to if you're looking for a reliable and perfectly priced vehicle. I was tired of going to other dealerships and getting played with. Here they take you seriously and give you not only great product with great deals but the customer service is phenomenal.

We just bought a car from Precision Auto for my son to get back and forth to school and work in and are very happy with the vehicle and customer service we received. Mike was beyond kind and helpful and even topped off the wiper fluid for us! If your looking for a quality used car do yourself a favor and stop in and see what they have. They have a great selection of nice reasonably priced vehicles. Thanks again guys!

The customer service at this establishment is superior. I made a call to inquire about a vehicle and informed Kevin we would be coming the next morning. He said he would have the vehicle prepped for the morning. After my husband deliberated about the drive about 1 1/2 hours, he changed his mind about going. I was able to leave a text message and Kevin responded to positively even wishing us luck on our used car journey. I reviewed all the positive ratings prior to making the decision to potentially look at a vehicle here and I now know that they are committed to insure their customers are truly satisfied. I just bought a car for my daughter here. Kevin and his team were great to work with. They really treat their potential customers and customers nicely and I quickly felt comfortable. There is no pressure, Kevin will share details about a car as little or as much as you want. I d highly recommend visiting them for a used car.
