Update on my previous review. We weretL told by Bryan the owner that our bike, which we made an appointment to repair and dropped off March 6th, would be done this week and they would call NO CALL. NO BIKE. So we called. More lies, now the parts didn't all come in. Really? That's a week lie game right there Bryan. Asked him to send a picture of the bike, no picture. Now he says Monday. This has been 3 months. I will update again Monday. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE FOR REPAIRS!

0 stars. Staff was friendly when we dropped the bike off, after that everything went downhill. After 2 weeks we called in, got the front desk woman, she said "he'll call you back" after a month and a half of calling in with no call back we went in and started demanding to speak with the guy and see the bike. Gave us some friendly word and false promises. Said the bike would be done on a certain day for the following 3 weeks. It was not done. Finally he calls and says bikes ready for pickup, turns out it was not, back to waiting. Today 9/16/22 we picked up the bike, bike was filthy with dirt and dust, no attempt at keeping it clean. Then we got the bill. Through the roof. I do NOT recommend going here. I will not be back, nor my family, friends or anyone I come across after this ridiculous service.

I GAVE THEM A THREE-STAR RATING BECAUSE THEY GOT ME IN IMMEDIATELY AND DID A GOOD JOB. BUT THE DOWNFALL WAS WHAT IT COST ME. ALL I GOT WAS HANDLEBARS SPEAKERS PUT ON AND PROFESSIONAL SAY IT SHOULD ONLY TAKE AN HOUR AND A HALF. THEY TOOK TWO AND A HALF HOURS AT $90 AN HOUR. THAT'S RIDICULOUS. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE OTHER REVIEWS

I absolutely love Penn Ohio Cycles!! I do spend quite a bit of time here. I know a lot of the staff by their names. They are always busy bees at work! Yet are always there to help aid you in the right direction. Extremely friendly staff always readily available. Very easy access to the entrances, including handicapped accessible ramps. Good pricing. Good stuff. And they will stand behind everything they give or sell you. Any issues?? Just give them a shout. They will help! Last but not least... a shout out to Bryan, Steve and Lou Lou!!! Appreciate all of your guys good work and help for when I need it. Thank you

I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. I put my bike in his shop and he so called fixed it and charged me a astronomical price. I then picked my bike up and the same problem presided. He also lost a part to my bike and didnt own up to his responsibility and replace it. Also had to put my bike in another shop and get fixed what he messed up and had to repay....if i could give a negative 10 stars i would...The only reason he gets the one star is because if i put a zero star it wont let me post my review...also have poor customer service and every time you call to ask to the owner he's never there

I would not suggest anyone take their bike to this guy. He's not that knowledgeable as you would think he should be. Drastically understaffed. Can't keep good help so must be a jerk. Never remembers promises told. All around bad business. This is someone that has spent $30,000 with this place. He has successfully lost a good paying customer. Stay far, far, away

Dropped off my 2002 Electra glyde classic today 7/13/21 at 1045 they were very nice about mounting a new Dunlap American elite mounted. And balanced called me 230 telling me bike was done. I trust them with my bike there good people the owner took bike around back and did the work himself and when I pick it up it parked out front waiting as far as Iam concerned they always have my business

When you take your bike here you ll get told one price then charged another 3-500 dollars randomly so he gets more money. I expected better out of Brian but got a surprise charge instead.

I just found this place today. I needed 4T oil, and found a new shop to get stuff. Wow!!! They have VP Racing fuel. WHAT?? O hell yeah!! Helmets, Gloves, Oils for 2T and 4T, riding gear, Not to mention the guy behind the counter is freaking Awesome!!!! If you can't find it, he will! Dude's got 100 pounds of books to look from. Yeah I love my Ray Gollan's but,..... This is way closer. Thank you Guy's

I am blown away by how terrible these clowns are. I made an appointment for a tune up. They said I'd have it back in 1 week. They have now had my bike for 43 days. I can not reach them for an answer on when the job will be complete. I now have to pick my bike up and take it elsewhere.

We, at Penn Ohio Cycles, are dedicated to the highest customer service standards, period. Our goal is to take care of each and every customer with, or without an appointment, as timely as possible. However, dropping off a motorcycle in the height of the busiest time of the year and expecting to go ahead of other customer's who truly did make an appointment, not a reality. We will continue to strive to improve wait times by adding additional service technicians so our TRUE customers can be back on the road riding! Thank you

Took my Dyna to Brian and he put it on the dyno , made the necessary adjustments, serviced the bike runs better than ever. Just needs a little more HP lol. Would definitely recommend

Terrible terrible terrible bought a 2001 Suzuki 1000 3 months ago that was on the showroom floor told me it was an excellent condition told me he redid a lot of things bought the bike for 4500 same day I broke down call them and told him he told me to bring the bike back up took it to my mechanic and pulled out rust and corrosion on a fuel pump the whole system was rusted out I changed everything and I mean everything put an extra two grand into the motorcycle still not running right and had it at a no motorcycle shop that the bike is just giving him a headache try contacting Brian to get my money back any yet to call me so the next step is the legal way stay away from Penn Ohio not good business at all

They have a good reputation, provide a good service, have a friendly & knowledgeable staff and are reasonably priced. Right off Southern Blvd. Just down the street from Home Depot, located in the rear side of the building.

Don't EVER take anything to them for service! They have had my cylinder head for over a year and every time I go in to ask where is it, they give me generic excuses. They always tell me they will call me, I have given them my phone number multiple times and they have NEVER called me!

I took my bike in for 2new Dunlop s and maintain everything Bryan and Steve couldn t do enough for me my bike never rode better after the owner himself wrenched on my bike on a Saturday they went above and beyond i they can wrench on my bike anytime so if you are looking for a place to work on your bike Penn Ohio motor sports is the place to go

Was tryna to get service on my bike it needed the oil refill re threaded they told me they would have a opening this month i called the day they told me n kept getting the run around
