My daughter was driving home from school and her windshield wiper blew off. I called O'Reilly's and Jose said not to worry and he'll take care of it. He greeted her at the door and knew exactly what to do. Picked out an inexpensive wiper blade for her and installed it himself. What a class act....customer service like this is scarce. Thank you Jose! You saved the day and put a dad's mind at rest!

Just left O'Reilly's and really appreciate RJ.Came out when he saw me under hood, helped me with oil, and then problem with hood latching.He really helped me out figuring out what was wrong with latch. What a good guy!

I've only gone here the one time, but the store was clean, stocked & bright. The employees were professional looking & those who I had contact with were pleasant. I purchased a $17 rear windshield wiper for my, then new, 2009 GMC Acadia & a few air fresheners & maybe some windshield washer fluid The lady came out and put my wiper on for me during the winter months of February. Overall I enjoyed my experience. My husband uses AutoZone & he does most of the car repair stuff, that's the only reason I haven't gone back.

The computerized cash register charged $1 more per item than displayed below the product. When I showed the employee, he REPEATEDLY told me that the charges were correct. When I said that I would like a refund if he couldn't correct the mischarge, he attempted to give me ONLY $1, rather than a dollar for each item purchased! Really, really shabby customer service.

By far the best Auto Part store I have ever been to!The employees here go above and beyond just to be sure you get everything you need. They even went out of their way to help me fix a wiper blade that didn't quite fit the arm I have on my truck. The employee hand shaved it down to make it work! It was by far the best auto part store experience I have ever had. I have no doubt they will be happy to help to the best of their abilities with any other car part needs.Thank you!

Great customer service. I came with an issue regarding my left side mirror and while they were not able to fix it, they provided me with some temporary solutions and a number to someone who can help me. Wonderful support. I really appreciate the help!

My friend was changing his brakes late at night and needed a new caliper and O'Reilly's was open till 10pm and had what he needed. Very helpful.

The Belmont O'Reilly's is the "parts hub" which means it is the store I call when I am needing a part and why not it's the place where the rest of the local o'Reilly stores call when they don't have the parts on stock 9 out 10 chances Belmont has it in stock walk in there get your parts and go on about your day. The guys are knowledgeable they open early 730 and when every other parts store around here closes at 8 Belmont store stays open till 10pm that's a no brainer for me!!!!

Great quick stop off the highway. Other place down the street wouldn't let us run codes with their ready but O'reilly did. Preston was super helpful and knowledgeable.

Quality issue here and a lot of other local parts stores a lifetime warranty is a lifetime warranty not a we will exchange the item once I paid more for the quality I expected a warranty to reflect what it says it is then to be told by the sales staff I could go elsewhere guess what I did and with that being said I will take all my business elsewhere l work hard for the money I earn and if that's the kind of treatment I will receive I will happily go elsewhere

Windshield wipers, brakes, etc. Poorest quality automotive products I've ever purchased. Even the top shelf products expire or malfunction well before their expiration.

Little more pricey than other shops but they have or get what you need. Besides. They gotta pay for that commercial spot that's one alllll the time... O'Reilly'sssss auto parts whoo!

Hands down, best place for parts in the region. This store is the hub. That means they have more parts than any others. Customer service is always great.
